I have now made 3 attempts to do something at this site. Dont waste your time they either close early due to staffing. Dont know how to do something and tell you to stop back or want to tack on additional fees. No matter the excuse they should do the community a favor and close their doors

Aimme and Michelle went above and beyond to get quality brochures printed for me. Even driving to the Latrobe store to use a better printer and delivering the printed brochures back to Greensburg the SAME DAY! Both ladies were happy, professional, and courteous. If you need same day copies or prints made I highly recommend seeing Aimee!

Stopped at the UPS Store on Pittsburgh St in Greensburg to drop off a return. When I arrived, I realized my phone was dead and I couldnt provide the clerk with the return code. What a great staff...they quickly and happily provided me a charger for my phone to help me with my return.. Thank you for such great service!

I have been to this store many times and the employees have always been great but why will you NEVER answer the phone???? I think it is very unprofessional not to at least have an answering service. So do you think you could respond to this explaining why you do not answer? Please dont give me the normal, well, our staff is helping other customers B.S..? Believe me this is not a one time occurrence, this has been 5 or more times that I have tried.

Drove in needing a fax sent immediately. Staff was very resourceful and accomodating with the process. Employee #148668 specifically waited on me in line twice and helped expedite the process. Thanks very much again!

UPS mistakenly delivered a package to my address (wrong address, wrong name, everything). It happens. That part is fine. However, when I tried to return it to the UPS Store to return to sender, an extremely disinterested employee behind the counter refused to allow me to return to sender. He claimed that they cannot do that, despite having done so in the past. If this is a policy change, it is an absurd one. If a delivery service delivers a package to a house that did not consent to its delivery, it should not be the consumers responsibility to correct this mistake. When I asked the employee to clarify that its store policy to inconvenience customers further by requiring them to take action to correct their mistakes, he answered yep. Poor customer service policy, poor employees.

I just want to give a WAY TO GO to Ryan!!! I appreciate all the hard work you put into making sure my two packages being sent to my son in CA that got lost and redirected and found and sent back to PA finally made it safely to him. It was your caring and staying on top of things that got them on the correct path! Many mistakes occurred in originally sending the packages by many people along the way, but once you got involved, you kept on the ball in getting a hold of where the packages were and getting them where they needed to be. Thank you for your efforts!!

I had 2 packages sent to Denver, CO and one made it just fine but the second one was damaged with many missing items. I reported this to the store and the staff was very helpful in completing a damage report. I was told that Aimee would call me in a day or two and she did indeed call me and asked for the receipts for the missing items. Aimee and many of her staff were very helpful in helping me to get a check for the replacement costs. I want to thank all of you for your help. I know there are risks with shipping things and I will continue to use your fine services.

During the pandemic I mailed my twin girls who live in Philly, masks, gloves, and wipes. I was in the Pittsburgh St. store almost every week. Michelle was always friendly, efficient, and sympathetic. Im so glad we have this convenient branch in Greensburg. I was glad when they started opening at 8:00 AM also. Great store, great people, great hours.

Prices are a total rip off, you are better off shipping through post office than here. It may be a little safer and faster but they can not go any less than $10 even for a small item

Do not use this store for notary service. We had 3 sets of copies of documents to be signed and notorized and the notary Aimee was mostly concerned with signing her parts and getting paid. She mixed up the documents and we had to put them all back together. Luckily we checked for completed signatures because she missed a page due to rushing thru the signings. She was not friendly at all. Will not be going back here for any reason at all.

Website says open till 7pm and door says open to 5pm. Also tried calling and no voicemail. As I’m sitting here, 2 more customers also tried to go into the store so I’m not the only one under false pretenses with false advertising. And I also slipped on the sidewalk so we’ll see how I feel later on

Actually ZERO stars! Very incompetent employees!! After charging me over $90 to box and ship my all-in-one computer to a nearby town, they forgot to include the power cord, which had then gotten mixed in with Comcast equipment and was lost forever. After repeatedly calling the store and the manager, no voicemail, no answer, and writing a scathing email to UPS customer service, nothing has been done to help with the expense of replacing the power cord that they lost! Bye bye UPS, Hello FEDEX! UPS will never get another penny from me!

I have never had such a bad experience than I did at this store. I am not asking for much but they are rude. It’s not what they said, it’s how they deal with customers. They told me if I bought boxes at the store and packed themMyself I had to go to my car or home to do it. They could charge me $5 per box or $12 for them to do it + shipping. There was hardly anyone in the store. But you can’t do it in the store. I have a much better experience at FedEx than this store... Well I’m done with this shop. I know they are just employees and not business owners but they need to treat everyone a little nicer. This is really why I don’t hire anyone at my business because I want to make sure my customers have a great experience.

Notary public was very unhelpful. She refused to notarize copies of original documents (passport, DL etc). I had originals with me as well. Went to different UPS same day and job done in five minutes. Notary at other store was very courteous as well. Wouldn’t recommend this store!

Had an issue with a package yesterday that was delivered via fedex to my box at the store, however, the package was found and I was promptly alerted of the issue and the store went above and beyond to help me out with this.I have used this location for my business shipping address and this is the first issue I had in 2.5 years.Even though there was an issue, human error, it was rectified immediately.THANK YOU everyone at the greensburg UPS store!

Horrible go to any other location. The man that took my package a tall thin guy with glasses. I didnt catch his name because he wasnt wearing a badge of any kind. Ripped the package out of my hands. Started the transaction with what? threw my return stop at me. Worst customer service of my life!

Im leaving this review because I just received a wonderful piece of junk mail from them. A while back I went there to ship a package. I had a UPS account number that the shipping was supposed to be charged to. They couldnt do it and dont quote me on this but I believe the lady said they dont actually work for UPS and thats why she couldnt charge it to the UPS shipping number. So not only did I waste 30 minutes driving there but now I had to drive in the opposite direction to the real UPS in New Stanton, where they packaged my item and charged the shipping to the account number.

Where should I start? The employees are rude and dont understand the various shipping options available. The whole time your in the store you feel like your getting ripped off. $1 to drop off a parcel for USPS to pickup, $1 to tape a box, $10 to fill a box with loose fill, $39 to pack a laptop in a box? Avoid this place at all costs. They will drain you. UPS Store is a complete ripoff. Youre better off buying a box, tape, and fill on your own and then dropping the package off. Oh and dont ever purchase shipping from here. I know you might think that purchasing UPS postage from the UPS store would be a good idea, but youll pay 20-30% more. Everything about the UPS store is designed to separate you from your money.

Staff needs to listen more and talk less. I explained something 3 times but the clerk made me go through some mindless process to get her the info she said she needed. Then, out of sheer frustration, I told her ALL THREE ARE UNDER THE SAME RETURN LABEL! Oh, I wish youd have told me that sooner, she said. I explained that to her 3 times but she was too busy throwing attitude.

Charged for overnight Saturday delivery and was not delivered until Monday. UPS corporate instructed us to get our money back from the store. The next day the owner was incredibly rude, defensive & unprofessional. I now see why I am not alone. Great job Greensburg!

This place is horrible..i would give it a negative if that was possible.. Owner is unprofessional they messed up on not sending my fax off to where I needed it to go an, to find out from my employer they never recieved so I come in after wasting gas cuz these clowns dont answer the phone I brought my recipe and it wasnt good enough to be refunded the sorry low life made excuse of saying he gave me another paper which he didnt he Lied so that was it pretty sorry to be a owner an not go extra mile to make it right do yourself a favor go down the street to office max dont waste your time on these people an give them your business. These clowns, charged me 6 bucks for something that never got sent to.. Office max only charged me 2 bucks an it got sent to proper address
