Got a defroster freezer from them and was paying a lil monthly note. I had it almost a year a had a couple months left to pay for it. well the defroster freezer went out on me, I lost food and I called them to get it fixed and was told theres nothing they can do, they came to pick up the d freezer and promised to get it fixedthey had it almost aonth and called to tell me that my warranty was our and it wasnt worth getting fixed and would not replace it but was told I got a used one for 200 plus dollars. duhhh. no thank you. that was only cause I was a good customer. well how bout they took me to court cause they still expected me to pay for something I didnt have. quien city sucks
