First time using a AAA repair facility. I have to admit it won’t be my last. Friendly staff. It was easy to make my appointment. They got me in a little early and gave honest recommendations for my vehicle. I would recommend.

The customer service at AAA has gone down considerably on the travel side. Perhaps it is a system issue of which the employees have little control, but there used to be suggestions and personalized service. Now, it seems the consumer needs to have a full plan and then ask the agent to book. Its been very disappointing, and we are considering canceling our policy after nearly two decades with AAA. We used to have a phenomenal agent named Morgan, who is no longer there. A definite loss for AAA.

I had a broken belt in my tire, major scare. The guys in the car care center on Woodruff Rd were more than attentive and concerned. The back order on tires is crazy as everything is however they shopped and accomodated my needs immediately. Highly recommended due to the friendliness, timeliness and efficiency.

I finally made time to visit the AAA office in Greenville-Tanner Road since we dont have one in our area. I was super impressed with the customer service I received from Katie and Rachel at the travel desk center. They are well informed and well travelled and will provide you all the information you need for your upcoming trip. The amazing part was they do with a BIG SMILE! How great is that!!?? My visit at this location was great and I will return again soon.

Was told they THOUGHT I needed a new transmission (and was charged for the guess) but was referred to dealer to confirm the problem (and charged again). I asked AAA for quote on price for transmission/other AND IT ENDED UP COSTING 1/2 the price at the Nissan dealership. I was shocked! Been coming to AAA for years. Apparently also been getting ripped off for years. Shame on you!

My first visit to an AAA Car Care service center was exemplary. The staff were professional and energetic. The facility was clean and bright. All my questions were answered freely. Checkout was quick and easy. I will definitely return.

The service was performed in a timely matter. The price was fair. They were very informative.

Online reservation was a breeze, check-in was pleasant, and the online/text updates gave me confidence that my car left the shop ready to go. I needed a new battery but there was no pressure to do it immediately, only information that helped my decision.

Staff was reasonably friendly and the service was done quickly. One reason it was done quickly was they failed to do the free tire rotation as advertised. The price was more than my last oil change here; the explanation was my car takes a “special filter”. Interesting, since it was the same car as the last time.

Came in for an oil change. Internet said the price was $39.99. When I got there I was told the price was $51.99. I asked why the difference in price. I was told the $52 package included an oil additive and that all their packages now include this oil additive. Found the $39.99 oil change price on the internet, on my phone. When I asked them about the price they said it was without the additive, and of course they could change the oil for the $39.99.

I called to get a quote for fuel filter change and spark plugs change with me providing the fuel filter. They quoted $650.I did this myself over a year ago that took about an hour and very easy job. The parts only cost me right around $80.Don’t waste your money and time with them if you can YouTube it and do it yourself.They are a ripoff!!!

The place was clean. The front desk ladies were terrific, welcomed me without hesitation. The manager took the time to speak with me. The travel lady Holly Moon was friendly and took care of my request as quickly and accurate as possible. Staff was great all around.

Timely service, polite / courteous staff, everything was explained to our satisfaction. My concern is that they are a tad pricey on tires, they could have suggested a less expensive tire as $170 for 1 tire was out of our budget so I feel that I was taken for a ride as that was all they had in stock. Our busted tire was dealt with in a timely fashion.

Excellent customer service! Allison went above and beyond when I had an issue with a car she had reserved for me through Hertz. Not only did she visit them in person about it, she had them deliver a new car to me at work the same day. She is definitely a huge value to their company.

This AAA office has top notch staff! They never try and sell a service you dont need for your vehicle. I find they usually are trying to find ways to save me money and they are so pleasant!

Brought my truck in for front end work. No one tried to upsell me any work. There intial assessment was Thorough, I knew what needed to be done. The service manager brought me into the bay and showed and explained what they had found and work that needed to be done. I might add I knew what was wrong with my truck prior to bring it in. They even found something I had missed.I was asked what I wanted to do, (zero pressure) I told them. I was quoted a fair price, for the work I wanted done.All their Mechanics were ACS certified, with one master mechanic on staff.The staff in the front were equally as professional and Courteous as well. I will Use this business exclusively from here on out.My thanks to the entire staff.

