Workers bad at their job except the secretary Linda she does a fabulous job!

We’ve have had Waugaman Awning for 15 years it has been a struggle throughout the years getting them to come and put the awning back up every year. This year with Covid -19 it’s almost the end of June next week and we still have not gotten our Awning you know we can’t get time back . They promised to come two weeks ago in which they never did and do not return any phone calls. I spoke with the owner who has fallen like so many other businesses on hard times especially in this Covid state but I feel that I have not gotten any resolution with him, not to mention the price for taking it up and down is like 120.00 each time and that went from 55.00 each time the increase is drastic. So since we could not enjoy our deck in the sun all of June we are hoping he will cut us a break if and when they come to put it up (apparently not enough help). Needless to say after this ordeal I will not be using them in the furture after they put it up .

Waugaman Awnings has been installing, removing, cleaning, and storing my awning for years. They are easy to work with and do a great job.
