Very cute place for an Autumn trip. Way too many people on Saturdays, and prices are high, as youd expect for a stop like this. But lots of fun finds here, be sure you take your time and really look around the grocery store. We gathered up some items for a picnic at a nearby park, I highly recommend the pesto pasta! And the honey basil soda. They also had persimmons, muscadine grapes, and prickly pear fruits. The scones are good - be sure to get one when you go!

Such a cool place!! The breakfast egg, cheese and sausage croissant was delicious. Super buttery and flaky. I got a pepperoni roll-up for lunch that was perfectly proportioned pepperoni to bread and the bread was so soft.Their bread is so good. This place is right on the trail so I took a walk to let the food digest. Cant wait to go back.

It was a neat place that feels very green.I got a Breakfast Pogacha which is like a breakfast burrito from Turkey, shaped like a Chinese Pork Bun (Bao). It was really good, but I wish they had non-breakfast versions of it.Its also connected to a cute little grocery store which sells all sorts of natural foods, from ugly tomatoes, to local honey.Well be happy to return another day.

I really like this place, visit often, bread is good, everyone is really nice and accommodating except this guy Mark for some reason. I thought it was just me but I brought a friend with me today and he said he has had the exact same experience with this employee, since he was rude again to both of us today. He’s not “mean” he’s just really unfriendly, gives short answers to general small talk, doesn’t make eye contact but he does manage to roll his eyes if you ask too many questions. Just makes me feel generally unwelcome compared to every single other staff member. I would give it more stars but that sort of behavior seriously dampers the entire community atmosphere I feel like this place has.

Swamp Rabbit has an amazing selection of groceries and items from the Carolinas, Tennessee and Georgia. We love all the stuff we got from here. The cashier even gave us a loaf of their homemade crusty bread which was so great. We will come back many times. Thanks yall!

I am so glad that I found this place and Im not from the area but my fiance is building the new unity Park that will be a save the wetlands type environment.... Which kind of ties into the swamp rabbit theme and it took me a while to find a good restaurant to have lunch but I think it was for good reason.I believe I was supposed to be here and I was supposed to try this food and Im absolutely glad I did because I doubt very seriously that theres an item on the menu here that is not absolutely exquisite.I tried the Brazilian cream puffs and I ended up giving several more as well as the peanut butter chocolate donuts.I also ate an egg and cheese sandwich which was also quite delicious because the bread was so fresh and had just the right amount of crunch....... Thats not even barely touching on the drinks and smoothies that they serve or the wonderful grocery items that they have and thats not mentioning also that everything here is locally sourced.Theres a lot that could be said about this place but if you get a chance to come by and you think about passing it up,I would tell you that youre making a huge mistake 😉

If you visit Greenville or live here and haven’t been to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe ask yourself why?? This is a sweet little gem in Greenville that can be great place to visit no matter what age! I absolutely love the variety of fresh fruits and veggies they have to offer, talk about fresh off the farm! And they have amazing pastries to offer here, my favorite cookie here is the vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. The stecca bread is a must try! We tried their vegan garlic Brie and it is delicious!! From baby products to household cleaners and even treats for your pet, there is literally something here for everyone! There is also a cute bike shop next door to rent a bike if you don’t have one for the swamp rabbit trail 😀

Very fine, always packed venue offering great craft brews and reliably decent sandwiches. Get their Philly cheese steak done right with lots of onions and peppers! Great avocado toast, too! Worth a stop, especially if youre biking by. We stopped off at Swamp Rabbit on a weekend bike ride and enjoyed a complimentary scone from one of the managers inside, along with a glass of iced tea on the patio. It was the perfect way to relax on a Saturday afternoon. Afterward, we returned inside to pick up some local coffee to bring home as a souvenir and found the most helpful staff, who went out of their way to help us find the perfect gift and share a little background on the store and its mission. Just a really enjoyable experience! Cant wait to return again on vacation.

I wasnt being rude or nasty, just hey I didnt know if I did this right and if you guys got my text. Another 5-10 minutes later another lady comes out, doesnt say anything just shoves the groceries and lunch into my seat, hands me the coffee while giving me an angry look and walks away. It made me feel so uncomfortable I have no desire to come back. I know I cant find the hydroponic lettuce that I really like anywhere else but my anxiety cant take getting treated like that again.
