I am not a Starbucks aficionado, so make of this what you will—I prefer other brands, but they dont have a presence in Greeley, Colorado.When I visit this Starbucks (only occasionally), its always very clean inside and out, and the staff is always friendly. Service is efficient and fast. I like to sit on their porch outside and talk with friends, and that always goes extremely well: they keep the trash picked up, and while theres sometimes a little bit of dust on the tables and chairs, the staff tends to keep everything more or less wiped down. I never have to deal with sticky messes or gunk/residue left by other customers.I guess what Im trying to say is: theres nothing about my experience with this Starbucks that I think is in need of fine-tuning.

Wanted to take some lemon pound cake, but only had one slice. So sad.

Definitely not a quality Starbucks. I know it stays busy but thats no excuse. They ALWAYS have an attitude when you ask for your GUARANTEED remake when not satisfied.

This Starbucks location is staffed by a largely college aged staff. The upside is that it is usually fully staffed, the downside is that staffing may not always be mature and as a result the alacrity and attention to detail sometimes leaves something to be desired.The menu is consistent and usually well stocked, seldom running out of seasonal flavors more than a day or two before promotions end.This location also has little in the way of retail ordering so you may want to choose another location for seasonal cups and products.

I usually have a great experience every time I come to this Starbucks, but yesterday I ordered 2 dragon fruit mango refresher, so I get to the window and the girl hands me to clear drinks and is like yeah we are out of the pink dragon fruit but it should taste the same didnt even consider to ask of i wanted something different, I couldnt even say anything because I didnt want to be late for work but didnt taste the same, I was totally sad about not getting what I wanted what I paid for.

It was delicious. It was a strawberry, i forgot what it was but it was delicious.

Went thru the drive thru today and ordered a carmel macchiato and a carmel frappe the cold one.. When I took a drink it was the wrong one it was chai tea latte which was on the side took it back to exchange it. Honestly it tasted plain with no carmel still having the chai tea latte I mixed the 2 together.. All the carmel was at the bottom got to that when I dumped the chai tea into my carmel macchiato.

I told the barista at the drive thru that I had a really bad day and asked for the most sugary, decadent frappe on the menu. She recommended the chocolate cookie crunch frappe and I said that sounded great and Id take a venti. I then pulled up to pay and they told me that they decided as a team to comp my whole drink and it was on them. I honestly wanted to cry because that made my whole day. Thank you so much, Starbucks! You guys are absolute heroes.

This store does not know what light ice means!! I have to ask for ice on the side because every time I ask for light ice they fill the whole cup with ice!! Very annoying, this has happened multiple times now.

The service and some of staff attitude went downhill here lately. I started to notice the staff gets stressed out and a bit rude whenever they have lots of customers. I highly suggest to train the staff on how to work under pressure. As customer, I always expect to deal with friendly staff members and get my orders with a smile no matter what (or at least thats what I used to comparing to other Starbucks locations). Another note worth to mention is, seems the staff here overlook mobile orders and you need to nudge them about it every time you walk in to pick it up

This place has such random hours it a waste of time to drive to it.

I come here to study quite frequently since it is so close to campus. The baristas here are very friendly and my order has only been miscommunicated once in the probably hundreds of times that I’ve been here over the years. The drinks always taste delicious, especially when you add extra caramel. I highly recommend the Salted Caramel Frappuccino (seasonal - fall).The only down sides are that it does get quite loud with the music and the other customers (particularly when it’s busy) so if you want to focus, I would recommend using headphones. It’s also always cold inside (coming from a California girl), I bring a jacket even if it’s 70+ degrees outside.

Worst Starbucks, they are not even open in the morning, always changing their hours. A coffee shop that doesnt open until 2pm!!??? Theyll never get my business again because theyre never open.

Very hot summer day. I was recommended “jill’s drink” and fell in love with it. Cashier was very nice and polite and was the one who recommended the drink.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Cant give them the full five stars because they are consistently pretty slow. Drive thru line rarely moves at a snappy pace. Dont get stuck in it if you are on a hurry!

Im usually pleased with the bread loafs but today the loaf I ordered was stale, just didnt taste right. And they usually never have pumpkin loafs later on during the evening. If its a popular item, why not thaw more of it?

Very disappointed asked twice for my banana bread and waited for 20 minutes and ended having to leave due to being ignored.

Went n they were closed before 8:30 pm so am very very upset that they closed before they were supposed to be closed 😡😡😡😡

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. First and foremost, the staff is not wearing face masks or gloves. I ordered a Venti Frappuccino, with light ice, but the ice in my cup took over 75% of the space! In the picture I uploaded, you can see “light ice” on the the label and look how much ice there!

I was in the parking area. But I refuse to purchase anything from a company. That does not support our law enforcement officers. Besides their coffee and food is way overpriced.

