Great body shop. I hit a deer with my Passat. I dropped my VW off on 7/19/21 and it was ready on 7/29/21. It looks great. Jennifer kept me informed and was great to work with. I would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work, timeliness of the repair, and the friendliness of the staff. While I hope we won’t need their services again, I would highly recommend them if you need body work done on your vehicle.

I was told that Holders was the best around and this is why I chose them. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations. When I received my car back the first time, there were paint runs, the rocker panel had been missed, the rim that was repaired was not the same color as the others, and the steering wheel button had not been fixed. I was told to bring it back in. When I dropped the car off, the woman at the front desk (as she says she was The manager ) on the right just as you walked in, asked what the issues were. I explained and when I told her the rim was a different color than the others, she leaned over FROM HER DESK, looked out the window and said, Its probably just dirty, when clearly you cant even make that assumption from you desk....Honestly, this women was very rude and very unprofessional. Once I came back to get my car rocker panel and rim seemed to be fixed, but they replaced the whole steering wheel with a piece of junk out of the junk yard that was basically falling apart, scratched and the logo in the middle flaking. Needless to say, I called my insurance company and will be taking my car somewhere else to get fixed right for a 3rd time. I am very disappointed and they should consider hiring a new receptionist that is more pleasant to deal with, because clearly after reading all of these reviews I am not the only person who feels this way.

I gave them the estimate on Tuesday, August 17th to order parts, & set a drop off date. I called them Friday, August 20th to make sure everything was ordered and the lady said yes.I give them my car, get in the rental on Monday, call Thursday the 26th to check in, the lady waits til that day to tell me the parts had been on back order. I feel lied to and manipulated, and the way the other partys insurance set me up, they put me on renter pay beyond the time frame they gave for the job. This company cost me over $150 extra bucks in rental car usage for withholding details about a back order when I did my due diligence to make sure they had things ready.I regret choosing them for the job. Incompetent dishonest staff at best. Ill never trust them with another vehicle.

Great experience from start to finish. Holders coordinated/scheduled service through my insurance expertly, had my rental ready for me (engine running) when I dropped off my Mazda.Repair work was finished ahead of schedule and the car looks GREAT. I received text updates throughout the process, so they kept me well informed of progress.The settlement amount deviated about $22 from USAAs estimate (based on self-submitted photos), so the process went well from that standpoint as well.Other than the deer (sorry, deer) we all made out ok!

Recently I was involved in a minor fender bender, the insurance suggested Holders as the repair shop. All went well at first, took my car in for the initial estimate and left with all the necessary paperwork. All the employees that I spoke to were very friendly and assuring which made me feel more comfortable. The day of my appointment I went back, gave them the keys and they even had a representative with the rental company there with a nice new rental car for me on sight and ready to go. One week later I pick up my car and at first glance it looked better than new and I was extremely happy with the work. I took the car home and parked it for a couple of weeks in the garage opting to drive one of my other vehicles to and from work. Now it has been roughly a little over two weeks since I picked up my car and I decided to take it out and enjoy a relaxing drive around town. Sitting in traffic someone beside me kept pointing at the corner of my car so I pulled off at the nearest available stop to investigate for a possible flat tire or something. Upon looking at my car I noticed that the brand new turn signal lense that was installed by the body shop had delaminated and lost the outer cover. I thought to myself oh well, they cannot control the manufacturing process and sometimes things just fail. No big deal Ill order a new set later. So now with my missing lens I decided to just go back home and park the car while I found a replacement. When I got back on the road on the way home both of my very expensive and very hard to find headlights just fell out. Mind you it was dark outside and now Im driving with absolutely no light on the road so I managed to pull into another parking lot to investigate. Apparently the headlight retaining clips were completely missing. 3 on each side, all gone. Ive pulled those things out enough times over the years to know that they arent easy to get out and the chances of them just falling off are near impossible. Now Im stuck trying to also source out new retaining clips, new turn signal markers, buff out all the scratches in my fairly new headlight lenses from where they hit the asphalt, replacing all four of my fairly new HID bulbs that were cracked from the impact and replacing parts of the wiring harness that were pulled apart from being stretched all the way down to the road. On the bright side my paint looks great, but if you put a car back together for a customer and there are extra parts then clearly something went wrong with your work. I would recommend them based on the atmosphere they provide to customers but highly suggest that you check for any missing parts when you take delivery of your vehicles.

Totally Unprofessional!!!! they had my jeep for two weeks after it was wrecked and was not my fault, they assured me that they do work on jeeps, so it was took the day after the wreck, and they would texted me everyday saying everything was up to date, then just out of the blue, i had a gentleman call me from holders And said we cant find parts and we just dont know what to do, and the phone went silent, so i said i guess its all on me to find a tow truck and another body shop? and he said yes. there was NEVER im sorry Mr Owens we will pay to have it took since we waisted your time, or we will pay for time lost on your rental car of time lost, there was No im sorry, NOTHING!!!!! so i called Iron Man and they were real nice and came and got it and couldnt believe what i told them what Holders did. so Now thanks to Holders im having to fight with the insurance company to keep my rental due to time lost because of Holders, so Thanks for NOTHING Holders!!!!!! And Thank you Iron Man for stepping up and being the Real heroes !!!!

They did an amazing job fixing a pretty significant dent in our minivan. It looks brand new!!!! We will use them again. Great people to work with and excellent work for a fair price. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Holder did an amazing job at a reasonable price. My husband hit a deer, which did alot of damage. You cannot even tell anything happened. I definitely recommend them.

This body shop is on time! They do great work, prices are fair. Ive had two cars there, one that was hit from behind and another that had to have a door adjusted. Both came back like new. I highly recommend Holder!

I am a disabled vet who brought my car to them in good faith. I only had a minor fender bender. The bumper that has taken over a month and no communication to let me know. Then when I call to check up they treated me like I was the bad guy wondering why my car is taking so long. These guys are incompetent crooks. I recommend just leaving your car broken... easier than this

Embarrassing! What a joke. Theyve kept my car for almost two months! With a string of excuses for not completing a job that they said would take 3 weeks, and should have been done in two. Im about to report my car stolen, since they wont finish the job they started and return my vehicle. Just because they may be busy picking up other jobs doesnt give them the right to keep putting my vehicle to the backburner. Very poor business ethic and poor business practice to take excessive number of clients and then not complete the ones that theyve already started in a reasonable timeframe. This type of business practice should be looked down on and not supported. How would you like to be without a car for nearly two months and counting?
