Giant eagle is nice and clean. Better have an Advantage Card tho.

I dont like this place at all. The minute I walk in they have the biggest security cameras I have ever scene. I feel like Im a criminal and Im being watched. I doubt if there are criminals that go there because the food selection is not that good. Whenever I go in there I cant seem to be able to put my discount phone number in. They say its down sometimes. They hide it likes its a secret. The workers seem to be too fast and dont take the time to ask you if you need help with anything. Very unfriendly. There are some people who may need help shopping and finding things.

Actually pretty darn good. The cashier was super on top of being helpful and making life just a little bit easier.

Great in store deals and prices. And the employees are very polite and practice good customer service!

Daughter told us to try it...was visiting from out of state..picked up a few things. Tried to check out self checkout..apparently you cant do that unless you have a Giant Eagle card. Went to the regular cashier...unless you have a card you dont get the special prices.. live and learn.

Clean, neatly setup, and friendly service. Aisles are labeled and more then enough room to maneuver around other customers if they are browsing. I didnt give it 4 stars only because they arent always staffed for checking out and the lines back up, even the self check outs with people that are checking out themselves slowly or with 50 things.

Always stocked, so much better product than Shop n Save.

Lily went out of her way to ensure my 1st curbside pickup was hassle free and a positive experience. How fortunate Giant Eagle is to have such a positive and professional employee as the face of the company! Give that girl a raise!

Good selection. Staff is helpful. I only shop at this store because they enforce the mask policy. And no the mask policy has not been discontinued!Did not give 5 stars as today they forgot to include an item in my bags. Called and they said to bring in my receipt and they’d replace. However I don’t feel like driving back again for one item. A little disappointing.

This place has the best bakery and cakes in particular. Also, their fried chicken is delicious.

Good place to shop. Great selection with reasonable prices. Lot of sales or frozen prices. Quick checkout and enough self checkouts for small quantities. Has a bakery, bank and pharmacy in the store along with a fresh flower sales area.

Good selection but the price on the signs are not what rings up at the register. Watch your receipts. Management wont give you the price on the shelf even if you show them the error.

Absolutely will avoid the store at all cost. I would rather pay more elsewhere than to be harassed by employees, and forced to wear a mask. It is ridiculous that they would force you to wear a mask, in spite of medical conditions preventing it. I was forced to jeopardize my health, while being harassed by rude employees!!!! This is completely unacceptable

Love the store..aways have what I need ...if they only would teach cashiers to pack right.. cheese does not go in with boxed items..the worst part is I put everything on the way I want it packed ...ugh..

I saw rats in the store and general filth. I’m NOT impressed nor will I shop there. My friends and family feel the same way. There are too many clean grocery stores in the area.

Awful service. They had a young lady in a wheelchair running register alone while 3 other employees stood around instead of helping her out or opening another register. Nothing against the young lady by any means she was doing her best and I didnt mind waiting....I was more so irate at the fact that there were employees standing around gabbing amongst each other while this poor girl was struggling.

Website says pharmacy is open until 8 (per MedExpress across the parking lot), but nope, its 6 on Saturdays. The upside is that I found a good ale to try, but no NSAIDs from the closed pharmacy.

They sell halal beef and lamb under the brand name of Thomas Farms Grass fed organic meat, halal symbol on the back:)

This store is very clean and the fresh fruits and vegetables are good quality. I like the fresh bread also.

This store is beyond rude a worker named josh stopped me saying I have to wear a mask even if I have a medical condition. I explained my medical condition and was very rude. The manger of the store some lady sided with him. If you have a medical problem and can’t we’re a mask don’t go here. They don’t care and don’t want to hear about it.

Great grocery store, only wish they would restock the shelves when their items run low.

This giant eagle is a very tiny step up from a Dollar General in terms of fresh food selection. Its the smallest selection of fresh vegetables and fruits and meats and bakery items Ive ever seen in a full-sized grocery store. There were about a half dozen fresh chicken items available, they all appeared to have been frozen and water condensation was pooling inside the wrapping. I didnt trust the look of any of it. The bakery had about six ready made cakes to choose from -- not six varieties, six total. I was going to make a chicken dinner tonight, but didnt have time to go to another store so I ended up with ham steaks 🤷‍♀️. This was my first time at this location and it was a mistake. Wont happen again.

