These guys know how to get the job done. Plain and simple. I’ve been through so many printing providers over a career that depends on quality products delivered on time. None have came through with the legitimate professionalism and attention to important details like TSP. I had a large complex order that spread throughout many branches of my business, and they came up with a program that made it seamless to allow for multiple individuals to order at once with ease. Really happy to find them in an industry that can be full of fly by night, ran out of their garage type businesses. The facility in Greeley is world class. The team is excellent top to bottom. It all comes together for a great purchasing experience.

Just want to share an experience and prevent others from bringing business to a company that treats their customers (especially repeat customers) poorly.Please avoid going to Topshelf Custom Embroidery and Screen Printing in Greeley. This shop, especially their sales managers Mike and Zach, do not care about ensuring repeat business or providing people with quality customer service. Long story short, I requested two weeks ago for a design to be made for T-shirts on a large repeat order, and recieved a proof with just the png placed on the back. Being as this isn’t what I had asked for (I had provided some directions of the idea I had) so I requested again, for the art team to make the shirt more asthetically pleasing, only to be told this was the best they could do. Frustrated, I finally just gave up and had to design my own shirt. We picked up the order on Saturday (it was supposed to be finished on Friday) and discovered that not only were we missing all of the hats ordered as well as tank tops before a trade show, but the print is HORRENDUS unacceptable and these shirts are now useless. The fact that their print team did not check these shirts before running them is appalling. Called Mike in an panicked effort to get the missing items before I had to leave to South Dakota for the trade show, and he hung up on me mid sentence.Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.

Im pretty sure they dont have a contract with UFC and Body Armor to use their logos and make profit off of it. I see all the good reviews. But that seems sketchy and i highly doubt Dana White signed off on that. Big legal troubles.

Absolutely wonderful!! Dillan was the one who went over my order with me and communicated with me through the process. He was very nice and willing to answer questions, make additions, etc. I think Jesse was the artist for our shirts and he did great work. We had very intricate lettering that he made look very clean. Overall, everyone I encountered here was very nice and the shirts are a great quality. The prints are good and the shirts themselves are fairly thick but still soft. No suffocating necks or too long arms, like we have had with baseball tees previous years at different places. Great place.

When it comes to screen printing or embroidering, Top Shelf can take care of your needs. I have used them 2 years in a row for our companies uniform. Their price is beyond reasonable and lacking in nothing. For our company we use all Carhartt apparel for uniform and it was getting expensive. We found out that Top Shelf was a wholesale buyer for Carhartt, so now they are getting us our shirts with screen print and all for cheaper than I can almost buy the shirt for alone. Cant beat that! Dont hesitate to use them. This year I worked with Zach(sales) and Robert(design), and they were great.
