Mindi is the best!I always get my oil changed here, convenient hours and they are so quick and efficient. Highly recommend for maintenance on any vehicle! Goodyear exceeded all expectations for me this Saturday. After working 6 days and not getting a chance to get the car annual safety inspection done. I went online to see if I could find a place that could do it, and found Goodyear, and made an appointment. I show up 45 minutes early thinking Ill just have a longer wait, but they started on the car, and had it done before the scheduled time. And at a competitive price. Anytime I leave Goodyear in Greensburg Im confident in the work performed. I purchased my vehicle with 60,000 miles I thank all the technicians for all work they do. Had me tow my car over and then didn’t do the work or try to help said the tires were used I don’t believe they ever were they said the problem was that they had dirt on them?? So yeah I’d go anywhere else but here what a waste of time and money.

I have a vehicle that runs summer wheels/tires and winter wheels/tires. Most people dont understand this concept, however, Mindy immediately acknowledged what needed to be done when I called in. She was super helpful and offered a no appointment swap for that day. When I arrove the building was clean and welcoming. Andrew assisted since Mindy was busy. He was very attentive-Im extremely specific about my vehicles. I was able to drop it off and received a call when it was done-approx 45 minutes(as promised). I went back to get my truck and was surprised at the bill. It was $60 less than what Ive paid at 2 local dealerships to have this done. Andrew assure me the cost was accurate. I did a walk around my truck and they loaded the summer wheels securely and even put my chrome lug/rings in a nice box in my truck for me. I did notice the auto lights were off and the radio was turned down. As I read in a previous post as a complaint, I believe this is to not blind fellow employees while in the garage. Looking forward to using them again in the spring!

Went to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. I already had the tires. They charged over $130 to mount and balance 4 tires. That is outrageous. If I could give 0 stars I would. Check around for better prices.

I just moved here from Maryland so had to get my car inspected. The employees were friendly and helpful. They explained the receipt with the suggestions of things I needed to get done although it did pass inspection, only needed a tag light. The inspection was done in a very timely manner. They told me an hour but it was done in about a half hour.

Staff are either uneducated or trying to upsell saying the valve stem is not able to be replaced independently of TPMS Sensor.Additionally lady at desk rolls her eyes when I told her politely it can be done separately.At that point I just walked out.Please revaluate your staffs fit to position. That lady should not be dealing with customers.Is there a tire shop in Greensburg with polite and competent staff????

I went to get brake pads on my car and the mechanic said I also needed rotors. The person at the desk was very efficient and very polite when I told him I had to get another price elsewhere(husband insisted). I did go back and had the work done at goodyear. The price was excellent and they had my car finished really fast.

If my headlights are on AUTO, please stop turning them off. i rely on that for them to turn them on automatically at night. instead i was driving around in the dark. its a safety issue Folks. do not turn headlights auto to off without AT THE LEAST letting me know.

They inspected my car and failed me for brakes. Thats fine. I go to get brakes for half the price I was quoted there and was told that it shouldnt have been failed. The worst measurement was 4/32. Its not the best, but its passing. They also said I needed my rotors cut...cant cut those rotors, they need replaced. Mostly irritated because theyve wasted 2 of my days! Filling a complaint along with my brake pads with the PA state police and the BBB. Dont waste your time with them.Another time, the put my directional tires on the wing way. Youd think experts would know better?
