The service is pretty good they dont have a lot of people working for them but who does these days they do a good job for what they have the tires are okay

I am very unhappy with the customer service at Firestone greensburg. Took my wifes car for an alignment and they refused to do it because the ball joint was supposedly bad. After investigation the ball joint was showing little to no wear. I took it to NTB and they did it no problem. I throughly believe they were just trying to make money off me. I will never return.

The garage man didnt know we were sitting behind the building as he squeeled my tires taking the turn way to fast into the garage.

Giving it 1 star because my boyfriend got a flat tire and when they replaced it they broke his tire pressure sensor. Argued with him about fixing the broken sensor when we watched the mechanic come up and show the guy he broke it! When they “fixed” it the sensor wouldn’t read at all and said it was his fault when we brought it back a day later to be fixed. They tried to tell him he had to pay for them to fix their mistake. Once they ended up fixing his sensor another one stopped working after they touched it so we’re not going back. And the prices for their tires are outrageous. I can go get a brand new tire for $40, not $140

These folks are expedient in their work. They wont recommend anything to you unless it is something they feel will be helpful such as letting you know youre close to needing new tires. I recommend the lifetime alignment as well as signing up for emails because they sometimes will email coupons. They do more than just tire work.

Six hours for an oil change. Unacceptable.

Firestone Tried charging me 275$ to replace the spark plugs in my Jeep. @35$/ plug and over 100$ in labor!! I denied the service and did some research.I was able to buy the same plugs from a local auto parts store for 40$ for all 4 plugs. It took about 10 minutes to replace. So the labor they are trying to charge me is over 10$/ minute. I just wanted to be treated fairly because my family is on a tight budget but unfortunately Firestone tried to take advantage of me instead.

Wish I started coming here sooner. Recently visited because it was the only place able to do a state inspection rather quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining a potential issue with my tires. Made recommendations on different services I could benefit from without being too pushy about it. Did sign up for the credit card/line of credit they offer for auto service costs and it has some good benefits. Will definitely keep coming back if each visit is as pleasant as the one I just had.

This is the go to place for tires, oil changes, alignments, inspections or brake problems. Have dealt with the Greensburg Hempfield Square Firestone for years and have always gotten the best service there. Its like having your own personal mechanic. All the service technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. Quick scheduled appointments and reasonably priced.

I will never go anywhere else with my Jeep. The guys went above and beyond for me. As a girl I dread going to the garage but I seriously felt like they actually cared to give me the best options rather than just to sell me expensive tires. Honestly, go there!

This place is a joke. Asked them to not do any work until they could give me a price (apparently they do not know how much an oil change or brake change is until they look at it. Weird.) They did a 70 dollar oil change that would be 35 anywhere else when they told me the outrageous price they would charge for breaks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Can’t today, won’t today, um today, you want what today ? . You get the picture, had truck in by 11 out by 6 . Same day service . Exceptional job boys . I had a very good experience at Firestone when I took my vehicle there for 4 tires. The guys that I dealt with were very personable and werent trying to up sell everything under the sun, only things that probably should be done. For being there on a Sunday I was in the waiting room for a long time but these guys were slammed with work and there were only 2 mechanics and a guy working the desk but they somehow managed to keep the vehicles rolling in and out. They also seemed to try and get me out of there asap since I was waiting. The tires I bought were very reasonably priced and after this experience there I will be back.

Fast, inexpensive, friendly, and informative if they notice something that may need future repair. Id recommend this place before any other tire, oil, or muffler service. Plus they do so much more!

Ive been a customer here many times, and Ive had good experiences, but recently theyve let me down. I took my car in for a state inspection, and was told that I needed a new caliper in order to pass. As soon as I picked up the car, the wheel with the new caliper made an awful scraping / grinding sound. I took it back two weeks later, having only driven the car twice in between, and was told that I now needed new rear brake pads and rotors on both sides. When I asked why nobody had mentioned this during the inspection two weeks prior, the gentlemen working there agreed with me that if the pads and rotors were truly worn out, the car would not have passed. The situation does not add up to me, and I never got a good explanation, so I dont plan on taking my car back in the future.

