I went in for an oil change and something else minor. They were extremely busy that morning and they got to my vehicle in the order I arrived. No one was moved ahead of me and of course this made me happy. Although they were extremely busy they treated me very professionally. They were friendly and took the time to explain things to me about my car. Ive been to this location before and Ive never had a bad experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this location to anyone.

This was my first time visiting this repair shop. They were phenomenal. I recieved great service and a great price. As a woman youre apprehensive about taking your car for repairs because some shops try to up their prices on you,, but Chris gave me a very good price for my tune up and coil pack installation. I highly recommend them. This will be my repair shop from here on out!

I called in on Friday to see if I could schedule an appointment, but was told they dont really do appointments and that they were booked for the day. That was fine since I wanted to get my oil changed on Saturday when I knew I would be out anyway. I asked if they would be able to see me at 1PM tomorrow and he said ...Yeah?Based on his response I was pretty skeptical that they would have a slot open when I got there, but I really wanted to use their coupon for a $40 full synthetic oil change which was the cheapest around I could find. Sure enough, I came in and the guy at the desk said they were booked all day,  and I should come back on Monday.I explained to him that when I called and asked if I could come in at 1PM, I was assured that it would he fine. So I asked him, if I cant just drive in, and Im not allowed to make an appointment, how do I know they wont just be too busy when I come back on Monday too? He just repeated what he said about being too busy, like he thought I didnt understand him the first time.Id rather pay ten dollars more and be able to reserve an appointment time than to be given the run-around by someone who insults my intelligence. I will not be giving Precision my business unless my car is literally falling apart, and even then Id probably rather have it towed from their parking lot to another mechanic.

I have taken my car here several times for an oil change. I can’t comment on the other services since I’ve only done the oil change, but each time I’ve gotten it done here they did a great job and I have never had any issues! In and out fast, but sometimes they do get busy and you may have to come earlier in the day. If you sign up for their email list, they are constantly sending $29.90 full synthetic oil change coupons which is a total steal. Highly recommend these guys!

Phenomenal place!! I will not go anywhere else and recommend everyone to them! They really looked into my car to find the problem and went above and beyond to fix it! I’ve had a problem with my car for a month. They were able to finally fix the problem and was extremely happy to be able to drive to NC and back with out any problems! Im always pleased with work @ precision. If they dont fix it at that moment... they still will let you know whats going on with your vehicle. They are rarely wrong. Some mechanics you have to do a trial and error and it will cost you more and will tell you that eventually you wouldve needed that part anyway... like Killians automotive in Mauldin SC... BEWARE

This place is awesome. I go there to for my oil change every few months. They have good specials. The guys are technical, honest and friendly. I highly recommend them.

My vehicle was brought into the shop on 5/6/21 because my engine was overheating and my A/C was blowing hot air. The shop did a diagnostic and told me I needed to replace the fan. The same day, they informed me that the total repair cost was $1880, and in an attempt to get my vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible in a shop close to my job and home, I paid them to fix it for me. For the next 8 days, not once did they call ME to provide any update regarding the status of the repair. Any time I wanted an update, I had to call them myself and they were very rude to me when I would ask for updates. They would respond “I know, I know its your only vehicle and you need it but we’re working on it”. They could have called me and said “I apologize for the delays, we are doing the best we can to make sure your vehicle is returned in good driving conditions”, but instead they seemed bothered. They also took longer than usual to do the repair because the parts they ordered for my car apparently “came in defective” and they needed to order another one (which I find hard to believe). When they FINALLY returned my car, they told me that they test drove it with no issues, and if it had the same issue again it was because my “vehicle was currently being recalled for these issues” and (to no one’s surprise) it was overheating AGAIN the very next day and I could not drive it. It is completely unfair that 1) I went 8 days without my vehicle and absolutely no courtesy calls, 2) I was SCAMMED and basically robbed of my money because they knew they were not able to fix this issue but most of all 3) When I took it to the Dodge dealership I was informed that there was NO recalls for the truck I have, and the actual issue was the power module needed to be replaced. When I took it to the Dodge dealership the repair was only $574 INCLUDING an oil change. The person in charge of repairing my vehicle at Precision Tune Auto Care was not there and neither was the manager when I asked for a refund. I told them i would speak with my lawyer and they replied “Okay” and hung up. I feel like they took complete advantage of the fact that I have no knowledge about vehicle repairs, I am a woman, and I do not speak english very well. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I could not be more disappointed in the unethical experience I had with this “shop”. If I could rate ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Service was phenomenal! Guys who work there really know what they are doing and are willing to work with you no matter what. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants a quick and reliable service to check these guys out. Plus, the price was great!

I purchased a Groupon coupon for a synthetic oil change that was a superb deal today and redeemed it today. Chris took me right in, the only wait I had was for the oil change. They were excellent and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was treated very nice and would highly recommend them:)

Called in last minute to have my car looked at that had been sitting in a garage for a year. Precision Tune Auto Care was able to fit me in same day, and identify everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. Before anything was done, they called me to make sure I knew the prices of everything individually and made sure I wanted to continue. The car was done the next day early in the morning. Great customer service and work!

I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change for $29.99, however they only give you $17.99 credit towards your purchase for using a Groupon which is totally deceitful. I had to pay another $30 at the store which makes no sense at all. Will NEVER patronize this business because of the negative experience!!

Master Mechanic Jay expertly diagnosed, researched, and repaired a valve for my ford escape hybrid. No matter what I bring to the team at Precision tune, they ALWAYS figure it out. Cannot recommend enough. From oil changes, to major repairs, they will take care of you.