The service writers are a bid stiff yet very polite and patient. We take both our vehicles here. I recommend them for all kinds of repairs and scheduled maintenance.

Great fast towing service. But I was overcharged $200 for the part I needed. And I know I was overcharged because I called a local mechanic shop and they quoted me $200 cheaper than AAA... After I argued with the manager about the price, he gave me a discount which was appreciated but I wish we would have never brought our car to AAA.

I definitely was not satisfied with my service there. After spending an outrageous price to have a starter put in our car, we had to have it fixed again the very next day to have the alternator repaired. We had ask them to check the alternator before working on the car and they claimed it was fine. I called and spoke to two different people about this situation and was told someone would call me back to speak with me. I didn’t receive a call back as promised either time. I will never use this place again

The travel agent (Christina Hawkens) really knows her stuff and was very helpful with the planning of our 50th wedding anniversary trip. This place also helps maintain my car, everyone is so friendly and helpful here.

Very good service! Made an appointment and while it took longer than I thought (an hour plus for my oil change). Price was very far. They even check my car over for a few things. The service advisor was very helpful as well.

I joined AAA and received a coupon for a free oil change. I made an appointment, drove one hour and arrived an hour early.These people tried to charge me 52.00 dollars, in addition to my free oil change coupon. It has never cost me $72.00 for an oil change anywhere, not even when my car was new. Also, they could have told me when I made the appointment.

The young lady at the main desk was extraordinary in helping us with everything that we needed. She was the best!

We planned a trip to Jamaica with Christina, she screwed up our plan reservations. The hotel was not what it was made out to be. It took 5 hours to ride from the airport to the resort! It has been the trip from hell. I do not recommend her as a planning agent. She got so many things wrong, we would have been a 100 percent better if we had done all the arrangements ourselves.

Ive just stopped at this AAA because my girlfriends car was giving us trouble on a road trip, and I am so glad I did. We are both members, and we spoke to the guy at the front desk for a moment before they quickly had us around back - they identified the problem (too much oil in the oil change we just had) in minutes. Ultimately, we were in and out in about 30 minutes, and they turned a potentially disastrous experience into a fast, manageable one. We were totally satisfied (and totally grateful), and I would definitely recommend coming here, based on our experience.

They put the wrong oil in my diesel car after I told Hugo Castillo what oil my car needed. I spent 4 hrs there the next day watching this circus of them trying to find the oil needed for it. They talked to me like I didn’t know what car I had or what it needed. I wanted a refund and he would not give one. I called the AAA corporate office and was given a case number but the manager has yet to call me. They voided my warranty by putting the wrong oil in the car.

They are friendly here and provided excellent service for me.

I do not recommend this AAA. Rude customer service by one guy up front (I dont know his name but he ignores me when I come in even though he is not doing anything), charged a diagnostic fee twice when they didnt fix the issues the car was diagnosed the first time, and consistently the car will pop up with a new check engine light less than a week after the repairs are done. In the five months Ive been here, Ive had something new wrong with the car that requires another diagnostic fee and a new costly repair. The main guy did let me out without charging me when he told me a new issue would cost over a $1,000 to repair - something that wasnt caught before and therefore isnt under the warranty of the previous costly repairs. I feel like they roll their eyes every time I come in - and its been more than 5 times in the five months Ive moved here! AVOID THIS AAA!

So far so good. The people there are up front. Had my car towed here once because of a flat tire which only needed to be patched instead of replaced. Im sure another place wouldve told me that a replacement was necessary. On my second time I went in for an alignment. Turns out my car needed lug nuts adjusted and the alignment was minimum. I wasnt charged for this at all. Like I said in the beginning so far so good!

