Greensburg staff is very helpful however trying to schedule an appointment on line is crazy. Purchased a refrigerator in July this year. Tried to call service line because ice maker not working. Sunday morning 830 was told a one hour wait. Trying to get through to them is crazy. You are put on hold forever. Easier to go to store and schedule. No one should have to do this. Had I known this I would never have bought appliances from them
I was greeted by 2 young people that said, What are you doing here, and Why are you here, I thought that was kinda rude. I think, Can I help you sounds better. They also are not well stocked with old school electronics. I know us old school people still like the Radio Shack type stuff. They seem too advanced.
Was greeted at the door by a gentleman who asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to the aisle I needed. As I went to the aisle I was thinking well I really needed more help then that but maybe Id see a worker and get them to help me. Next thing I know a worker comes up to me and as I start to ask if he can help me he says Ive already been informed what you are looking for and Im here to help you. I was impressed that the gentleman up front called to worker to come find me and assist me instead of me trying to find someone to help. The young man was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Had hard time purchasing items online but customer service was great. Deliver was excellent.
This is the first place that I have found in like 3 months that actually had my screen protectors. I have the note 10 plus and I do not use glass screen protectors on my phone I use that flex material. So I purchased every single one they had and I also had the girl put it on She did a pretty good job She did leave a fingerprint on it so Ill forever have her fingerprint underneath the left side of my screen protector until I put a new one on.
I usually walk into a Best Buy store and the staff is very pushy. The staff at the Greensburg Best Buy location werent pushy at all, were very polite, & were able to help me with what I was looking for! Very clean and organized location, too!
Was greeted at door with smile and helpfully directed me in the right direction to buy my daughter a tablet. The girl at the register was polite and got us in and out. Great job guys!

This best buy was limited on their selection of products. Its very small but was also so hard to find someone to help you. They would see you but ignore and keep walking by as if the dont notice you.
Jake (Assistant Store manager) was knowledgeable about products sold and has great customer service skills. I went to another store and returned to obtain Jakes opinion to make my purchase at his store.

Went in looking for something in particular. I wasnt even sure if they had it or not, which they didnt but thats ok because I walked out of there with something I needed anyways. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This best buy has some of the best trained staff around. They really know what they are talking about. They have always helped me with anything I went in with.
Id give less than 1 star if i could. Walked around for 20 minutes without any assistance. The few employees there were in the car audio section fooling around. Needed a simple usb 3.0 cable for my vr, but most of the cables were either disorganized or out of stock. Ill never return to this store.
I didnt shop but my granddaughter did and liked that they had what she needed. She looked all over for something she needed for her laptop but only best buy had it.

It used to be much better back in the day. Now, there are people at the door who seem to rush you into making a decision and declaring your reasoning for entering the store. We obviously come for a reason, leave us alone and let people look. You never know, sometimes people impulse buy and you end up selling more.
Was greeted when entering the store. Service ended there. Was looking to purchase a gas range but there wasnt many to chose from and no one approached to ask if we needed help.

Came to the store to get a external harddrive... asked to talk with an associate about the three I was looking at. As Im standing in line to talk with an associate he walks away to help a lady with geek squad sign up another associate come up and helps the people behind me... I have now been waiting over 15 minutes i go back upfront to ask whats going on and he says too Ill get someone... another 10 minutes goes by and nothing... I hate this store with a passion every time I come here they mess something up... No wonder everyone shops online. Your store sucks.
Walked in and was immediately bombarded with “HI WHAT ARE WE SHOPPING FOR TODAY!” I say “just browsing” and walk away. Then I’m chased down by a sales employee and asked the same question. Ya’ll, please don’t do this. It’s an anxiety nightmare. I’ll ask for help if I want it.

Bought a new pair of speakers and the sales lady took me to exactly what I described I wanted, not what she or a big box store wants to sell. I was impressed! So impressed I also ordered a new amp.

