I’m enrolled in my first welding class and visited this store to possibly purchase supplies. I explained that I am a new student and not familiar with welding supplies yet. I had a general idea of what I needed. I have purchased items from Airgas in Edenton and was very happy with the guidance, respect, and customer service I received. I assumed my experience here would be similar. My experience at this store was a sharp contrast to Edenton. The man who “assisted” us acted as if I was a complete waste of his time when I didn’t know exactly what size I needed. I don’t intend to return to this store. Edenton Airgas customer service was much more helpful and understanding that I am new to the welding world. Seems to me a business would want to educate new welders on the supplies they carry given that a returning customer could potentially spend a large sum of money over time in supplies and equipment. I’ll continue doing business in Edenton where the customer service is helpful and respectful.
