Always takes forever if you come here so be prepared to wait for what seems like an eternity... Doesnt matter if you make an appointment or not. There are better places to spend your time and money! Maybe because they constantly overbook.... just saying.

Great Costumer Service! Keith Kalp provided fantastic tire services. He is extremely knowledgeable on every facet of the tire world. The man is literally a walking encyclopedia and can provide information on almost any question that one may have. If this guy came to my house I would let him marry my daughter! Great dude and even greater service, did not leave disappointed! Will recommend to every person I see, EVERYONE!

Excellent service and Larry took good care of me.They got me in as soon as they could and did their best to save me money where they could without even being asked to. Hell I think, Larry was more upset about the nail in my brand new tire than I was, a very stand up guy. He did everything he could to save it.

I needed service and an inspection on my vehicle. I called last minute and Josh was able to fit me in. This was my first experience at NTB and I will be returning! Josh and the rest of the employees were very helpful and definitely went the extra mile.

They made everything happen in timely manner and stayed in contact, so I knew what was happening. My car seemed to run smoother afterwards. We got inspected, oil change, rotation and alignment. We have their alignment package, so we get that done at every rotation

Stopped in to get a tire repaired (screw found way in threads). Alex checked me in and was friendly. Honest and informative. They were a little busy but able to get me in, thank you. Work was done quicker than they had thought and they had a great sense of humor about calling me with the information. Would highly recommend coming here.

He provided me with the most in-depth knowledge about the tire industry and he is the sole reason my 05 Ram is still running good as good as new. Stopped by this afternoon found out my tires were not roadworthy. Alex worked me in before close. Staff was very helpful and very professional. I have NTB do all my tire work and have never been disappointed.

Irwin location was absolutely horrible!!! They forgot to tighten caliper bolts and I had damage to my truck as a result. Joe at customer service was completely no caring and pretty much blew me off. DO NOT GO TO NTB!!!

I was able to schedule an appointment and thus eliminate the guesswork in terms of when to bring it in. Open on Sundays. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. I felt like my car was very well taken care of.

Did not use oil requested in my 2021 forester. They instead used high milage blend in a vehicle that had 6k miles. I will now have to pay for a second oil change as they stated they would not correct there error.

This is the worst place I have ever taken my fleet vehicle. Took them over 7 hours for 4 tires and inspection, with an appointment. Front desk workers, except Larry, are young, rude and unknowledgeable. They couldn’t have cared less. I will never be back and I also urge you to consider taking your business elsewhere.

The manager Josh is very knowledgeable and very kind. He took me in no problem. The tech Brandon worked on my car and did an amazing job. They even kept it clean which I know is a hard job alone in there business. Will recommend them for all friends and family.

When you call for pricing, make sure they include everything you are asking for. When calling in, I specifically asked for an alignment, when quoted the price, I was led to believe it was an all inclusive price, only to go in and find they left out the price of the alignment. Be careful!

As usual NTB never lets me down. They were swamped with vehicles and tires because of the snow. In spite of the congestion they still got me in so I could be safe on the road. They are just about the only garage where I feel confident the work will get done right

Best shop around! The manager, Josh H, is absolutely incredible. I came in for an oil change, and I ended up having some other small problems that he fixed for an amazing rate! I couldn’t believe how nice and helpful he was. I will recommend this NTB to everyone I know.

Called all over for prices on tires. Called Josh the manager and he not only beat everyone else’s prices, he blew them out of water AND he could do them same day! Yes it took awhile but still was able to be done same day. He was very respectful.

I came here for tires, josh hooked me up with the best tires. I actually come here for all my service because the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love when josh is working because he always helps me anyway he can, he makes sure I am satisfied before I leave. you can definitely tell he takes his job seriously. He’s a great guy.

All my family cars have been coming through here for years even after I moved to D.C. I always try to go there when Josh is working. After every inspection, hes really good at letting me know what might need replaced in the future so I can plan my budget. Fantastic customer service! Just this past weekend when I came home for Thanksgiving, Josh was able to squeeze me in last minute to get my front 2 tires changed that same day before I had to head back down to D.C. for the winter.

Larry and the team here are awesome! They provide excellent and efficient service for great prices and they CARE about the customer. Not only did they service my vehicle but they educated me on several different matters involving my vehicle as well and you wont get the same thing anywhere else.

Very unhappy experience here. Booked appointment online. Said they had a 5:30 appointment so I booked it. I needed 2 tires and an oil change. I had to leave work early so I could pick up my son and make it on time. Made it there and waited at the counter and when someone finally acknowledged me he said We cant do that today. Youll have to leave it if you want the work done. First, Im not sure what the point of making an appointment is. Second, I left work early and drove a half hour out of my way for nothing except aggravation. Third, if you cant hold an appointment, isnt any decent business practice to call and let you know? Im truly not hard to make happy. I dont even mind waiting a couple hours for the work to get done. Definitely not pleased to say the least.

I came in to check prices on tires after looking many other places for the best deal on the best tires. After mentioning that, I could tell Josh (manager) did not want me to go anywhere else, so he offered me a great deal on a set of BF Goodrich tires I couldnt pass up! The manager Josh waited on me and was very kind. He gave me his honest opinion on tires, which I was skeptical of as most places try to sell you their most expensive ones. Josh did not do this, as he sold me ones that werent the most expensive, but instead were perfect for my car! I felt very comfortable dealing with him and will for sure go back to see him in the future.

I went there to get tires, little did I know these tires would change my life. Keith hooked me up with the best tires Ive ever had. They ride as smooth as a baby bum. No problem getting apt I needed. Took my car on time. Did quality work. When done was given a coupon for 15.00 off that service. Sat and did paperwork using internet provided,had coffee what else could anyone need. I go their regularly and as a reward I never have a problem getting the app try I need and they willing answer all my questions. My only suggestion is they should match a competitors prices on tires and installation the only reason I do not get tires here is the total package price, way too high.
