We spoke with Kasey 9/23 for a quote. After several weeks, we received a quote and were ready to move forward with the project. To summarize our experience: lack of communication and broken promises. Ultimately, we had to hire a different awing company. Were disappointed since the other reviews share such great experiences.

So I was there to make a commercial delivery in a tractor trailer. I had 26 ft long lengths of half inch 1 inch an inch and a half pipe that used to make awnings to deliver. They were all in strapped and banded bundles in the back of the trailer. Upon pulling around the back of the building, the owner and his helper immediately jumped on board to unload by hand. Nicest of them by sliding the pipe to the rear of the trailer where they can grab it from the ground and carry it to the side of their building, they did not let up and work very hard! I have to say I was impressed and thankful that they were assisting in the work that needed to be done without complaint! Thanks guys you are the best!

Nicewongers have been servicing our deck for 11 years now.We had them make a new awning a few years ago, and we are very happy with their level of service, and the timely manner in which they install and remove our awning. Wonderful people to work with!
