I have a hard time finding what I need a decent amount of the time (and then finding an employee to help me, especially one who knows what I am talking about). This place does not offer student discounts (like other similar stores) and can be a bit pricey at times but is still a great option to get what you need.

The store is clean and well organized. They have a large section of jewelry making supplies. The yarn section is also large and has a great selection.

I love this store! I go there for all my craft needs (except for cloth, the one thing you cant really buy here) . The prices are good, they have a large selection of yarn, and the people who work there are nice.

The store itself seems to be less up to date than usual. The shelves have been rearranged from when it first opened. Merchandise was no different than Michaels. I was a bit disappointed at the lack of vinyl and cricut supplies in store. My advice...go to Hobby Lobby!

I had not been to an A.C. Moore for almost 15 years. Due to it being a Sunday Hobby Lobby was closed and Michaels was in the process of moving so I had to go here. I was pleasantly surprised that they had everything I needed for aging wood and distressing it for about 10-15% cheaper then the other stores. Great selection! The staff however was not the friendliest. I almost felt like I was bothering the woman when I tried to ask questions about products. So for that reason I will not return. I would rather pay a little extra and go somewhere that I can get the help that I need without feeling like I am being a bother.

I had a great customer service experience this time. The young woman at the register was friendly, confident, and patient. I have not experienced this in the past, such as when I observed a manager being quite rude to a couple...as in accusing them of purposely stating an incorrect price on items when it was obvious they made an honest mistake.The youngsta I interacted with today made me want to come back in the future.

I wish the store was better iluminated. I feel I miss many good things because of the shallow light.

Love this place. It has a great selection of craft items and silk flowers. All sorts of stuff to look at. The prices seemed a little high but a lot of items were on sale.

This place needs to find better employees. Went in looking for Cardinals for a memorial tree for my late father. The ones my mom wanted had no price.so after searching I found an employee to ask the price. She was rude, hatefull and too lazy to look up the price. If it wasnt for the fact my mother needed Cardinals for my fathers memorial tree I wouldve told that hatefull lazy employee where she could stick those birds. This was the last place I could find them in this area.

Anybody who knows me knows I live in AC Moore...lol. AC Moore I need an O. I have all the letters I need for my project but a 23.5 paper mache O. Help!!!

If you watch for sales you can get some pretty great deals! They have about anything a crafter could want!

The lady in the framing department is uneducated in framing and should not be assisting customers. She was loud, rude, and all together was not helpful. However, the floral department and the floor assistants in general were really helpful in suggesting answers to my projects. Ill be going to this store again for its great variety in products but wont be getting any framing done if the lady is still there.
