If you are in the market for a vehicle, Fairway Subaru is an excellent choice. They had a great selection of inventory and the purchasing process was seamless. The sales staff was excellent in answering all of my questions. I have had my outback now for over a year, the service department has been extremely helpful as well, always able to work with my schedule and have me in and out in no time. I had visited many Subaru dealerships when I was shopping from GA all the way to NC and Fairway treated me the best. Would highly recommend to anyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They scratched my car. My car charger had green stuff all over it and no longer works. Customer service was incredibly rude and short. The reason my car was even there to begin with, was due to recalls. Terrible experience! Go to a different Subaru dealership if at all possible.

I brought my Outback here today for a regularly scheduled service. The staff was super nice, the waiting room was clean, the service was speedy and reasonably priced. I really felt taken care of. My only suggestion would be a quick vacuum with service, but maybe Im just old school. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back!

When we arrived for our appointment which was for a steering issue and an oil change, Barry, our service rep, immediately began diagnosing the problem. He determined that it was a belt issue and fast tracked us through the system. I thought I would be without the car for a day but was on my way in a little over an hour. Great team and great teamwork!!

I just relocated from out of town and was in need of service. I arrived in the morning without an appointment and Ben Gossett was able to accommodate me for and afternoon service. The customer lounge is well kept with snacks provided for their customers. The service was much faster than I anticipated, but I was grateful. Ben was professional, courteous and very informative. We had an issue with wheel locks and the tool to remove them being broken at another dealership. We called on Fairway on Friday, were given an appointment for Saturday morning and couldn’t have had a better experience.We were provided with a loaner for the weekend and our problem was resolved. Brian did a great job communicating and taking care of everything for us.As we are new to the area, we’ve found a great new place to have our Subaru serviced!

As other dealers feel they can take advantage of their customers by adding outrageous amounts (up to $4,000) to the MSRP and blame it on high demand. Fairway Subaru stays fair and ethical with reasonable pricing. Howie Szczepanski Is another reason Fairway Subaru stands out as one of the best. Routinely prompt and professional staff. Comfortable upgraded facility. Usually pretty happy paying a little more for the service.I know it’s not a charity, but it feels kinda ruthless charging me the $129 diagnostic fee when nothing was really diagnosed.Here’s the summary: I said, “this latch is stuck; can you fix it?” They said, “yes, the latch is stuck, and we can’t get it unstuck. Just visiting from out of town and needed our car serviced before making our return trip. It was easy to call and set up an appointment. I could have even made an appointment online if I didnt have other questions, as well. The whole process was easy, the time estimated for service was accurate, and the customer lounge was a comfortable place to wait. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and kept us informed of the progress. Next time Im in town (& need maintenance or service) Im sure Ill be back!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. I took a few cars out for a test drive, and had my car ordered the same afternoon. Zach was wonderful to work with - easy going, put absolutely 0 pressure on me to make decisions, and was extremely personable. Despite cars being hard to get on the lot and things selling quickly, he was able to get me a different color than they had available in only a few days. Bailey in finance was also extremely friendly and made sure I understood everything I was signing and let me take my time to read over/ask questions about everything.

I was impressed with Subaru but not with Glass Doctor. Glass Doctors communication with me was terrible. They were suppose to meet with me on my Monday off work. Drove over to wait for them at Subaru and had to call them to see where they were? The gal there told me the person then had an emergency and couldn’t make it until sometime in the afternoon. Thought they would of at least let me know so I had to take time off of work and leave the car that Thursday. I thought Glass Dr would of also remove the duct tape off the frame of the car but they didn’t do that.

Fairway Subaru is constantly impressing us. They are on their A-game. My wife told me when she returned that she wishes she could to work from their lobby every day because they are so friendly and accommodating. More than that, they take great care of our 2017 Forester. They send out reminders to process recalls (even beyond that he corporate communications), and they always offer us a loaner if our service is going to take longer than expected. Love this team and this dealership.

