I had them repair a vehicle after I got into an accident. When I got the car back it was filthy inside. Covered in layers of dust. The parts that they put on the car are now falling apart and fading. The headlight has a film that’s coming off. Beside the windshield has a piece that they broke and has been coming off. The trim is falling apart. Would not recommend.

Started off good. Then it kept taking longer and longer to get my car done. Said they were having problems with the paint booth. Then I got the car back. Noticed part of the door not painted. Told them about it. They said they didnt know which accident they was from as I had claimed two. They had to contact the insurance company and see what they wanted to do. Never heard back from them again. The fender they put on doesnt even match the car. I understand the car over the years may fade and be a little off from factory. But thats not the car. The fender is whats lighter. Not the car. And its a noticeable difference you can see from a distance. Not happy at all with how my car turned out.

Bill was my representative here at Body by Cochran and he was amazing at keeping me informed on the progress on my car. My car was done a few days before it’s finished date which was awesome. Bill made sure to keep me updated through every step of the process. Overall all of the staff that I came into contact with here are professional, nice and easy to talk to you!

They went out of their way not to replace the tailgate that was bound prior to replacing rear fender. Then called me to pick it up and it still wouldn’t open without me pushing in on opposite corner to release the bind for latches to release. They also chipped my cap… Had vehicle for two weeks to replace a fender and bumper…put the wrong decal on the fender as well…

The front end of the vehicle was wrecked due to a low speed accident.All repairs were completed in the quoted time at the price quoted. A really nice bunch of people to deal with and the damage was repaired superbly!

I cannot even begin to explain how horrendous the service is at this Cochran collision center. After being in a nightmare of an accident this experience turned it into a HORROR story. My vehicle was scheduled to be done on the 14th, then the 19th, then 21, then 24. Then I was told it was going to detail, awesome! They call back 2 hours later and say the windshield still isnt on and it wont be done until the follow day? How did you not know this when you called and told me it was being detailed. On top of that, simply the tone and rudeness of the employee assigned my file was terrible. I even spoke to the manager at one point who had the same terrible tone. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I truly do not write reviews like this often but the ignorance and rudeness of this place could not go ignored.

This place is impossible to find using Google maps. Their published address does not exist. It is a road name they made up. When I mentioned it to them it was laughed off as if they know it is an issue. That is piss-poor.
