I have been shopping here since the late 70s. ANYTHING you need associated with ECU they have! They have an unbelievable selection of pirate wear and it seems I always find something new I didn’t see last time. If you like ECU, you must check this store out!!

Spent Big Money on Many Fun ECU Items

Prices seemed very fair if not better than other stores that carry ECU merchandise and they had a wide selection to choose from.Staff was also extremely helpful and offered me a coupon at the register to use right then even though I was buying it anyway

Ebu or the University Book Exchange part of East Carolina University and a great place for supplies shirts books computers great place to shop and of course right downtown in Greenville and sup dog is right there too

As busy as it was on the first day, they were very patient and helpful. I didnt find any books for my classes, but I did find one for my brothers.Thanks for the help, guys.

Great selection! When I lived in Greenville, this is where I would go for all of my ECU apparel. Now living back up north, I get my stuff off of their website. All of the merchandise is well made, I remember having an ECU tshirt in every color and they lasted for years until I wore them out with time. Living in Greenville, although not for long, was a special time for me, UBE helps me remember it. Thanks!

We are a family of ECU alums, and die hard Pirate fans. The University Book Exchange, AKA UBE, is always a must stop when we are in Greenville. They have a huge selection of Pirate Wear along with anything else that a student or an alum could want. The staff is always helpful and we always walk away happy.

I never miss a chance to go to UBE whenever Im in Greenville for a game. I can always find something new !

This store is a must stop if you are in Greenville or an ECU fan it has a lot of ECU merchandise from clothes to college books to drinkware. Everyone is nice that works there, and the store is clean. I will definitely be returning when I coming through Greenville.

Good experience here. I like the return policy. The cashiet was very nice and answered my questions fully and assured me of everything. She even tried to help me find my water bottle i left. Its always clean and neat and usually not busy. At least not when i go.

A definite stop when visiting ECU. Excellent selection of ECU Pirate gear from clothing to glassware to home decor to tailgating supplies. Friendly staff and great prices.

This is a great place to get books, ECU wear and if you need small things like a charger. Its a good walking distance from my dorm so I go there quite a lot when I need things.

Definitely a large selection of Pirates merchandise; pretty much just about everything you can think of.

We love shopping at UBE when we are in town. We can find ECU gear, sorority items and Vera Bradley all in one place! They have great gift items, too. Our ECU students buy textbooks here but I enjoy shopping.

Great atmosphere, helpful employees and everything students need to get through the year. Books are reasonably priced and I enjoyed the extras such as posters, supplies, ECU gear, Vera Bradley, Burts Bees and the extensive Art and Graphics department upstairs. One stop shopping for students and fans alike!

I will never be back in this store again. I had not turned in my rental book because I had not received reminders to do so like all of my friends had. The book was 11 days late, and I received a charge of over $100 to my credit card. However, when I found my receipt, it said that the policy is $1 for every day the book is late. I asked Charles, who I assume is a manager of sorts there, why I had been charged the amount of the book if the $1/day was their policy. I also asked, At what point is the full price of the book charged? He responded with It can be as early as one day after the book is late. This was completely astounding to me. He did not even give me a set amount of days, so he obviously does not have a great grasp of the policy or why it is the way that it is. Extremely unprofessional. He acted like I was lucky he was even refunding the money. Maybe if they had actually put the email down the way I said it, there would not be any late books (: Also, get more sorority items in other than AOII. Nothing is wrong with that sorority, but its pretty pathetic that there is a sh* ton of AOII stuff and only a teeny bit of other sorority stuff. Even it out a little like an actual serious business would.

My son is an ECU graduate and currently a Ssgt in the US Army. Seldom has an opportunity to pick up any ECU gear so I was quite pleased to do so with him and UBE hooked us up!

Friendly environment

I used to LOVE shopping at UBE when I was in college. Pricing and selection was always better than the student store. Now, I dont even want to go there unless I see a sidewalk sale. Their prices have gotten astronomical. I dont want to go in because I know I will find something I like buy am not willing to pay $40 for a t-shirt or $30 for an infant onesie. They also have a much smaller selection of things like actual school supplies as more of the store has been taken over by merchandise and school paraphernalia. That being said, they do have am amazing selection of ECU logo items. Also, they didnt tell me as I was buying sale items, but they will only give you a gift card or store credit when returning sale items, so be warned. All in all, I am saddened at what UBE has become with its increasing popularity. It now gouges you with priced when trying to show some heart for your school.

There no way a pirate can not have a good visit to the ube store..only brought a hat...but saw several things I will lighty buy on my return visit

UBEs Art supply is the best in town.The closest art supply store that beats UBE (for things UBE does not carry, specialty items, and selection) is in Raleigh (Jerrys Artarama).Be careful when buying things on sale or clearance.