Ive been a AAA member for a several months and have used the road service but I was unaware of AAA repair facilities. On Saturday we loaded the car at the hotel for the 200 mile drive home. Being the Thanksgiving weekend, we wanted to return before traffic was an issue. After checking out, I started the car and to my dismay encountered an unexpected issue. The engine ran erratically and all warning lights came on. The headlights were dim and the car stopped running just 25 feet into the journey. I attached a jumpbox and this allowed the car to run enough to park. The battery was just 3 months old. The consensus of those who stopped to offer assistance was an alternator issue. I called several mechanics but could find no one who could definitely have this repaired the same day and the one who did made me very uneasy. Nonetheless I called AAA for a tow to this shop, after unpacking the car and checking back in to the hotel. To my surprise the AAA agent informed me of the AAA repair center close by. I requested a tow and then called the center. I spoke to Keith and although busy he took my car in. The verdict was indeed a bad alternator which no doubt comprised the battery. In less than two hours I was on the road again. I am compelled to stress the confidence I felt at this facility that I was being treated honestly. Keith went out of his way to demonstrate the damage sustained by the battery and more importantly provided a replacement battery on sale. I left this facility a happy customer. Although it was somewhat unfortunate to experience this issue, I consider it fortuitous that it occurred when it did and not on the road. I am thankful to AAA for making room for me in the midst of a busy post-holiday Saturday and for speedy and professional service. Thank you Keith and crew!

Wrecker showed up quickly, driver was most pleasant and entertaining, cost was excellent, and getting 90K new tires was outstanding with the best service. In short, while I hope my front tire does not explode so catastrophically next time, I will gladly call AAA for help.

Horrible. Came last Saturday. Set appt. For today. No record of my name. I figured it would be bad when the guy was writing my name down on a napkin for an appointment... Going on 2 hours now... for a basic oil change. An elderly lady waiting next to me also had a 2 hour oil change... What the hell people? The guy behind the counter today was nice. I give him credit, but come on guys... Really?

The staff at this location makes it worthy of a rare 5 star rating from me. The whole experience was great, even despite being given not so great news about my car. For starters they worked me in as a walk-in towards the end of the day for an oil change without hesitation. The lead mechanic was straightforward and put the whole situation into perspective and+ offere options rather than dictate a list of needs to fix every issue with my car. They also told me what services they would not do because it was unnecessary at the time which I appreciate it and saved a bunch of money spent unnecessarily they also allowed me to look under the car and see the issues that were visible and explain how that impacted my car. Found it refreshing that not only did they not charge me for the oil change that couldnt be fully completed due to other problems but also returned my coupon and said they would accept it next time when they were able to perform the entire oil change with filters Etc I dont know any other mechanic or service station that would have done that and I feel more knowledgeable and prepared having been there they obviously know what theyre doing and dont try to upsell or perform tasks that dont need to be done the whole staff made me feel like I would could trust them and would not be taking advantage of in a world of car mechanics I knew nothing about. While I was waiting on my vehicle I also spoke with one of the travel agents at this location and she was by far very helpful and even went above and beyond to help me gather some information on a trip for my parents 40th anniversary she didnt hesitate to grab any tour books and Excursion guides that were available so I could give them even though they were not a AAA member as well as left her contact information for them to chat with her about planning their upcoming trip and even offered to have them join a group Excursion she was leading in the near future very helpful down to showing me where certain itineraries were found and could pass the information along the place was clean and well-organized even the are your area where cars were being worked on seemed super tidy. Hands down the best car experience Ive ever had and by far the best service from any where Ive ever been in the car repair and service industry

Never ever !!!If only I had checked on Google before making an appointment here. Already 3h15 that Im here, the guy who is supposed to take care of my car just left it in the heights and works on another one. I checked 2 times with the guy at the front, second time he went asking and answer me 5 minutes more. Its already 30 minutes and there is stille nobody around my car. Im pissed and I just want to leave and never come back here. Awful place !

Horrible experience, was there 6 HOURS for an oil change and hose replacement. They kept saying only about a half and hour more I could have left and went home instead of having to sit in the uncomfortable lobby having to listen to espn if they would have just said. Hey we have no idea what we are doing its going to be awhile. Never going back, not even worth giving them one star they are horrible. So much for good customer service for being a AAA member.

Left car to get work done, transmission fluid, oil change, fuel service and valve cover gaskets replaced. Picked car up and when I got home looked under the hood. Nothing was touched, not a single bolt turned, no dirt or dust removed from hands moving parts and such. Same old greasy gaskets left on. I went back and the person at front desk and mechanic who performed the job looked at it and more or less called me a liar and said they did the work. I went to 4 other shops and they all said no work was done. Ended up at the other triple aaa on pleasantburg drive and the manager there took care of me since the manager at the tanner road location was not there...i suggest you DO NOT GO TO TANNER ROAD LOCATION....update on this, 2 days later, the manager looked at my car and agreed from the look of it that nothing was done, then pulled the valve covers off and said although it appears not done outside, the gaskets were replaced, but proceeded to replace them for a 2nd time. The work was completed for sure this time. I appreciate him doing the work again, although I do not agree that it was done the first time. In the end. The work has been completed now for sure and I will now give them 2 stars instead of one. Also after showing pictures I took compared to the new job done, i was offered future comp from someone higher up. All in all, work is done now, leave it at that.

