I would advise people not to go here. They are liars about things to be printed. They even dont deserve a star. They are the rudest people.

I went to OfficeMax to make copies. The store was not crowded but there were people in there that did not have on face mask. I will not visit this Office Max again although their customer service was great

They were awesome. The absolutely most helpful and friendly tech services i have ever experienced. I am technology challenged and they treated me with patience and were the best teachers. I would highly recommend if you buy a new computer, need to transfer data and need to install new software. Their prices were grest too!

Oh my i was jammed because my computer was not working an i went there. A associate named Jim took care of me an he was wonderful! He was so patient an knowledgeable I would gave been sunk without him! Your printing was inexpensive an your associate made what had been an incredible headache a very good experience. Thank you Jim you are appreciated an i will bring all my business to you!

Youll find more discounted items when you visit the store than buying online though there will be few choices. I got a nice Lazy Boy office chair with a huge discount. Its also nice that staff will explain to you the warranty and offers extended warranty or insurance for it.

Everyone was friendly and understanding but, I sent my phone out with them to get it fixed and it came back in worse shape then when it left. Just wanted my glass fixed and when it came back it Was still busted and cracked. Also I thought I would get other quotes from other places since office max didn’t get it fixed and in that 3 week time period my calls where going in and out kinda fuzzy at times. I was told by more then one person to go back there because I paid them and they should fix it. so I did but then my calls completely cut out and I can no longer call on the phone. I do appreciate the manager for refunding me however when some1 gave me money I got this phone and it’s not even 2 years old and I can no longer use it.I am hoping they can fix it right.

I called first to get an estimate and ask the best way to submit the posters I needed printed. They told me to email it and they had it done by the time I got there after work. Super quick, kind, and considerate. I will definitely be going there again for all of my printing needs.

Jim was great in helping me to decide on size of copy that I wanted printed...he opened a rewards card for me too. Everyone is at the copy area is very helpful....

Allison went above and beyond to help me find a calendar and some legal pads. She directed me from her counter to the correct isles then came back to help me find my products. Nice job Allison!

I recently purchased a printer at this location, the sales associates were very helping with my selection until I got to the checkout. As I was checking out I was offered a service contract, which I declined. I was again offered a service contract and declined again. At that time I was informed the printer now had a 15% restocking charge. The cashier made sure to stamp my receipt with this info. along with no returns on opened boxes, and that I refused the service agreement. I wonder if there would have been a restocking charge if I would had purchased the service agreement?

Found exactly what I needed, got exactly the help that I needed, and the price that I wanted. The person who helped us was very good.

I have never had better than a mediocre experience here. I have several tumes stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Most recently I came in to buy a power strip for work. An older gentleman waited on me. He said hey, scanned my purchase, and then turned his back to me. He litterally turned his back away from the counter, and didnt say another word to me until he said good bye. He didnt ask for a rewards card or even tell me the price. What a joke.

Wide selection, sometimes a little too wide, but thats better than too narrow. If you need it, theyll probably have it.
