Went to find my oldest daughter something for her 21st birthday. The young lady asked me if I needed any help, which of course I did. She pointed out quite a few different items and helped me pick out some great gifts. Ive been a long time customer and will continue to be.

Have always loved Mr Knickerbocker as my go-to store for Clemson gear, and this location is the best! The manager Lindsay is very knowledgeable and always ready to go out of her way to help, not to mention she has trained her staff well so theyre equipped to handle anything. Best store ever!!

The manager Lindsay was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the gear and Clemson. Her team members were helpful. Brandon was very good in helping in showing the products and working to get the right sizes. The greenville staff has always helped and gone out of their way to ensure our experience is good.

Not much of a selection and still won’t allow you to try on clothes. If you aren’t from the area it makes it hard to buy anything.

I am based out of town and I down with family and we stopped in, this is a great store! I havent seen such a good selection of clemson products in a store in a while so this was a delight! I encourage you to stop in if you need something clemson related! The staff is fantastic also they were fairly busy but still managed to stop and speak everytime someone walked in or left and made sure to check on each person shopping to see if they could help. Ill make the drive back just for this store! Excellent experience! This reflects highly on the staff and management of this store!

Update: This store is not the one I shopped in. I thought it was the name but it’s not. It was another store that sold Clemson stuff in Greenville. I changed the rating for this store because I actually love Mr Knickerbockers in Clemson. Sorry the statement still stands for the store I actually shopped at. I’m moving that review to their page.Most uninterested help in a store I’ve ever seen. They rather talk to the other staff than help me. They were bored and I could have stole half the store. I was greeted with a half hearted greeting and when I asked a question about another size it was a short answer of “no, we’re out” and right back to their conversation with each other. Whatever you do...... dont order anything from them. I ordered something a month ago and I got no product. I requested a refund and I got nothing but an email asking for the invoice number I never got. But they was more than happy to take the money out of my account. Worst business ever!

Not gonna lie, I’m not even a Clemson fan but this place was impressive - very friendly and great customer service.

Let me start by saying that i have never done this but this company and manager deserve the recognition! This location is by far the best location! They have exceptional customer service from the second you walk in the door to the second you exit the store! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the employees they also immediately offer to help you however they can.The staff at this location is great especially the manager! Lindsay goes above and beyond to help how ever she can and is willing to drop whatever she is doing to help! The way she helps customers and even her own employees shows the dedication and kindness she has for everyone! I have never experienced such a high level of customer service and friendliness from a manager especially during a holiday season! Because of the staff and exceptional management at this location I will forever be a loyal customer! Thank you so much for all the help and friendly environment I experienced!

We stumbled on this wonderful Clemson store when we were in Greenville. We decided to check it out because our son is an incoming freshman. We loved the store, and the customer service was top notch - we will definitely be frequent visitors when we are in the area! We plan to visit the one close to campus as well!

This novelty store had a great variety of Clemson theme products. I must say I was a little disappointed in the inventory that was out of stock such as the Large paw magnet decals and football jerseys. The plus size selection was could definitely use more inventory. However my experience there was a pleasant one. Overall a good store to get your Clemson apparel.

Traveling this morning and discovered this location. I dont have time to stop in Clemson so this was a perfect surprise! I found the cutest set for my toddler daughter and items for myself and toddler son. The young men working were very pleasant and welcoming!!!

Disappointed in service. Was sold a faulty clothing item that tore within an hour of putting it on illustrating poor stitching. Brought back outside 30 day window as I had not worn the item until then and was told nothing could do to help - very dismissive and did not seem concerned that quality of an item they sold wasnt good. Have spent hundreds of dollars here in last several months and never had a problem but cant say I will be going back.

Nothing special here. Staff seemed largely disinterested in the fact that I was even in the store. Im sure they would have professionally answered any questions I had, just seemed more interested in their own conversations then actually asking customers if they need any assistance.

Not a good experience with this store. Bought a sweatshirt for my wife there for her birthday, took it back to get a different size which they did not have in stock. They had it at the Clemson location and we’re going to send it to this location and call me when they received it but I never received a call from them. Unfortunately they took the sweatshirt that I brought back and gave me a refund and explained that they can’t just switch sizes. So now they don’t have her size or the size that I brought back.

Attempted to shop at this location today. The “young people” you have working for you are never very helpful. The girl today seemed as if she hated her job. A far cry from the atmosphere you receive from your store in Clemson.
