The Times they say their open they dont be. They get back up really easy. The whole Walmart dont answer the phone.

The staff are all very nice and helpful, super reasonable and easy to work with. they said itd take 45 minutes to change my tires and then got it done in 20. I dealt with probably 4-5 different people in separate visits, and they were all great.the only problem is that the auto care center itself is impossible to get in touch with. it seems to be a store system problem, and not a staffing problem. I ordered tires, I was told Id receive a call or text with the arrival notification but I never did. I tried calling several times, always got an automated thanks for calling response and then it immediately disconnected the call. I never got the appointment reminder they said would be sent to me, either.if you live nearby and are able to just drop in and do everything in-store, Id definitely recommend this place. the staff are all great, laid-back, and helpful, but if you ever have to call them youll have a lot of difficulty.

Liked the service. Only bought 2 tires about a year ago and hadnt had any problems yet.

I waited over 45 minutes for an oil change and thats not counting the 30+ minutes I waited in line until the car in front of me was finished getting an oil change. I feel almost 1.5 hours is entirely to long to wait for an oil change considering I was the second one in line.

If you want to pay overpriced received under quality products and customer service, then this is where you should shop

Auto care tire appointment 8am. I have called the store and auto center with no pick up. After 15min I dont understand how to get ahold of anyone. (8:20am) Im inside Now it looks like my tires arent here. This has been my third awful experience here. Shows in the system as delivered according to the employee. He keeps calling for a manager 8min no one has responded to him. I asked him if this is a new store, its been around the longest I guess.

I tried calling to set an appointment to get an oil change. The phone rang 26 times before someone picked and hung up on me. I then called back and the phone rang about 50 times and NO ONE ever answered. I will never use the auto service dept., especially, at this store on White Horse Rd. You guys apparently dont want the business.

Got message told me here at 15 minutes early got here 7:40am didnt open the doors until 8:15am didnt havehave my tires had go get them from another store had to wait but the computer said they had my tiresbut had go get a lot of unnecessary time loss but the guy who did the work on my car was very nice

The prices are very competitive and they got my vehicle done in less time than projected, even being short staffed that day.

Pretty friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are slow but still get the job done right. I bought a set of tires from them and waited about 2.5 hours for them to finish and they took my truck in shortly after I arrived.

All I wanted was 4 new tires but they only had 3. So I said I would take 2 n have them put on the front as they were worse but NOPE we cant do that.

Always well taken care of. Never had a problem and usually get me in and out quicker than larger dealership service centers do.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Came in to have 2 tires replaced. Tech stripped 1 of the lug nuts and tried to blame me for doing it. Manager who was going to handle it refused to make eye contact or simply acknowledge they had messed up. Will not be back

I needed to replace 2 tires. It only took 30 minutes to replace and realign those tires. I was their first customer. Now I have their warranty on all 4 tires. I couldnt be happier!

I needed a certain oil for my oil change. They had it. It wasnt expensive and i will use them again for other minor car care needs.

Was going to have oil lube and tire rotation done on my 2013 Chevy Cruze, but due to there attitude, I changed my mind. I will either have it done elsewhere or do it myself before I leave to go back to Michigan.

This wal-mart is a disgrace!!! I have been approached,stopped,searched & accused of shoplifting on several occasions!!! The sadist thing of all is they never had the decency to apologize after embarrassing me & finding nothing but a reciept for my purchased items all 3 times!!! Their loss prevention is a total joke!!! Espiecially the disgusting little troll guy with glasses!!! He has definitely got little guy syndrome!!!! I mean seriously there is obviously no criteria to meet to become a member of Wal-mart (6134 Whitehorse Rd.) loss prevention!!

I cannot begin to explain how bad this place is. I have never written areview online, good or bad. This Walmart deserves a bad review.

Last week i got an oil change ! And lets just say i almost blew my motor thanks to one of the men who serviced my car they stripped my oil plug so my car was pouring oil and they had transmission and oil dip sticks in the wrong place and the list goes on !