Id like to share details of my interaction with the employees, but I cant even speak to a human when calling. After navigating the automated system for what felt like forever, I was then placed on hold for over 10 minutes. That was the first call. After calling back, and hitting 0 to expedite speaking to a person, I was pushed through the automated system again and then placed on hold for another 5 minutes.
I went to Greensburg Best Buy today just to browse and possibly buy. It was very clear that the staff is being overworked, being experienced in retail myself. Sales people were doing the best that they could, but after buying a TV I decided to get a tech support package from Geek Quad. The staff seemed to be working very hard, but one of the managers, I believe her name was Jackie, tried to rush the workers to accommodate more people than possible. I had no issue coming back another day, but the sales assistant insisted that Geek Squad could take me. I apologized to the kind man that helped me today. They truly need to either schedule more people or restrict walk ins with Geek Squad. Great workers, seemingly horrible management.
Good store. I hadnt been in this location for quite a while. The shelves were stocked, store was clean.This used to be my go to store for electronics and different items.It still serves it purpose, just not as much as what I needed in the past

Ordered a refrigerator that they advertised as counter depth. Found out it wasnt and had to cancel the order. Wasted alot of my time because they dont have correct information listed for their products.
Reminded by 4 sales people that they close at 6. It was 5:40. I was allowed to schedule an appointment some other day. No need. I bought elsewhere. Obviously they had something better to do. I wont go there again
Very accommodating when it comes to curbside pickup. Process was efficient and went off without a hitch. Even though the item I was picking up would not fit in my vehicle Best buy staff or willing and able to overcome my vehicles shortcomings. We made other arrangements and everything worked out fine. With no additional expense to myself I might add.
DO NOT BUY A TV FROM THEM. We purchased a tv with a warranty. Less then a year goes by and a part goes bad. We had someone come out to look at it. Reordered the part which took FOREVER to get here. Once it arrived the guy comes back to instill and the part that was shipped was bad. So now we have been waiting for another 2 weeks for another part or to find out if they will just replace the tv. The volume doesnt work properly and it randomly goes on mute and I cant undo it. It also keeps deleting all my apps. I am beyond irritated. Not to mention nobody at the store seems to want to answer the phone . Its nothing but a huge game. So save yourself the irritations and buy elsewhere. This place seriously needs to go out of business. They suck!

The staff here is terrible. They arent very knowledgeable or helpful. The selection of electronics is quite poor. Every time I have gone to this store I never find what I need. I easily found what I needed online with the help of some electronics forums. It is no wonder why places like this cannot compete with online retailers. I will not be returning to this place.

We went to the Greensburg Best Buy to return a gift. I gave the cashier a gift receipt and before she refunded it, I had to confirm that it was a gift. Instead of giving me the refund, she credited the card of the guy who originally bought the gift. So, I walked out with nothing and the cashier acted like it was my fault. I now have to have the awkward conversation with the guy who bought me the present that he got his money back.To be fair, I have a hard time completely faulting the cashier completely. At the time, another employee was working on a scissor lift, removing a sign above us. The entire time the transaction was going on, he was awkwardly flirting with her.Everything about this was awkward and they are not answering their phones, so we cannot even discuss the problem with them. I highly recommend shopping at any other best buy. The one in Greensburg is awful.

Was greeted at door by a salesperson who asked what i was looking for. Went to area and waited for a salesperson. A cpl salespeople went by but didnt help me. Went back to greeter who told me i was in the Q .. they didnt tell me that when i went in. A girl came out to help me after that.I feel that the greeter should have told me i was in the Q [ mite be cue ... ] i was getting ready to leave.

Best buy has most of the electronics and home devices you could ever need. Their pricing is fair. Most of their stores are out of stock on many things though. Mostly pandemic related Im sure.

Very pleased with my experience at this Best Buy. My associate in the cell phone dept. Kaitlyn G was the best. She was patient and extremely helpful setting up my phone. She made a difficult process very easy for me. I appreciate the time she spent finding a solution to my problem and it did take time but she took care of it. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Great customer and experience! Walmart Fd up my order for my sons birthday gift saying I wasnt going to receive it for a month past original delivery date! Was able to order and pick up same day at Best Buy, and to top it off their curbside had a glitch and since we waited an extended amount of time they gave me few $$ off a future purchase for waiting. Very happy!