Took my Mazda there for a new clutch Kit and flyhwheel no big deal... got my car back 2 weeks later, of course they overcharged me. A week later I’m broke down again because my clutch is now leaking and they want to charge me more... who would have guessed. Ready to cancel my family’s memberships and never use them again terrible...still waiting on my call back.

Seems that something is discovered to be wrong with my car after they look at it. And somehow it’s always expensive. Hmmm.

Have always experienced professional courtesy and given personal attention. Robs extensive knowledge and willingness to work with us has made buying insurance a pleasant experience.

UPDATE: Scott and Lee from AAA reached out to me and went above and beyond to ensure that our car was in good working order. They accommodated us to bring our car to the Pleasantburg location. All of the staff there were so welcoming, and they made sure that we were comfortable while we waited for our car to get checked out. Scott took photos and sat down and with me to make sure that I understood that our brakes were fine. We had a secondary concern regarding our car that Scott took upon himself to remedy for us. It was exceptional and due to these two employees and their desire to make things right with us, AAA can count on us to come back as customers again. They have regained our trust.-Original Post We have been customers of AAA Car Care for a couple of years. We have had brake work done there in addition to routine oil changes. On Wednesday I called and made an appointment to get our oil change. When I arrived I was told that it would be at least an hour. I decided to go for a walk and get some lunch while I waited. About an hour later I received a phone call from Josh at AAA. He said that he had some recommendations for the vehicle and I requested that he call and speak to my husband. The recommendations were (in addition to some repairs we declined), replacing the front brake rotors and pads. Josh described that the rotors were so bad, they couldnt recommend resurfacing them but replacing them completely. My husband was surprised because we recently had the brakes done there, and that work was still under the warranty period. Josh (after finding some misplaced paperwork) confirmed that our brakes were still under warranty and that they would do the suggested work. After it was completed I picked up the car and paid for our oil change. There was a confusing explanation as to why I had to pay $34.95 for a $24.95 oil change but I let it go (it had been 4 hours at that point and I had my children with me). I went home and when my husband looked at the receipt it stated that they did not replace the rotors but resurfaced them. When he called Josh today, to inquire why the rotors were not replaced, Josh stated that he mis-spoke and that the notes on our car indeed said that a resurfacing job would be sufficient. He apologized for the miscommunication but did nothing to make my husband feel like he could trust this car repair shop to ever do anything else on our vehicle. The way we look at it is, if our vehicle wasnt under warranty we would have gone with their recommendations and we would have paid for a complete brake job. But, because it was under warranty, they werent willing to give us the same quality of service. I wonder how many times they give this same recommendation, and customers, trusting AAAs Statement of Integrity and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that they hang on the wall, believe them and spend unnecessary dollars on work that could be done in a more cost efficient way. We are really disappointed with the lack of integrity that seems to be happening here, and want to warn people from trusting this car center.

I was stranded with a fuel pump issue traveling from Myrtle Beach to Greenville sc. got a tow to AAA car care center on Tanner rd. Told Bill Harris our problem that we needed to get back on the road as soon as possible, Bill went out of his way to accomodate us and had us back on the road within 3 hours, as it was a very busy day. Not often that you meet people like Bill Harris with compassion for others in a bad situation but we were glad we did.This place I will say is Highly Recomended....We could not thank him enough and the crew at AAA auto care in Greenville. POOR Management!I gave this place a second chance after first visit I wasnt impressed. I told the service person I thought my tire was low to be sure and check it in fact I Knew it was low. I asked twice about it. When I got to my car got out tire gage it had 20 psi I when back in to complain. This service person had been there a few years Ive been in there 3 times over 3 years and lets say hes not job scared but he sould be He wouldnt work for me thats for sure!
