A very cute coffee shop. The staff is friendly and brewed coffee is delicious. It was good to have three options. There are some desserts such as muffin, scone, and cookies. You can sit outside.

A Starbucks killer! This is what a local coffee shop should look like, feel like and be like in all aspects. Amazing service. Comfortable atmosphere. Great coffee. You can’t go wrong. The inside feels like home, the also have outdoor seating. What a great little place. I’d drive 30 minutes to drink coffee here, might do it tomorrow.

Decided to try out Bridge City not knowing what to order drink wise and thankfully the barista was patient and kind enough to make a suggestion which was a great one! I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a pop tart. The latte was the perfect combination of strong and sweet. The pop tart was so good, I ordered two to take home (it’s like a toaster strudel and a pop tart in one). The coffee shop itself is small, open, simple. They have coffee, t-shirt’s, hats and I believe mugs for purchase as well. The staff is very kind and helpful and the coffee is great! I will definitely visit again.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars for the higher price and the lack of frozen/blended coffee options.The coffee drink was utterly scrumptious! I ordered the snickerdoodle coffee (see photo), and my wife could barely put it down. Highly recommend, but pricey given the size.Really enjoy the decor inside. A mixture of farmhouse and boho with some IKEA pieces sprinkled in, classy Edison bulb light fixtures, and money plants on each table for a “homey” feel. Lots of seating indoor and out.

Bridge city is lovely. From their sunshine filled room to their coffee, both the atmosphere and products are lovey. If you’re in the area, it’s always worth a visit.

Ordered the nitro cold brew with lavender and oat milk. The lavender wasnt overpowering. It was lightly sweet and Ill definitely order it again. Also ordered the chocolate chip walnut cookie. The cashier told me it was slightly salty, but it was the perfect amount. I only wish they offered more food, like granola or oatmeal.

Easily one of the best coffee shops in Greenville. If you havent had their signature coffee drinks yet, youre missing out. Also, the owners are good people, and that matters.

Such a wonderful coffee shop! Always sweet people working there and plenty of seating to work or visit with a friend. I love the story behind it and their vision and mission to bring people together. I also love the atmosphere of it being more of a bright and happy place verses some coffee shops are the moody, melancholy and low lit vibes.

Great cup of coffee and a great location. Easy to find and easy to get to. Really cool business model, built in the idea of using coffee as bridge across the gaps in our world, be that social, economic, distance, time, etc. They are very knowledgeable about coffee and take pride in their product as well as who and where it comes from. Proponents of fair trade and direct sourcing. They have even hosted some of their overseas farmers, which is really cool. 12/10 would recommend! They are also training some new baristas, so if you stay long enough, you might get to enjoy a free specialty drink, which is a great perk, but certainly not the reason to go. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Coffee is incredible. Service is great. Feels bigger than it looks. It gets a little loud to be working on a computer but its nothing a good pair of earbuds wont fix.

I love their vanilla and lavender iced lattes so much that I would drink one every day if I could. I first discovered them at the TR farmers market and can’t wait to get to their store front.

Update: I appreciate the response from Bridge City. I would ordinarily have gone back after having some sips to let you know but I had to get to an appointment so I didn’t have time. I guess I am not the typical coffee connoisseur the sips espressos and cappuccinos and can discern different flavors like that. I do like milk and syrup in my coffee and I do one large cup a day. Everyone has their different tastes and that is why there are many types of places to choose from. This one just isn’t my “cup of tea”. Much success TL you with your regulars that enjoy it. 😊I am really shocked at the reviews on this page after trying their coffee for the first time today (drive thru). I don’t usually do reviews, but after that cup, I have to. First, I was shocked at how small their large was. For very close to the same price I pay at the other coffee shops I go to, their large is a little more than half of the size of the other larges for right around the same price. Second, when I took my first sips I could not taste any vanilla syrup at all. It was just bitter coffee. And not even good coffee. I couldn’t even finish it. I had to drive to another coffee shop in town to buy another cup there so I could get my one cup a day I drink. I am sorry but I won’t be coming back. Wasted money. ☹️

I loved this place. 💞💞💞 The staff were very nice and efficient. It was so clean and open inside. So much detail was given to the seating and decor. Beautiful plants and a lovely, simple color scheme. It wasnt pretentious like a lot of coffee places. I had a regular cup of coffee, it was great. I admit, I like SB coffee better but this little place was so adorable and welcoming that I would love to visit regularly. 💖💖💖💖💖 What a gem!

Outstanding atmosphere. Ridiculously clean and the coffee is phenomenal. I just had it for the first time this past week. Ill be making the 30 min detour on my days off for their quality coffee. MUST TRY!!

My 1st visit service while nice the service was super slow and they werent busy. I saw probably 15 people leave. Pastry was stale and I was there at 845 a.m. Ive heard great things about them so maybe a 1 off day ... Lets hope so

So delicious!! The only thing that’s keeping me from a 5 star is that their prices are a little more on the expensive side but worth it!

Had the Valentine’s special drip Will You Bean My Valentine and a homemade pop tart, both were incredible! And we fed our baby and they were very accommodating- even helped us warm the milk. Definitely recommend!

Bridge City is by far my favorite coffee shop in the Greenville area. The prices are great, and the employees are fantastic. I am always greeted by warm smiles and good conversations. Their espresso blend is fantastic, well balanced and not too bitter. There is plenty of seating space including sofas, chairs, several smaller tables, a large table, and a bar. They also give a 10% student discount with a student ID, which makes it a great study spot, especially with free WiFi. I frequent this shop once or twice a week, and the quality and friendly atmosphere keeps me coming back.

