Took my daughter in for some bad knots to have removed. The stylist was awesome and took the time (lots of it) to really work out the knots. Her demeanor and patience was really appreciated towards a 9 year old. I also appreciated her suggestions and tips for managing my daughters hair.

Lori does a good job. Not true of some others. Suggest a change of brand for permsMy hair is very dry and requires extra appts before it can be managed.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. My friend went here a few days ago and they did a terrible job it was so choppy and the layers didn’t look good at all the lady messed up her hair so bad she’s been crying everyday since. She had to pay a lot of money to get it fixed somewhere else. Would not recommend going here!!

I am always treated well and I have never gotten a bad haircut in the 15 years I have been going there.

I have/had long hair that was shoulder-blade length, now has chin length layers. I asked the stylist to cut long layers, but I got a choppy mess of short layers that dont blend. I will need to get it fixed by someone who knows what their doing.

I go here every time and never had a bad experience!

I have been going to Lori for years and she cuts my fine, thin hair like no one else can. She makes me look GOOD! Thanks for the years of great service! I highly recommend.

I would have given 2 1/2. My mother had went although the staff is friendly they always cut off more than what was told. My mom wanted a trim (no split ends/damage) no more than 1/2 inch instead the lady took off 3”.My son went to a different fantastic sams to get his hair colored and trimmed a certain way, he called prior to go to see if they were able to do what he wanted. They said yes so went in. Just to be told oh we can’t do it so he went some where else to.He came to get his trim,after having to go else were to get it dyed, since they gave him a coupon. But instead of trimming the ends they took off way more than what was told to them.Needless to say lesson learned

I think this is one of the BEST PLACES in Greeley! Everyone is very polite,and this Salon is Always clean and well maintained! The Manager Yvonne is very easy going and anytime you have a problem she takes care of it immediately!No worries!

I went in for a perm and they said my hair was too fragile. Which is totally fine. So I got a conditioner treatment and it was only in my hair for five minutes and it cost me $30. Second she was drying and coming out my hair and was literally pulling my hair, my scalp hurts so bad. Third off the girls were very rude, and one called my hair gross.

Will not go back! The lady was so weird with me but very flirty with the guys that came in like that was more important than the customer in front of her. My hair did not look good (she said it would lighten up?? Which it did not) and cut it much shorter than I asked then when I called to see if they could fix it they said it had been to long. The girls are rude and I definitely do not recommend this place!

I love the coupons! Also, the stylist by the hairdryers is so awesome. She helped me go gray when I was ready to take this big step. She always does a great job with all of my hair cuts. She is very knowledgeable with her craft.

This place has quick service and the hairdressers know exactly what to do. Even if the place is slammed, they still get you in and out. Ive been coming to this place for years and each visit is wonderful. If I could rate it more I would.

Have had my haircut done just the way I like it; (GI Style Cut) an excellent shampoo with magic fingers... a scalp massage given by Miss Jenn Lynn was invigorating and calming and sweet sensed simultaneously ~ she has exquisite talent and loves to laugh and talk story.I was pleasantly surprised to watch the hair stylists & staff so caring & loving ~ these professionals attending to a couple two three of our Community handicapped fellow citizens... Lori was my hairdresser for many years!! She was always great with my short hair cut and color. The only reason I stopped using her is because I moved away! Would recommend her to all ages and lengths of hair. She also has been in the business for many many years!

I got a hair cut and it turned out great! I was worried because I couldnt get any Wi-Fi or mobile data so I could show my stylist what hair cut I wanted. They have WiFi but the owners do not make it public. The business is in a cell phone dead zone. It would be a 5 star review if it had WiFi. My stylist understood my description and did a fantastic job!

Written on behalf of my mother Tina. Her statement as follows:The service was absolutely horrendous. I dont have the stylist name but her chair was on the left side, next to the hair dryers. She reported to Yvonne apparently. First she did an absolutely terrible job with my hair. My hair is severely uneven and I can see my scalp in some sections. I told her before she even finished and she proceeded to have attitude with me. She said there was nothing she could do about it and said she did nothing wrong. She got Yvonne involved who then said in exact words what do you want me to do about it? Do you want me to put your hair back on? She too was very condescending. Even after that she wanted to cut my hair shorter than it already is and wanted me to pay. I did not and will not. I have informed several loyal customers who will also never go back and as well they will inform other customers as well. I know no one will do anything about this and thats fine but do know that I will be posting on every website that allows for reviews so that people are aware of the disgusting customer service your company promotes.

Im only able to comment on the pictures shown in this ad. The hair is terribly colored, wide strips. Looks so unnatural bad skills, should learn to foil small sections. Based on these pictures I would never ever go there.

Nice clean place. Asked for haircut, highlights & some brow waxing. Have short hair...she butched me...almost looks like a bowl cut😰. Absolutely horrible, she clipped, clipped & clipped without even asking if I liked it at any point.. You cant put it back on but you sure can ask as you go along. I will never go back.

Once I discovered Lori, I wont let anyone else touch my short, straight hair. I went to a higher-priced stylist once and went straight back to Fantastic Sams. I like the casual, friendly atmosphere of the salon.

No wait for a walk in cut/trim. Prices were a little higher, but worth it because of the lack of waiting involved. Stylist was very friendly and pleasant throughout.
