They’re fantastic here. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help you without being overbearing. We’ve bought several items this season and had to return one that broke. They offered an exchange or refund no questions asked. They’re a great local shop when you don’t want to drive out to a big brand store.

Wow. What a great experience. I walk through the entry way and am greeted by four lovely ladies. All smiling, all eager to help. And they werent just friendly, they knew their stuff. I asked for a special fishing lure, and was escorted straight to the brand I was seeking. I then asked if I could buy a turkey license, and was escorted to another lady who quickly and efficiently pulled up my account with the state game and fish. I had license in hand and paid for within 10 minutes. Good looking, friendly and efficient. Were I 50 years younger, would have married any one of them instantly. Go try em out! Big 5 is the store of choice in all of the Greeley area.

Service was really good. The stock of products is lacking. I really wish they had more options. I know its a smaller store.

This was my first time to shop at Big 5. They have a lot of good bargains. Found what I needed plus a couple more bargains. Check out was quick and friendly.

Had the exact shoes I was looking for in my size, plus they were reasonably priced.A little disappointed in the firearms selection, only a few shotguns and zero handguns.

I’ve never had an issue with this place till last Thursday. I had gone in to get some items. I was followed around like I was gonna take some. I have never stolen from a store. Will never shop there again.

Great experience at this location !! The store was well stocked, clean, organized, and the merchandising was exemplary. The selection of various products was enormous and the majority of it was on sale. The prices were reasonable for top name brands. The sales associates were all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, competent, and easy to engage in conversation. They made the shopping experience very comfortable, non intrusive, and with no pressure or hovering. The General Manager, Bette, was energetic and over the top in customer service satisfaction. She made it a point to answer each and every question and interacting with her was actually refreshingly enjoyable. She was a consummate professional and her staff follows suit. I will undoubtedly return to the Greeley Big 5 Sporting Goods store in the near future and recommended this location to all local sports enthusiasts.

Went in the store..had womens slippers on a table marked 27.50...got to the cash register 55.00...explained the table had 27.50...all she could do was point to the price on the box. No very good customer service. The manager had zero details about a mail in rebate off on a sale item. The offer was printed on their sale sign but he could not help other than to suggest I buy the item and check the manufacturers website. I wasnt up for doing his job and left with no purchase.

Pretty much over of the only sporting goods stores left in Greeley. Decent selection but nothing compared to the bigger retailers. Staff is sometimes friendly and attentive and sometimes not attentive or friendly.