Bridge City Coffee is without question one of the best cafes/roasteries in Greenville. Just go try it!

Fabulous coffee I will be back!!!! :) Its expensive but I love it. Service was impeccable too. :) My four year old son felt comfortable in there! Not the normal for him in places like that.

Great sit-down coffee place with fast WiFi (200mbps), that’s actually open all day and has on-site parking unlike some of the ones you’ll find downtown.

I Love the concept of supporting local and it never hurts to have found a place that brings joy to the start of the day. The service is impeccable, kind, and genuine.The products are made and served with love.I always use the Drive Thru where I am usually served by Kyle. Also while there grab a bag of their coffee to brew yourself, for the days you cant make it or when they take Sunday off for rest.

I order their coffee in bulk and live in Atlanta. Super good stuff. My wife brought home the nostalgia blend from a trip to Greenville and we haven’t looked back.

Above average coffee but true coffee lovers drink coffee after 4 pm. So 3 stars for 4pm close but the recent addition of the drive thru bumped it to 4 stars. What this city needs is more coffee shops that dont close so early. A 5 star coffee provides a late night spot to work and drink

Excellent house ground and roasted coffee. They have great options and quick service. Cold brew is superior to any chain or mainstream coffee shop out. Their Cortana is absolutely amazing. No bitterness and no burnt taste. Also the atmosphere inside is lovely, peaceful, chill and relaxed. I highly recommend for any avid coffee drinker, it will change your life.

The dark roast hot coffee I have gotten from here have been very good. I like that the menu is simple, but the staff knows how to make whatever you may want. I do like their mocha lattes, if they are a bit more expensive than other places ($5+ for a medium). They have a good location and are friendly.

The Rosemary latter was delicious.

The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful! My lavender basil (8 oz) latte was delicious. Pastries to choose from from the bakery next door! The space is tastefully decorated wiry a variety of seating options (couches, tables, bars). Plentiful parking. I will be back!

Bridge City Coffee is a fairly new establishment on Wade Hampton Boulevard. Ive read about, and really like their unique employment model! I appreciate that they make their syrups in-house. My husband is usually not a coffee guy (hes a southern, die hard sweet tea fan!), but he thoroughly enjoyed his Salted Caramel Latte!! My recommendation is that they find a way to warm up the atmosphere, but other than that, the location is great, as that area desperately needed a good, solid, local coffee shop, and the coffee is delicious!

Excellent roaster and coffee shop in Greenville. Came on my first visit to buy some beans and get a coffee while in the city. Grabbed a bag of Colombian Geisha to purchase along with a cortado. The barista gave me the cortado for free for purchasing the bag of beans. Got home a few days ago and the beans are fantastic. Tasting note of strawberry is very accurate..

I had heard good things about this place and decided to try it out. The employees were extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting, with lots of natural light. Coffee was on point as well. Definitely give this place a try!

My go-to coffee shop! Not only is it some of the best coffee (taste, source, etc) but I am all about their mission! They do so much good in this world...and also caffeinate us as well!

Pretty nice shop. Decent coffee, house roasted, pretty latte art. I didnt love the espresso, but it was okay. The hibiscus tea was wonderful, but you couldnt tell it was Nitro at all. The guy working was really nice and I enjoyed talking with him. The space itself was very uncomfortable. It felt like a middle school cafeteria. And I think thats where the chairs were from. I did enjoy reading some local writers stories there. I love that they encourage creativity!!

Friendly staff and great coffee

Visited here for the first time because of a friends recommendation and really enjoyed it. Its a cute little space with a very comfy feel to it. The baristas were very helpful. I think the young lady who helped me was new and she went out of her way to find answers for me. They suggested a drink flavor combo for my latte and it was delicious! Also, my biggest plus? They have gluten-free pastries!! I really love the coffee shops here, but if Im hanging around for a couple hours, its nice to have some food available.

I cant say anything about the inside of the facility. It is closed by the time i get off work. Closes at 4 which is unfortunate. People around the area needs a place like this to get away from the daily grind. I would love to use this as a meeting place for some of our church folks to meet up and enjoy coffee and fellowship outside the church walls. Would you consider being open later?

Great coffee (roasted by Bridge City) and service. Good seating options. Great for a quick in person meeting or to work or read for an hour while you enjoy your coffee and the company of other patrons.

Was happily surprised about this new place. The space itself is very unassuming and isnt trying hard to be anything its not. Have not had any espresso but Ive been pretty happy their drip and roast quality. Place is a little hard to find at first but parking is pretty easy.

Coffee was delish and served in a beautiful cup with a neat design on it. The shop was clean and had a variety of seating, sofas, tables, chairs... The atmosphere is light with lots of white and cool stylized designs on the windows and walls. Lots of natural light with big windows, but it wasnt cold inside on this cold morning. Warm and inviting.

This place had a great local coffee shop feel. Its nice and small but still has plenty of room to go for a cup of coffee or to work on home work. The variety of drinks and snacks was nice and it was very clean!

Love coming here for a cup of fresh coffee or a bag of freshly roasted coffee. Either way, you can’t mess up coming here.

I really like the atmosphere and the coffee and I love that they have a drive thru and everyone is always extremely nice. My only complaint is that its kind of expensive for the sizes.. the large latte is 12 oz and its 5.40

Great coffee and pastries. Their beans are excellent for brewing at home as well, usually rotate between Bridge City, Methodical and Due South. Greenville has some solid offerings for quality coffee, but this is probably my favorite. Very friendly staff as well.
