The service when I visited this location was not good. The young male employee at the front of the store looked at me but didn’t say hello or offer help. I stood in one spot waiting to see if anyone would eventually speak with a greeting or offer some help. He started folding clothes the female employee started helping someone else so I waited and she finally asked if we were okay... after that long wait these yellow Nike’s can stay in the store.

Worst place to shop or even visit not due to inventory but due to the fact the most educated person that works here has a 3rd grade education extremely rude dont acknowledge customers whatsoever store is literally ran by the walking dead mentally and no matter the time of day you call this place no one answers and when they do answer its only to pick up and hang up to stop the phone from ringing Footaction Corporate really need to investigate this location and the Anderson mall location and Simon properties and in Greenville HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... ALL FACTS!!!!!!

I ordered sneakers online. Footaction shipped them to another person in another state with all of my information on the package. I have tried to contact the company through email, messenger and by phone for a week now with no response. Unacceptable.

Spent $150 on a jumpsuit & while being rung up cashier was rude & interruptive to my girlfriend & I & also didnt give me a receipt. Went back next day to return them & stupid cow as a cashier said I cant look at the receipt from your bank on your phone, get out. Have been trying to call for the past 3 hours and no answer. Avoid this place & save yourself
