It would be nice if they explained that the store is closed before 7pm, google maps showed it as open. The mall is also closed because of Covid-19. No one answered the phone when I called, and there was no voicemail system explaining the situation, I had to have mall security explain it to me.

Pretty chill vibe, no hassle or feel like your being sold on what you dont want. The dude inside was super cool. Cant wait to go back for some slides

Great customer service, took care of me and my son quickly and got a great pair of Nikes.

We had to wait outside of the store because of current world situations. But once inside, my son found what he was looking for and staff was there to help right away.

DJ was so helpful and had a wonderful personality. He definitely knows a lot and knows good information.

Positive experience. Great crew and all around friendly place to be. Great selection and they also sell other items thats are sweet other than shoes. Ill go back for my next pair of shoes for sure. Right next door to the Ka Ka Jos Arcade which you also have to check out. Best and only arcade in Greeley.

I was very disappointed in this store.I found a pair of shoes for my grandson and they did not have his size in stock so they ordered them for me. I received the shoes but inside the box I found that one was a size 10 and the other was an 8 1/2. I notified the main store and was sent a return shipping label, to return the shoes for a refund. I then notified the Greeley store and they said they would be able to make it right and get me the shoes. Upon driving all the way over there, I was informed that the shoes were no longer in stock and would only give me my money back. These shoes were on sale and would not honor the price I paid for a different shoe. When I got my refund I was charged the shipping and told it was nonrefundable! I could see charging for the shipping if it was my choice to return the shoes. I will never do business with this company again and caution anyone that is considering buying from them.
