My wife purchased boots and was talked into socks thinking they were part of a promotion but they were full priced. Noticing soon after, not yet even leaving the mall with receipt in hand was told she could not return them without giving email when email wasnt asked for for the purchase. Not asking for ID to give legitimate information for a return claim ticket either. After being hassled by the Store manager saying the computer would not allow them to proceed without an email. Yet, being prompted by him and other employees that any email will work, not that it has to be real or even be ours. So random information was entered for a return with no relevance to our actual transaction. I clearly asked that this is the only course of action for returns upon all employees present said yes. I called Journeys corporate and got a human. It is not policy AT ALL to require email for anything, for promotions, for returns etc. And that a receipt with the original method of transaction was it, period. The took my info and said someone would contact me in 1-2 days, its now been a week. I call back and the store manager Cheyenne whom it turns out was the rude employee that conducted the transaction. I explained, and asked him what the cause of his actions were and other than a canned answer he was dismissive and completely non caring in the way business is conducted. Encouraging customers to fabricate information for what could only be an attempt at data mining. The only thing more valuable than the sale it self is the meta data you can sell to other retailers about an actual brick and mortar sale. A retail manager who actively comprises the data generated from the store while not returning socks he just sold. Shoe store manager hasnt had slime written on it since Married with Children but this guy takes the cake worse than Al Bundy.

Employee #596774 is completely rude & shouldn’t be in customer service he instantly gave me attitude once he found out that I wasn’t going to buy 2 pairs of shoes and was basically slamming the cash register and being rude this isn’t the first time I’ve had an incident with this certain employee my boyfriend came In to buy me a pair of shoes and he told me that this employee instantly started to give him attitude and said that they didn’t have this certain shoe in my size but when my boyfriend and me went back a few hours later another employee brought out the exact shoe in my size my boyfriend asked for to begin with never going back

Had a wonderful experience here today! The employee that helped us (don’t know his name but the receipt says employee 624926) was so funny and nice. He was attentive and asked if we needed different pairs of shoes and sizes. BUT the crazy thing is that he wasn’t pushy or overbearing like how some customer service people can be. He was the perfect combination of chill and helpful. Not to be weird but I’d take a bullet for him

I came in without much of a goal but ultimately ended up interested in a pair. Employee 596774 “helped” me, though he seemed rather put off that I couldn’t make up my mind. He was rude when answering my questions and he was harshly pushing things around the whole time. I was embarrassed to ask about other shoes as I felt maybe I did something wrong. I just wanted to get done with it as soon as possible. Maybe I’ll come back if I see someone else working the counter, but for now I’ll stick to the Vans store.

I went in today to get my kids some crocs employee #596774 was really rude asked to try on crocs and he said they were out of that size so I asked for a different size he brought them out and they fit perfectly he said they had two pair of those and when I was ready to pay he said that was their last pair he was really rude

Journeys inside the greeley mall employees there look like they hate there job so much they where rude and I felt I was getting rush the whole time I was there this is not the first time I go and buy from there so I guess I all custome service there are rude and dont like their job a

If I could give this store zero stars, I would!! The customer service at this store is HORRIBLE! I received a pair of shoes from here as a gift, put them on and wore them for a couple hours and had to take them off because one shoe was very uncomfortably tight. I noticed that the two shoes were different sizes and so I brought them to the store to exchange them. I explained the situation to the employee, and she got another lady. That employee was incredibly rude, called me a liar, told me the shoes were the same size, even though one was clearly marked as a half size smaller. She refused to exchange the shoes for two the same size! What kind of a store sells mis-matched sizes to their customers and then refuses to fix it!! I WOULD NOT recommend giving this store your business.

Sucky ass customer service the 2 girls were so rude & made me feel uncomfortable. Stared at me every second like bc I was Mexican I was gonna steal something. Got a pair of shoes to try on & the girl told me to take a sit like Im a dog or something & handed me one shoe to try on. Not even the box or both shoes? Like most stores do. Dont discriminate.