Well stocked and very well laid out. I now have to knock off a couple stars because I witnessed a member of management being very rude to a customer. The manager came through and said there were shorter lines at different registers. The wait would have been the same and when a customer pointed this out the manager became verbally abusive. This should be seen as an embarrassment to Giant Eagle.

Better than the last time I visited this one. I usually go to the other one on US-30. Happy that the wine is available. The store looks to be stocked better.

I was looking for popsicles and a gentleman named eric walked me right to them and was very friendly. I was trying to get in and out fast because my child is sick with a sore throat, and he was the one positive thing that happened in my day! Awesome customer service!!!

They try to lure us to their store with fuel perks. What does that have to do with grocery shopping? Nothing. Places like Aldi and Walmart are successful for across the board low prices. The prices are so high I feel like Im at a Ralphs in Los Angeles. This is suburban Western PA.

Never seen a manager and employees harass and attack customers. This particular store does not meet the standards that I expect from giant eagle this is more than one occasion that I’ve seen this at the specific location it is disgraceful

Sorry but the bathroom were disgusting. The womans feminine receptical was overflowing . Human waste and blood on seat. Then the self scan cashier ignored us for 5min while she held a conversation with others. Was a retail manager for giant eagle and shop and save and this would not have ever happened at my stores, bad manager

It is a nice store but being checked out is often a long wait. The Greensburg store and the Latrobe store are often short of cashiers. I believe they want everyone to check themselves out. However, I have to go there to buy shitake mushrooms since other groceries do not carry them.

Two lines open, a couple of people in line with a good bit of groceries, and 1 guy holding 1 item. Are all people that ignorant that they couldnt offer the one holding one item to go ahead? So, the store needs more cashiers and people need to be kinder to each other.

I usually never have a problem with this store but last night I was a bit irritated. I came in around 8:45 and went to the deli and couldnt get service because the lady said she just finished cleaning the machines!!! I thought the deli hours were until 10. Then go to check out and their is one cashier and a line full of people. My 2 year old had to go potty and my husband couldnt even take him in the bathroom because they were so disgusting. Poop all over the seats and dirty toilet paper everywhere. This is an issue I feel needs to be addressed.

Overpriced compared to every other grocery store and the self check out lanes DO NOT work. Totally a frustrating shopping experience. Walmart and Aldi’s do not have this issue.

Seafood section seems too often to be unmanned, very frustrating this community spends a lot of money here, the very least you should do is provide customer satisfaction not excuses!

Complete supermarket, great bread selection from bakery, and excellent cakes and pies nice frozen section and beautiful flowers and ful wine and beer section, nice deli And meats I recomen checking prices .

I really like this store and often buy hot and cold prepared ready to eat foods. Some grocery items are pricey, but they have good weekly sales.

I hate this place anyways, because it is so overpriced. I went in there today, because it is where the doctor called in my prescription, and they had a woman sitting in the entrance, telling everybody to put a mask on. This mask thing was over a month ago, and i am tired of playing along with it.

Prices are never as cheap as their competitors like aldis or shopnsave. They have a very limited selection of organic produce... with aldis as small as they are they manage to have more organic food than this giant eagle... just disappointing...

Ad for pop was still active until 10/30 but they did not have the cubes as ad stated in the ad.

The produce is the freshest, friendly helpful staff. Favorite place for groceries.

They are like any other big grocery store. But found the one in Irwin better laid out. They are not keeping up with price changes. Product on the Shelf says one thing but it rings up another and said they have to do what the register says. Not to friendly about.

This is my favorite GE, always a pleasant visit.

There never seem to be any hand baskets in the front of the store. I was trying to find something I asked two different people where it was neither of them knew admittedly the one worked in different department.

Does this GE have Scan, Pay, and Go? The one at the Hempfield Square does.

I just bought a $150.00 TJ Max gift card and went to spend it at a TJ Max and they said it wasnt activated. Giant Eagle want replace or nothing. So Giant Eagle just stold $150.00 off of me. So Buyer Beware!!!
