They are fairly priced with quality work what more could you ask for.

I was desperate for a last minute vinyl banner and Signarama was the 4th place I went to, and thought for sure they wouldnt be able to help either. Well, much to my surprise, they were MORE than helpful! They MADE IT HAPPEN...and on very short notice too! I had a problem with my logo being low resolution. They actually worked with my logo which pixilated when blown up and made my banner happen in time for my fundraising event and I was ecstatic! I recently purchased a acrylic from a Greenville sc location I was not made aware that it was a custom piece and that there was a no refund on order, I put a deposit and notice it was the wrong size I offered to pay the up charge but was told I would have to pay for that one plus additional charge I never took ownership of product and was not happy with it but am not being given a refund or exchange nothing is printed on it just a blank acrylic. Nowhere on the recipe or in store states no refund or exchange or on recipe does it say custom work. I have done a lot of business with the Spartanburg location with no problem first time expirencing this and can not get any help. I will take the loss but wish I would of known there was no refund or exchange or I would of never ordered it my loss someone elses gain.
