I stopped in at this Starbucks today as we traveled on vacation. It was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly. All of our drinks were expediently made and tasted good. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit this Starbucks. If you are in the area, stop on in and grab a coffee.

LOVE LOVE LOVE STARBUCKS! This location can be a little slow but it is expected due to the volume. I come here just about everyday. Thank you for the wonderful coffee everyday.

This starbucks is one of the worst in the country as far as customer service ! It has been that way for years ! What is so wrong with being polite to customers. I dont usually call corporate but too many bad experiences here. I usually will drive out of my way to go to the other Starbucks when Im in town . The whole point is .... I shouldnt have to make a choice due to such poor customer service !

For a caffeine fix, in a pinch, itll do. My drink is fairly basic and yet they are very inconsistent in making it to the point, if time permits, I just drive a few more miles down the road to the other one... which I usually do. Unfortunately there are times I am forced to concede and stop at this location. Plus there is one employee that works there that has a subtle rudeness that even my daughter has called him out on... but this is just my opinion...

Central location in shopping area.Whether its drive-thru, in store, or mobile ordering, the staff is always polite and willing to help!Even when the drive-thru is backed up around the building, it goes quick.During the busy times, I highly recommend a mobile order 10min before you get there, park and walk in to pick it up.You can then sip on your latte and laugh at those waiting in line. 👍🏻

As a veteran, American, and Christian, all Starbucks get a 1 star rating. It may be tasty coffee, but its a horrible corporation with anti-American ideals. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Be mindful of where you spend your dollars. What they support, you support by spending your money there.

I go there before work ( 4/5) days a week. Today the cashier didn’t feel like heating up a breakfast sandwich so she told me they were out, the other cashier checked and they weren’t. The rudest and laziness off the workers there aren’t worth going back

Your standard Starbucks with friendly service. The line can be quite long (even spill onto the road) but it moves quick. Typically do mobile order and pick up inside to avoid the wait.

This is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The baristas there are literally the best. The line is typically a bit long due to the location but it usually runs through pretty quickly.

Went here today it is a rainy Sunday, Mother’s Day. I have waited in their drive thru for what feels like forever before so I ordered ahead of time for in store pick up because we have our 3 kids and baby with us. When I got into the store there was a man, no mask which nothing was said to him. I am forced to wear a mask while working and have even fainted while at work because of a syncope episode. When I’m off of work I have the right to prevent a lack of oxygen. When I told them I would not put on a mask they told me to wait outside. It should have been as simple as me walking into Sheetz to grab my items that have already been purchased and given a time to pick up. Instead I’m threatened to have the cops called on me. I got my money back and left. Got my joe around the corner, with no line, super friendly staff, and ten times better taste. This place really is overrated and they lost my business period because of their red headed manager clearly is sexist and thinks discrimination is okay.

Very nice location! Newly renovated and very well put together for its location size. The drinks always exceptional and created exactly how you want it to be! Only down side is the staff is not always friendly. But Caitlyn is the true gem of this store! Always very friendly and efficient. I continue visiting this store just because she is so pleasant!

Gotta love Starbucks! This store is clean and pretty as usual. Employees are friendly and courteous. The coffee and foods are delicious as usual. Id like to also mention that there are great deals and offers available in Starbucks app.

Went through drive through, ordered a white hot chocolate venti, was too hot to drink right away.when I got a chance to drink it, it wasnt what I ordered. It was regular hot chocolate, it was made with water, not milk, and had some chocolate syrup on it . It wouldnt pay me to go back cause I was about 10 miles down the road. Yuck!

The barista was very patient and thorough when helping me figure out the exact drink I wanted. She could have just said okay, whatever and rushed off to make the drink, but she took the time to ask me questions to make sure I got what I thought I was getting. I really appreciated it! And the drink turned out delicious. Ive only visited once, so Im not sure if all of the baristas are this way - thus the 4 stars.

Long drive thru

I work right next to Starbucks, so I stop in before or after most of my shifts. The staff is super friendly, they have learned my name and my order. They always work efficiently, and my order is made correctly. I completely love the overall store.

