I have been a customer at jeep Chrysler dodge fir many years. Just this year I had several issues with my car and hated dealing with the staff. A few weeks ago I called the service department and was given a hard time so I decided I was gonna call and ask for a manager and I was gonna give him the what for about his staff. I called and spoke with Zack Cannon and he assured me he would take care of me and my issues that he was the new manager and things will be changing.. zack stood by his word handled all my issues and the staff has been great to deal with.. if you have been avoiding the service department please go back and give them a chance. I almost traded my my car at the Kia dealership to get away from dealing with Jeep dodge.. I still have my Jeep and I had another great experience yesterday with a different issue.. THANK YOU GUYS FOR STEPPING UP!! ❤️

Service was professional and timely. Dealership is clean and has a comfortable waiting area. My service advisor listened to me and discussed the work being done in a thoughful and helpful manner. In fact I drove 45 minutes bipassing my local dealership to Greensboro to use Crown because of the great service I have had there before. Highly recommended

My experience at Crown Chrysler Dodge was very good they have a new system in place where you can log on to find out how far your car is being serviced and they call you and let you know when its ready it really worked out well I was very satisfied I highly recommend anyone to go there with the new system seems to be really be working

They have bad customer service.. Above all their labor price is high for putting on some battery terminals Ill definitely wont be going back to them..

Customer service was poor. Took over 6hrs to complete a oil change and a recall....I had to call to check status several times with no callback. Also some service techs didnt have on mask while around customers.
