I am a freshman in high school who is also in Boy Scouts. I am currently in the process of completing my Eagle Project. I am doing my project for a non-profit Humane Society, and as part of the project I wanted to have a sign that told passing people that the Humane Society was there. There are several sign companies nearby, but Signs Now completely blew away all my expectations. They have great prices and wonderful customer service! I had expected at most to be able to get a small sign that said, “

Had the sign up on our building less than a month. Had some bad weather and the sign broke in half. Called them today and they will not fix it because they do not guarantee their work against storms. Now we have half a sign and no way to fix it or take it down.

The team at Signs Now is very helpful and professional. I had called to get a quote for a project I plan on doing in the future, just getting some pricing from a few different places. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with my request. I will be ordering through them in the future for my project simply because their customer service was outstanding, also the prices are quite fair. They may not be the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either! Just from jobs Ive seen around town by them their quality of work is great, I can tell. Signs Now of Greenville was recommended to me by a friend. I had Signs Now make 3 big monogram cut outs for my daughters to hang above their beds. They turned out great and are the focal point in their room. The turn around time was quick and the service was outstanding. I would definitely use Signs Now again.

Id give zero stars but I cant on this review system. I did a request on their request for quote page, on their website. I got a phone call back that afternoon, about some specifics, and then nothing for almost two weeks. I sent in three emails, and 2 phone calls about getting a quote and still nothing.. Finally at the 2 week mark from the original request I got a call back from some lady who works their. She told me we have been understaffed, and the manager was out sick!.. Seriously so no one can pick up a phone or send a simple email?? I got nothing. No professionalism.Im glad I did a second backup request with another company, because otherwise, I would have been left out in the cold, and missed a deadline that these people didnt seem to care about. I will never do business with Signs Now again!!

I called this company last minute for my first trade show. I called on a Wenseday panicking, the manager personal took my call walked me through my best options that were quick and affordable. My logo wasnt sized and he quickly helped me finish it and instructed us on pictures to take to use. They met my deadline on Saturday and I had great modern looking displays. I got more comments on my banners than any other of our displays. Without the managers personal assistance I would have picked a much more expensive and less effective option. His graphic team really impressed me and I consider myself somewhat saavy. Total positive experience 5 stars. #CosmicCuts

Completely horrible experience. I gave them a simple project for a sign to be done. Promised to be done in 2-3 weeks. 2 weeks later no one even knew who I was or what the project was about. Claimed management had changed. The project was resubmitted and was to be done in 2-3 weeks. Another 2-3 weeks goes by and the project design person supposibly was fired. Now the owner assured me he would do it. 2 more months pass, with little to no communication or responses to my email, calls until I showed up to there place of business. They then promissed to have the sign installed in 3 days. 3 weeks go by and no response, no sign was installed and they act like it was not there fault. Horrible experience. No professional communications skills. Lack of interest in their clients needs concerns, or the word they give.

Very disappointed, I ordered two magnetic signs for my company truck. After traveling less than 20 miles both signs had blown off. I would have thought they wouldve used a stronger type magnet. Emailed Company contact and got no response
