My old furnace failed the week before Christmas. The office contact, Tracie was awesome. The communication was great. She kept me informed. David was efficient and professional. They were able to replace my old unit in a couple of days. The installation team was professional and got me up and running in no time. I am very impressed! The entire experience was great. We have used the services of Palmetto Heating & Air since we purchaced our home 5 years ago. Weve always received outstanding service quickly as possible and at fair prices. Last Friday at 6:30 our AC system would not shut off and I called . David came out within an hour, figured out the problem and made temporary repairs as a part needed to be ordered. Temporary fix sis working fine, and once again the Company and David came through like champions when we needed them the most.I was in a customer service business for 30 years and I especially appreciate any company that gives good (or great in their case) customer service and they are great. Palmetto Heating and Air did an outstanding job with our duct work replacement.We originally had all of our duct work replaced by another company. That company performed such a hack job, that we had to have the entire job redone. We researched in depth this time and I cant be happier to have found Palmetto.Jerry did an amazing job at answering all of my questions during the initial estimate. He was very attentive to my concerns and was sure to include everything we talked about in his estimate.Their pricing was great and we are extremely satisfied with their work. After having crawled under there to inspect it myself, I couldnt find anything that I was unhappy about. They even went the extra length to correct some structural damage done by the previous company we hired.I would recommend this crew to anyone for any of their HVAC needs. No need to look elsewhere, this is who you want working for you. Theyre honest, reliable, and take pride in their work.

Cody (technician) arrived on time was very professional and new his craft well. Although we had only scheduled a service call for routine maintenance Cody diagnosed a potential issue with a part in our unit. He came inside and spoke with my husband and they agreed the part needed to be replaced. Cody did not have the part on his service truck and to left to get one. He returned to our home, installed the new part and left us with a great impression of not only himself but the company he works for. Thank you Palmetto Heating and Air! Palmetto Heating and Air is a great AC / Heat service. I am currently on their maintenance plan and they always come out for the maintenance without having me to remind them. Also, I have had a couple issues with my AC when it quit working, and each time Palmetto gets it fixed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend using them for your AC/Heat maintenance and repair service. Thumbs up!

These guys did a great job helping to figure an issue with my HVAC unit. They even made an extra trip at no charge to double check to make sure it was working properly. The lady in the office was super friendly and helpful in getting me set up. Highly recommend!

My heater went out Sunday evening. I called the 24-hour number and spoke with Tracy. I learned a technician could be here Monday around 9:00 - 9:15am. Cody arrived @ 9:00am and diagnosed problem in about 5 minutes. He had to go across town to get the motor required for my unit. By 11:00am he had returned, installed the motor, and I had heat coming through the vents. Totally satisfied with the performance of Tracy, Cody, and Palmetto Heating & Air and wont hesitate to call them again for my heating & a/c needs..

These guys were really good. I had a tricky install of a split mini unit that required some ingenuity. They figured out the best solution and did the install, cleaned up and when I got home... it was working like a champ. When I replace my big unit, which will be soon, Ill go straight to them.Michael

John and his team were great. I had an old package unit that gave up the ghost and these guys helped me convert to a more efficient split system, and replaced all of my old, torn up duct work. John was thorough when coming to see the scope of work in the quoting phase, checking areas that other guys had overlooked. Most Trane quotes I got for just a package unit swap and ducts came in higher than what Palmetto came back with, even with the extra steps involved with converting to a different style system. Highly recommend

I purchased a new York, 4 Ton, variable speed Heat and Air Conditioner. Before I purchased my unit I did extensive research on different units as well as companies. I noticed there was also quite a variation in costs for comparable units. I was informed by several specialists in the field that how good your unit functions has a lot to do with the installer. I strongly recommend Palmetto Hearing & Air to anybody that in the market for a new AC unit. I found the company extremely cooperative, friendly and very professional in my dealing with them. They informed me what the process would entail and that it would take them approximately a day and a half for competition and until they return the following day they made sure I had air to keep me comfortable through the evening. I also have piece of mind that Palmetto Heating and Air handled registering all my units for we to obtain my 10 year warranty package and sent me all the necessary paperwork. In addition Marc Golden, the owner informed me that I would be received a rebate from Duke Electric which was a welcome surprise! I couldnt be happier with Palmetto Heating & Air, as they are what all homeowners want when it comes to reliability, professionalism and down right friendly individuals to deal with! I have used Palmetto Heating and Air for a number of job on my rental properties. They are always responsive and cost competitive. Being business focused, I have to evaluate my suppliers closely on cost and performance. PH&A are always prompt to support my needs. They get my highest recommendation.

Ive been using these folks for 5 years. I have literally zero complaints. Prices are fair, workers are professional and very capable, office staff is friendly and prompt...I could go on and on. Ive only needed them (thankfully) after-hours three times...each time I didnt have to wait beyond 1.5 hours and the issue was resolved right then and there. Also, I attribute the lack of issues to their maintenance plan, which essentially is I have my HVAC units serviced twice a year (one for AC, one for heat). This membership also provides a 10% discount on any parts needed. The way I saw/see it, I tune up the engines in my vehicles, why not tune up the engines I use every day in my home?Please give these folks a shot. Ive been nothing but satisfied in all aspects of my interactions with them. They are a safe decision.
