Called Wednesday for a trencher. I was told it was being returned Friday morning and I could rent it for that day. I was told I would be called immediately Friday morning when it was picked up. No call on Friday so at noon I called and they didnt even know if it was returned and had to go check. I was told it was there and could have it from 2-5p as it was rented again Saturday. Absolutely unprofessional.

Great experience if you have any problems with your rentals they will come right to your place and take care of it.