My husband and I well pretty much my husband was craving for some star bucks as we were in the drive thru line waiting to order but by the time we had the chance to leave the line the lady says hi how can I help you today? and my husband says sorry i forgot my wallet and she goes aww its okay we got it and my husband is a gem and says no its okay thank you. From there we left Starbucks with a smile on our faces that there is people like that lady that attended us. Still GOD BLESS YOU 💜

Love their drinks

This particular location refused me service due to my medical condition in violation of the American disabilities act . The employee was extremely rude and refused to read the law or my particular medical exemption. It is in fact against the law to refuse anyone service due do a medical condition. Very disappointed in this company, they can’t even follow the laws of our country.

I really love this location!, and they get to know each customer and know them personally . I get the skinny mocha Frappuccino and I love the flavor. You would think the skinny version would be Bland but it is very, very delicious. I will continue going back for this very precious item. I also recently bought a refill cup which is only $2.50 which was a very good price for the cup. Definitely a returning customer.

I am a not a coffee drinker, literally makes me fall asleep. But they decaf coffee and cappuccino is good. Just wish they had decaf chai tea. But good place to meet for business with wifi

Overpriced

Good location for University students. Unfortunately for Starbucks its not in the best shopping center. Its kind of a run-down Shopping Center. Sometimes theres transient people that hang around the store. People who work there though and are able to get through the drive through pretty quickly. We would visit here again we are on this side of town.

I love Starbucks! Im a regular customer but tonight I went to this store. #6919 on 11th Ave in Greeley and was hugely disappointed.It was around 7:00 pm, wasnt busy maybe a few customers sitting down inside and nobody in line. We got served just fine but couldnt find a clean table to sit down inside.The trash was over flowing the counter where we picked up our drinks was dirty.We decided to sit outside to enjoy our drinks.Outside on the patio there were people smoking with no smoking signs on every table. Ugh!!.....Just not a good Starbucks experience!Very disappointing!

Ordering is so fast paced...its hard to even know how to order for someone who doesnt frequent Starbucks.

There is a reason why Starbucks is so popular and prolific. The drinks will all taste same and baristas are trained extensively to make sure that drinks taste the same so matter what location you visit. The drive tru is not the fastest in the morning so I recommend ordering via the app and picking it up at the counter to minimize the time on your morning commute. As one of the only shops open at 4:30 am it has quickly become a daily routine

Always great, friendly service and a warm welcoming atmosphere. College kids and adults love to visit frequently and they are often packed. Hard to find a seat inside and out, often go to the drive through which is also packed. Sometimes wish they would remodel and expand a little, but they cannot.

The barista, a young man with a red beard, may want to start drinking coffee. I have rarely witnessed a human move so slowly. He looked disinterested, unhappy, and less than eager to please. Not even a long line of impatient people could speed him up. I waited 15 minutes for my coffee, that is too long.

I really love the location it is on and my Starbucks. But in Monday a lady with red hair and tattoo on her arm seemed impatience with me as I looked in for my money . I didnt take long to look for it, I said Thank you and no your welcome came out of her mouth but a dirty eyesight . She practically threw my drink down on the counter as I was reaching for it . Bad service and this needs to be changed . I know what it is to be busy but it takes second to say thank you and set my drink nicely.

Really good. I like this Starbucks a lot. I go here all the time. Internet is slow from time to time, almost unusable, but mostly it is very fast. Staff is friendly and they dont screw up drinks. If you like Starbucks, very good. I recommend if you are getting a normal coffee, order a poor over of the same flavor. Starbucks has horrible brewed coffee, but getting a poor over takes the edge off and makes it drinkable.

Usually crowded. Very close to UNC so tables are full of hardworking students. Located within an aging strip mall shopping center. This store doesnt have the same affluent vibe that many other Starbucks do.

This is my usual coffee shop and they have been good in the past. The last two times Ive gone there though have been lack luster to say the least. The first time they over charged me by $5 and when I pointed it out the barista was rude and resisted correcting the price. This morning there was so much peppermint in my mocha that I couldnt drink it and both of the drinks I ordered were half full cups. I know this time of year is tough, but I do not pay this much money for coffee to not get quality. I hope they figure it out soon.

Love the convenience, don’t love the price

Staff and service is wonderful! However, Matt is extremely rude and does not have good customer service values. He continuously bosses other employees around nearly making a scene and causing visible embarrassment amongst the other baristas while he continues to just sit back and not do very much. I will definitely continue to go to this Starbucks but I hope I never have to see Matt again!

Starbucks, you are slipping. Coffee was excellent, food was very good, prices continue to climb far too quickly and the cleanliness of the store was hugely below acceptable.

The new pumpkin cream cold brew is amazing!!

Worked on computer and noticed hard working staff. Drice-thru is never ending but the in-store service was great and still speedy. Only downer was a bathroom was out of order so the TP in the other working one was used up quite quickly. Convenient spot for a quick stop and some free wi-fi, will be back!

What a great staff! For 7 in the morning I was excited to see that yhe staff was awake and attentive! Glenn was great in drive through and recomended me a caramel latte (great choice) and he was very nice too!
