I had two pieces, a chinese silk and a print framed there with really nice results. They also offered a generous discount to put a bow on it!

They do a great, even superior job, but they are also the top priced supplier.

I took 2 large bird prints to be framed. Andrew took a lot of time to explain various options and in the end I used a double framing process with a newer glass that seems to disappear allowing the print to look fresh and natural. He was very helpful and pleasant and provided a great end product. Framing is always expensive but for such large prints I think I think it was a good deal. I will definitely return for any future framing.

One of the worst shopping experiences. First, the fussy old man at the counter wasn’t the “regular” person, so he didn’t know much (and told me as much). Why hire people and not train them properly? Regardless, when I was explaining to him what I needed, he was very rude (apparently I carried the pictures in the wrong way). He eventually said he couldn’t do what I needed to my pictures (he apparently knew enough to get an attitude), so the owner lost out on all of my business. Won’t be coming back.