The Greensburg store is the best store we have been to for coffee. You get a full glass and they are always consistent.

Enjoy going here with my daughter, always busy but we never wait long!

Perfectly suitable as far as Starbucks go, for drink and food stuffs. Doesnt quite compare to the other Greensburg shop in terms of a productivity friendly environment. While you can set up a laptop and work away, youre constantly interrupted by the air conditioner that expels a blast of regulating cool air every time someone walks through the door. That and the best seating along the front window, still leaves one feeling exposed to the wandering eyes of people behind you, which while may be an irrational fear, is still something not experienced at the East side Starbucks.TL:DR Come for the coffee, dont stay for the atmosphere

As always Im happy with the customer service here. Yes, you pay anywhere between $5.00 - $7.00 for one drink on average. That being said, sometimes you pay for what you get. The drinks are really good, 99.99% of the time, are prepared to your precise specifications and service is similar to walking into a Hilton hotel. I guess you could say Starbucks is the Hilton Hotel of drinks.By the way, try their Pink drink (that comes in a trenta size if you ask for it - only some of their drinks come in that size), Dragon fruit drink, green tea frappucino and yes, PokemonGo frappucino.I recommend 7 scoops of Matcha powder, 5 pumps of syrup and whipped cream on top of a venti size green tea frappucino. I will warn you this one is sweet so if you are diabetic dont get it. If you like green tea however and sweetness try it for something different.

I typically dont come to starbucks. This morning I was running late and decided to stop by. The woman at the drive through was really rude. She told me my that my card had declined. She never ran my card. Have enough money in account to pay for my coffee. I asked her to run it again she said they dont prepaid cards. Thats funny because I bought my boss and I coffee with the same card at a different location

Im just really disappointed. The last few times Ive been here, my white chocolate mocha has been disgusting. All the flavor is at the bottom. It tasted so bad. I pay $4.95 for a grande, and its gross. The people working here need to pay attention to what they are doing.

I am writing this review because of the way that I was treated yesterday! Generally I ordered coffee for myself and then my grandmother I get just a couple ice cubes so she doesn’t burn her mouth In black cup of coffee and then I ordered myself a blonde coffee which is always a pour overwith whole milk! The woman with dark hair made a mistake and put ice cubes in my coffee and I told her I’m sorry but you put the ice cubes in the wrong coffee! She snags The cup out of my hand and dumped it out with an attitude then goes to make a cup of coffee over again! She hands it back to me without a lid !!! I asked her nicely if I could please have a lid and rudely she gave me one and made a complete about-face afterwards! I was kind at the register I even tip them what kind of customer service is this!!!

I love Starbucks but I will never come back to this location!! I ordered 3 iced carmel macchiatos, one small and two venti. So I pay and the rude young lady hands me 2 iced and one hot. So I told her and she seriously didnt say a word, rolled her eyes at me and closed the window. A man comes back qnd says well if you want the third one on ice you need to pay .11 cents because we keep inventory on our ice!!! I paid with no problem but I dont know what kind of employees they have at this location but it was THE WORST Starbucks experience EVER!!!

I was really looking forward to a coffee before grocery shopping and when I walked in the store with it half of it came out and all over the place. Worst experience Ive ever had! I have been patronizing this Starbucks since it opened. I ordered a Venti Frap in drive thru and was quoted the usual price. When I got up to the window I was handed a Tall. I said I ordered a Venti and the Barista Jordan rolled his eyes and told the girl Barista Venti. When he rudely handed me the Venti I said I didnt order incorrectly, and he said said bye and let the window doors close and walked away. I parked and went in to talk to a Manager and reported the incident. He was laughing when I left. I went back in to get his name and he and the Manager were discussing and laughing. I got his name and called District Manager Shannon and she was extremely apologetic and told me I would be called by the Greengate store Manager. That was a month ago. It is obviously a poorly run Starbucks with no accountability for awful service.
