My daughter loves this place. Every staff member was friendly, polite, helpful, and cheerful. Very rare you get that anymore at any retail place. I actually found some mens fragrances that really smell good. Definitely my daughter and I will visit soon. Thank you ladies for showing us V.I.P. status, it was greatly appreciated.

I usually have a great experience in this store. I felt hounded by the workers in this store as every few minutes I was asked by the same people if I was doing ok and was I finding everything ok. Now, this is a small store and everything can be found out in the other. I bought over 60.00 in product but I found the constant checking on me as a turn off..almost as if I was a shoplifter. I will probably give my business to the one in Loveland or Orchard.

They have so many things to pick from for gifts 🎁 and just for yourself and they are awesome there always ready to help yall are doing a great job hope yall have a Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 and a happy new year 🎉

Got followed around the whole time and was constantly talked to in a weird way. The employees were very unpleasant.

Little bit over staffed and in a small store than meant maneuvering around employees going about stocking, which wasnt great for someone trying to just grab some hand sanitizers, but otherwise pleasant

I went here recently with my boyfriend who was moody because he thinks we have enough candles and he was hangry. While I was shopping here, a team mate came over to my visibly moody boyfriend, asking if there was anything he could do to better his experience. My boyfriend said,” No, you’re fine, I’m just hungry”. The team mate recently ordered pizza for his team, and offered me boyfriend some. This BBW really went ABOVE and beyond, which made me happy, because now we spend even more money here haha.

Dont ever go to the one at the greeley mall. I went in to ask about job openings and the lady was rude. She cut me off when talking, she wouldnt let me finish . she kept saying they are full staffed . then what they need to do is take down the hiring job on indeed. Mind you I love there stores I love there perfume and body butters and Ive always wanted to work there but not now not after this happening.

Great selection, but kinda pricey. Employees dont seem very friendly. Wasnt acknowledge until I was standing at the register waiting to pay. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the employees who were all stocking.

This is the place where you could go and smell all kinds of perfume and body wash

They used to do even exchanges but now they only give you the items latest sale price. So if you get a body lotion as a gift and want to exchange it for a different scent you may only get a $3 credit . I was very disappointed.

The wife shops here for body spray and lotion but a pretty good place for sales

I use to LOVE this place...but it seems their quality has gone down some. The lotions dont stand out the way they use to, their bland now. Same with the candles...they dont make my apartment smell good like they use to. I also bought a halloween wallflower plug in and its already stopped working. It lights up sporadically but I dont smell the diffuser oil scent at all. I tried putting the refill into another wallflower plug but still no scent. Ive also been disappointed with the selection in the store...i wanted cinnamon pumpkin scent but they were out very early in the season. Its like you have to shop online to get the good scents...but the Greeley mall store always says shopping in store is better than buying online....ya maybe if there was a good selection to choose from. Very disappointing when you want your house to smell good for the holidays. They also use to have a wide selection of hand sanitizer scents online and in store, but now theyre limited to a few scents online and the ones in the store are the scents nobody buys. I use to spend a lot of money here for holiday gifts but sadly with the quality what it is now Ill probably go elsewhere. This use to be my favorite store.
