Izumi is fine if you want aluminum extrusion parts from RobotUnits or hard to find parts (although high in pricing). There are other suppliers around and american owned. They run a skeleton crew of people and have a high turnover so aside from a few people who have been there years youll see new faces constantly. The prices are high and the service is slow and often with mistakes. If you are brave enough to have them design a custom application then youll get quite familiar with what Im saying. Go elsewhere!
