I found a Mazda that I liked and a salesman that was looking to do business with me. When it came to the financing of the car the $ man jerked me around and ultimately lost the sale of the vehicle despite my Very good credit. Very disappointed in Brown and Wood and do not recommend them for the purchase of any vehicle.

Since my car is relatively new, I have been getting my oil changed and any service work done at the dealership. Reasonably priced for the service packages and while they do push the upgrades just like other places, I have never felt pressured by the service people to have things done that I didnt want done, which I really appreciate. Overall, I think they do a really good job and dont try to make minor issues worse than they are like some of the quick-lubes do.

I normally dont write reviews, but had to share this one with the world. Mark the service manager is incredible! I had a flat tire in the dollar store parking lot on Greenville blvd in my 2017 mazda 3. As I was debating wether to swap the spare or call roadside and let them handle it, Mark came pulling up. He had noticed my flat while driving by, did a U-turn, and pulled up offering his help. He had a plug kit in the back of his car, pulled the screw out, plugged it, and followed me to the service station to air it up. It was a Saturday morning...he could have just drove on by and minded his business...I must say I was impressed, and I dont impress easily
