I tried at least 5 other places to get a key cut for my Volkswagen and no one could do it. I should have came here first! Everyone here is very knowledgeable and kind! Definitely a great first visit, and you gained a customer for life! Thank you!

I like the updated glass area and the selection of odd hardware but they are not at all interested in showing friendliness, appreciation for, or help to customers . Seem bored and at least when I went there, almost irritated to help you . Maybe they are tired, but people spending money these days in a brick and mortar store should enjoy the personal touch of kind friendliness by people who depend on their income from the customers . This is the third time I have had to go there to get what I needed, and always come out wishing I had not had to go ...This is an easy fix on their part, as they have a great supply of hardware.... They could make it a desired place to go, rather than a dreaded place, by just some training / change in customer relations .

I have Never went into Greenville Hardware looking for something I needed and they Didnt have it..They are the Best store in Hunt Co..Best people around....Period.

Everybody in the store is extremely helpful and as soon as you walk in the door theyre right there to ask you what you want take you to where it is if you find it. Anytime I need anything thats where I go instead of trying to fight the bigger stores

Greenville Hardware replaced my patio glass door.They did a terrific job replacing the glass and cleaning up after. Here is the problem ...A few hours after they left I went outside and the outer patio handle was all scratched up.The handle didnt have any wear, cuts or damage before the glass was replaced. I called and spoke with Perry and asked him when the broken glass was being taken out did the glass cut the handle. Perry said let me ask my guys and put me on hold .He gets back on the phone and says They had to lay the door down to install the glass so sorry if that happened.Unbelievable response to say that and not offer to correct. Now I have to try and find a new handle to match and pay for it. If Perry had offered to correct the issue I would have given 5 stars because the glass looks great but due to the damage that was caused and not taking responsibility I gave 1 star. Such a shame.Update to review 2/2/19: Not sure if the review from Holly was towards my review or another bad review but she suggests that before leaving a bad review to talk to the new owner. My first review was 10 months ago April 2018 and the new owner has only owned the store for 3 months since Novemer 2018. If she had read my review I reached out first for a resolution with Perry and all I got was sorry that happened. I spent 149 dollars to buy the new handle and have installed. You cant ask the new owner to correct something he had nothing to do with before he purchased it.

I have worked with Greenville Hardware for many years and they have been great!They have recently sold and I happen to know the new owner well and you can’t have someone better at working with people and making things right if you have a problem than with him. Before leaving a bad review or venting please go and speak with management or even the owner that is there a lot! And let them try and resolve your issues!!! They are a local business and even better locally owned in the heart of Greenville. Give them a try before going to your big box stores!!!!

This store has everything you need....about everything anyway. Fair warning, the staff have issues with knowing things. For example, if you want a key cut, dont even try to look at the keys yourself to ensure the right one is cut: they will get pissy and snatch the key from you followed by this statement; its the right key, I can tell by looking at it, I mean we cut keys all day!

Sent my wife for an adapter (3/8-1/4) for a gas heater. Angela lied, or just was not knowledgable on the issue. So, instead of finding someone that was jnowledgable, She told her that they didnt make such an adapter, which is false, and sold her a new gas line that was the wrong size. Will never go back.