Jay is great! Ive gone to Precision Tune for a couple years now just for oil changes and fluid replacements and basic maintenance and Ive always had a wonderful experience. This morning, my transmission went out and they took care of me right away. I had a warranty on my car so the transmission was covered in full and Jay even helped me out with the warranty company! I was always impressed with Precision Tune, but this morning they really outdid themselves. Their attitude and service is great and I will never go anywhere else for my car!

We were on the way home from visiting family on a Saturday when we noticed the engine acting up. We arrived 15 minutes after the shop was supposed to close but Chris kept the shop open late to help us out. It turned out we had almost no oil in the car. Very thankful for they stayed open late on a Saturday to help us get home safely.

Today I had a one and a 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I normally ask when I go in what is the waiting time. To my regret I did not do so today. I gave them a 3 because over the years they have done fine overall Except for the time they left my oil cap off. They did compensate for one oil change.

Good quality work at a fair price.

Received an oil change and a tire rotation. About a week or so later I was getting a very odd vibration in the cabin towards the front of the car. Took it to a mechanic who told me the lug nuts on the front of the car were loose and that if I had not come when I did, the situation may have escalated in a very bad way. There should be better checks in place at Precision Tune Auto Care to ensure this sort of thing doesnt happen and that customer safety is put first.

I have been going here for years. There are several similar businesses I pass on the way here (including another Precision Tune). I only stopped in for an oil change but each of the 3 mechanics that were working spoke to me about various ways to keep up my car. They were very polite and educational.

Forrest was clear, easy to understand on the phone and he spoke professionally. When I arrived, the price was exactly what was quoted on the phone. Service was fast and efficient for brake pads replacement. The mechanic that greeted me at the front desk was friendly when I came in for an oil change. It was my first time there, a family member suggested that I should go to them. I went in for an synthetic oil change as well as a tire rotational, all of which was fair priced. It was all around a good and positive experience, they did not try to sell me services that I did not need. It is to my understanding that not all places are like that, particularly towards a woman.The only thing that I would recommend is that they should explain and be more transparent about the other quick check services that they do along with the oil change (fluid levels, headlights, etc.). I would recommend them for an oil change. Not exactly sure of their other services since I havent used any of their other services.

Took our Toyota Tundra to have rear brakes replaced at the Woodruff Road location. When we brought truck home, the rear (passenger side) tire was making a squeaky noise. We called and brought it back. They called us back and told us the U joint was the problem. They replaced them and I had them rotate the tires ($765). The exact same squeaking sound was now on the front (passenger side) tire. I took it to NBT down the road and they had them investigate the noise and do an alignment. They told me my center cap of my front rim was loose and that was causing the squeaking sound. They didnt charge me.I called to talk to Chris (owner/operator) at Precision tune but he is refusing to call me back. I called several times trying to reach him, but no luck. Unfortunately, my last call was with Jay. He told me my u joint was dry and made a noise. That doesnt justify replacing all of them. He started yelling and insulting my knowledge and understanding of vehicles. This was a horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone.I applied a small amount of Gorilla glue (free) to the center cap and the now the noise is gone. Thank you NTB for being honest and ethical.

This was my first experience with PT and I went in with high expectations after seeing so many positive reviews. I dropped my car off Friday morning after hitting a big bump in the road the night before, and I was worried about a new noise that the car was making. I decided to go ahead and get my oil changed at the same time.Chris, the mechanic that checked me in, was very nice, despite them clearly being very busy. Someone else called us back about 4pm and told us that the oil change was done. When we asked about the noise, he said he didnt know anything about it, and they were very busy, but he would try to get back to it Friday night or Saturday. Since that was the main thing that I brought the car in for, that was unacceptable to me. Luckily, he called back about five minutes later and said that the noise was just the fender rubbing on the tire and that my rim was slightly bent. I asked what the impact of the bent rim would be, and was answered with we dont do wheel work. Okay, thats fine. Clearly he had enough wheel knowledge to look at it and tell me what was wrong with it, so I dont know why he couldnt answer the question. The whole exchange was abrupt and I was frustrated with the way it was handled.When I went back to pick it up this morning, Chris was at the desk again, and asked if theyd called me to tell me what was going on with it. I wish hed been the one to work on my car. I can empathize with how busy they were yesterday, but I dont feel confident that they didnt miss something in the rushed exam they preformed. I dont think I will be back.

This is the only place that I take my vehicles for everyday maintenance. Chris and his team are honest. To me it is the most important thing when relying on someone’s opinion about what needs to be done to my car. They always give great service.

They tout that they can install entire engines, but couldnt advance the timing on mine. Theyre also a little pricey. However, when they can fix a problem, they do good work.

Overcharged son on an oil change and didn’t get authorization signature to do work that led to price dispute. Recommended services that didn’t need done. Personnel argued over $15 reimbursement. Customer concerns don’t seem to matter to them. Staff seems sketchy and unqualified in my opinion. Not ever getting my business again.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR AC COOLANT/FREON. they advertise it on their sign outside like they have it on special let me tell you its not a good deal. I paid for a diagnostic which cost 30 dollars and total for the bill came out to 174 bucks Including labor. They then tell me my radiator assembly/fans is not working when it is working fine. So if I had said ok they were going to charge me 770 dollars for a 110 dollar part and ridiculously overpriced labor. I went to my local guy Geno who only charged me literally 20 bucks for freon which THEY CLAIMED THEY FILLED. And my AC ran nice and cold after. So not only did they try to push a repair job that was not needed but did not even fill up the Freon which I paid a grossly overpriced amount for 170 bucks for a simple emptying and refill. Beware of the A/C scam going on here... Will not be coming back.

The assistant manager and all the techs worked on my 92 mustang I brought in. They put struts and camber plates on it so it could be aligned. Then the tires went on and they noticed that NTB put 2 of my tires on my rims facing the wrong direction. They notice everything that I overlooked. They are truly looking out for the customers interest.