Came in for an oil change. Technician topped off the coolant and spilled excess into the battery shelf and surrounding area. When I pointed this out to the service advisor, he tried to clean it and said hell tell the tech to use a funnel in the future. I think thats something he shouldnt need to be reminded of. I might expect this level of service from a local shop, not a dealership, considering how much more they charge for the same work.

I hardly ever write reviews but I’m so grateful for how well Daniel took care of me that I’m actually excited to share my experience. I had a diagnostic scheduled for today, which I was told would cost $129 by the lady I scheduled with over the phone. When I arrived Mr. Daniel asked why I was bringing my car in, then talked me through the 3 things that could be causing my issues and explained in detail how those issues could cause the results I was having, he even showed me an actual carberater with a dirty side and a clean side. Then he asked if he could drive it and we went on a test drive. He did two tests that eliminated two of the three potentialissues. Then he looked under the hood and reviewed the parts and their conditions with me. He then told me what I needed and quotedme a price for the service and the part I needed, which was about $700, but he then told me that he didn’t want me to spend more money then I had to and he recommended that I get carborater cleaner and do it myself and also told me where I could get the part I needed for a much cheaper price. He didn’t even charge me for my diagnostic test! He saved me at least $800 and was fast and very professional. I highly recommend this service center and Mr. Daniel in particular! He’s the manager. I’m sothankful for him!

A pleasant experience all around. Sales people were not pushy. I brought in a price quote from TrueCar.com. The salesperson looked up several quotes on the computer to make sure this was the best price, which it was. I was able to test-drive the car by myself, which is nice. The car itself is great, a Crosstrek, which is highly rated. One note, there is a shortage of microchips affecting almost all car makers right now. I was able to get the exact car I wanted but had to wait a couple of weeks until it arrived. I would highly recommend Fairway Subaru.

I was blown away at the customer service here. I had been car shopping all week and at different dealers, and I should have just gone to Subaru first. The level of professionalism and knowledge that was displayed here and especially by my car salesman, Brad, was amazing.It was my first time buying my own car out of college, and Brad spoke to me directly and helped me understand everything about the car buying process instead of just directing everything at my parents. He treated me as an equal and taught me so much about cars in one day. He was incredibly smart and knowledgeable not only about Subarus but Fords, and other cars so it was good/easy to compare. I can’t say enough good things- if I could give Brad an award I would. He really didn’t even have to sell the car to me, he just took the time to explain what features the car had, and I was again blown away at how much I can get in a Subaru for the lower price compared to other cars. The car I got was the nicest forester on the lot, but it was still cheaper than a Ford ranger with basic details and nothing special about the car.I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership- Bailey the finance and sales manager (I believe) was also really professional and extremely helpful.No one was giving me anything to write this review- I just felt obligated to explain the difference in professionalism and knowledge that I saw here versus the other car dealerships. Great service. I had warranty on my air bag recall and an oil change. Arrived at appointment time met with service person who was very courteous they took me to the customer lounge where there was a fresh cup of coffee available. I sat down few minutes later receive a tex message letting me know the status of my car at that time. When my car was close to being ready service person can to me and gave me an update, of what had been completed. In my case the car was running waiting as the computer was in reset. While this review does not reflect the sales process, I would not recommend going to Fairway Subaru for service. I bought a 2019 Ascent with recall on fuel injector. Service was completed May 17. During the repair, the leather was damaged on one door. I was reassured they would have it fixed soon (within the week). June comes and no call. I start calling trying to receive any help. I get transferred to many different departments and leave messages with various people. Finally, I go up to the dealer and speak directly to the customer service person that originally helped me. He apologized and ensured it would be fixed. Two weeks go by without another call. I finally speak to their manager on the phone after previous attempts and messages for him to call me. He gives me the nice customer service voice and ensures itll be taken care of but the leather guy had surgery. That was July 21. Now nearly 3 weeks later, no one has reached out to me. The minimal effort would be to call and update but this has not been done. Soon will be 3 months since the service. Please take your repairs somewhere else!
