By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called for MONTHS wanting to know details about our lease. No one even knew when the lease ended. I was given several different dates by people in their office. Their billing is inconsistent and behind, and they even tried to charge us late payments for invoices we received AFTER the due date. We requested that they pick up their copier when our lease finally ended. It’s been a year and the copier is still on site. Now they’re trying to say our lease automatically renewed. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CHURCHES. DO NOT USE THEM OR COPY PRO!!!!!!!!!

This company is out to rip off its customers. It will lease you a refurbished copier where other companies will provide new copiers. They will gouge you on the maintenance contact which will be set at one amount and will continuously be increased on an annual basis over the term of the lease even if maintenance is not done. Their initial rates are also twice the going rate. They do not service the copiers on any regular basis if at all. They will increase your lease payment for the old copier they leased you because of the increase in maintenance costs which you do not use. I would strongly suggest that no one do business with this company unless you want to pay arbitrary increases which have no rational basis.

Do not do business with these people unless you want to get robbed!7/15/19 Update: Donald Skinner wanted to converse with me concerning my opinion of Executive Leasing, I emailed him the details about my gripe. If I heard from him, you heard from him.

Avoid this company at all costs. After the end of the lease, they are trying to get me to pay $400 to ship it back to them when they are a short distance away. The lease is terrible and the assurances I was given verbally about the end of the lease are directly wrong according to the lease terms.

They keep sending me a bill when Ive never had a contract with them. When questioned, they gave me some BS answer about my contract with Copypro. I asked them to produce a contract that I signed. Still waiting for that but theyre still sending me bills.

Terrible customer service.