I have always had a great experience when going to this store. The sales reps and mechanics know what theyre doing and are upfront and honest with you. Ive bought tires here, had my car alignment checked and bought a new battery and its all been done correctly and efficiently.

I have a bad tire that needed plugged and I had it at another tire center n?? took it at 9 in the morning. they told me when I asked how long will it take they told me when the work is all done on the list Ill get to it. I gave him the tire waited for hours it still was not done. I called Firestone up and they were very helpful and completed the repair within a half hour. The manners and the help with very excellent.

Would have gave a 5 star but didnt why? Well got 4 new tires on and oil change and a alinement great deal but after my husband left the car handled terrible. Had to go back up to fix that problem so again had to sit and wait again. Well the problem was fixed and my car handles great. Maybe if it was done right the first time they would had gotten 5 stars

I brought my car in for service last week and left my locking lug nut at the store, which is fine, Im sure it happens once in a while, but nobody called to tell me where it was. After three days of looking and I called them, and theyre like Oh yeah, its here. Thanks guys.

I got excellent care from John W. I told him what time I needed to be out, he went above and beyond. When aligning my car saw two tires were worn and replaced them under warranty and still had me it on time with my oil change!

Ive never had a less than excellent experience with these guys. Theyre friendly, informative, and they dont try to sell you crap you dont need. They do great work, and I have yet to call and not get an appointment in less than 24 hours. The lifetime alignment deal is absolutely worth every cent and can be used at any freaking location! Family has always been involved with Goodyear growing up, but over the last 5 years, Ive just experienced an I-dont-give-a-crap attitude with them and getting an appointment was always a struggle. Firestone blows them away. You wont be disappointed.

They can do the work but bring extra money because they will pad the charges and treat you disrespectfully. For example they tried to charge me 120.00 to replace perfectly good lug nuts. Buyer beware.

Great experience. The manager was very helpful and informative. I went in for an alignment and tire rotation. Found out I needed two new tires. He took the time to show me the wear on the tires and answered all my questions. I will continue going to the location for these services.

Fine I came in when they were busy and had to schedule for a oil change.

Was told couldnt get inspected because it needed a left control arm and a motor mount. The cost was going to be outrageous. Plus the list they have me if the things they said I would need in the future. So I took it where I could get it done cheaper bought the part I needed and went somewhere else. Well guess what? there was nothing wrong with my left control arm or motor mount. 3 mechanics looked at it! Firestone was trying to rip me off because I am a woman and they thought they could burn me! Never will I go here again and never will I recommend it. My husband is friends with certain high ranking officials, politicians and people from BBB and you better believe they will be hearing what firestone did. They rip off woman and the elderly.

Have gotten my alignments and inspections done here for two years and always friendly service, sometimes a bit of a wait but never had a problem.

I came around 5.30pm because I know they close at 7pm. Not only were they able to lower the price on the set of Blizzak for my car, they got my car in right away and I was on my way home with a new set of winter tires by 6.30pm on the same day. Very, very satisfied. Mike was very friendly and helpful.

Tried to up-sale me with getting brakes done. They said I needed EVERYTHING; meaning 4 brake pads, 4 calipers, and 4 rotors. I came in for an oil change and to have them look at the breaks. I know I needed pads and sometimes a rotor like it has been in the past with other places, so I was prepared for that, but not a bill to the tune of over 1,600 dollars.I told them to put everything back and to the oil change. The only reason I went there was Kim Merkt said they can get me a 20% discount. They did, on the oil change. No one was rude, but I didnt like feeling like a target.

I dialed the number as we where there the phone rang. He told me not to bring my truck there on Sundays. And got smart as I. Proved that I did call before coming and replied back whatever

Went there to get my snow tires changed and alignment. Bought lifetime alignment before I moved here and I live 35-40 minutes away. Tried to upsell me something fierce, and didnt seem to balance the tires because the car pulled despite alignment, didnt notice it until on highway and didnt want to turn around. Will not be returning
