I had excellent customer service from a kind lady named Diane at the cash register. She’s very nice and I really enjoyed talking with her. I’m visiting Greenville, SC for a day and I had to get dinner so I stopped at Publix. I’m also a Publix associate in NC so it was nice going to one. Definitely a great experience! Nice store.

Their usual Saturday afternoon busy, but well stocked. Did not have to dodge the pickers or stockers - a huge plus. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Very clean store. Was in and out in a flash as I was just picking up a few items.

Very clean and organized. Everything looks neat and the service is really good. If you have a question everyone seems to be very happy to help you. The meat and seafood selection looks very fresh and well presented. They have very good products and wide variety.

I am terrible with names but he was a black man whose name started with a G in the seafood department. He was so pleasant & helpful. Everyone should have employees like him. I told the manager on duty & he said he would be rewarded. I hope he gets a very deserving raise.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Every looks fresh and very organized lovely shop there.

I purchased a Poke Bowl from here and it was filled with rice, leafs of lettuce and very little Tuna or Salmon. I wasted 10.99 to get a bowl of rice. If you want GREAT Poke Bowls go to Publix on Wade Hampton.Whoever is making Poke Bowls on Pelham Rd needs to be FIRED!!! 😡😡😡😡

I love Publix on Pelham Road. The store is so clean, all the employees are well dressed, courteous, and can answer all your questions about any item youre looking for. The store is always so clean, inside, and out, and every isle is well stocked. I even enjoy the other customers shopping there. They definitely get five stars from me. Janice Moore

Publix is always awesome. Love love this location. Their stocking on fresh fruit, cakes, etc is always plenty. Lines are never long. Great customer service. Clean inside and out. Pharmacy is awesome with being timely, helpful, and having exclusive offers. One of my favorite locations!

Fantastic Sushi selection - always fresh. if you dont see what you would like, ask. The sushi chef has always been willing to accommodate me!

Another trip to a Publix on the last day of a weekly sale where the 2 for 1 6-packs of beer were out of stock. They need to plan better.

This isnt the usual Publix I go to. I stopped here to pick up few things for lunch. Its very nice as Publix stores tend to be in our area. Its very similar to my usual one. This is very convenient because you are not figuring out where everything is.

This is the cleanest grocery store you’ve ever been in. The team members are so nice, always ready to help and there are so many of them I don’t know how they afford it. If you’re tired of searching for a worker to find a specific ingredient search no more, this is your place!

I had a great experience shopping at Lidl yesterday. They have high quality healthy chemical free items at rock bottom prices. Their prices are noticeably lower than the other stores in the area. A lot of the items at their store are very healthy and only available at Lidl. The other stores in the area have unhealthy versions of the items with harmful chemicals. The employees were courteous and very helpful. I just wish there was a Lidl closer to me.

I live closer to the publix on Wade Hampton, but always drive to the one at pelham commons. Wonderful staff, clean store, and so helpful.

Today I had a conversation with one of your pharmacists about the bogus reasons why she will not fill my prescription. Never, ever have I or anyone I know been denied a doctor’s sent prescription. Very, very unfortunate and honestly, DISTURBING.

I love Publix, but it seems that especially at this location the Hot meal section is never fresh. This is the 5th or 6th time my hot meal from there is disappointing, cold, the side items are very limited and never fresh.. needs improvement.

I was a Pharmacy Manager at a Publix for 13 years, so I always shop at Publix. I needed hamburger and hotdog buns, corn and a tomato for a Mothers Day cookout and I knew exactly where to find them. The cashier was so friendly and she responded the way we were taught at Publix, to thank the customer and invite them back! Thats why I continue to shop at Publix!

Shop while you wait for your prescription what a great idea. You can get free antibiotics if you turn it in at Publix and then you just shop and wait and then check out and youre done one place.

When the cooler racks didnt have an item that I was looking for, an employee stopped restocking and found the items in the store coolers. This store has the best produce in Greenville. It has a better selection of general and specialty grocery items. I may pay a few more cents to purchase my grocery list items here, but it is worth it to get quality.

I’m thankful for the employees at this location! I ordered a birthday cake for our office, go to pick it up and discovered that I had ordered it for the wrong day. Even though it was my error, the staff helped me find a cake in the cooler, wrote on it for me and canceled the cake I had ordered for the following day. Thank you for going over and beyond!

I really like this Publix. Even though it is further from my house, I prefer to shop here. The staff is more accommodating and another plus is they have items still on the shelves when my closest Publix does not. Many times I have ended up at this store when my store did not have more than one item I needed so I just started shopping at this Pelham Rd store
