Their automated attendant is very poor. For a local business they wont even answer the phone.

I have been trying to inquire about fixing my windshield for over a week and a half and have yet to hear a quote back. I inquired twice on the online forms because they don’t allow you to call and just get a quote. I called, I filled out the online form, I’ve waited and have not heard back. Will not be using this company AND I’m telling everyone I know about the bad customer service and response times. I’ll be looking elsewhere and making sure all friends and family do too. Very unprofessional.

Been to this site many times over the last couple of years, live out in the country and rock get kicked up into my windshield often, they are friendly, and very efficient at getting me in and out quickly.

Had a mobile appointment to replace my windshield. Safelite showed up on time for the appointment. Thoroughly explained the process, laid out time expectations and followed through. Cleaned up well. My Jeep looked good as new price was fair, and tech was courteous and professional. Will be calling on Safelite again for other cars needing glass repair.

Courteous folks at Safelite!We have vehicle with all these sensors in the windshield and so is very spendy to replace.Anytime we get a rock chip we immediately get it to Safelite to be filled. Cuts down on the chance that the chip will become a large crack.I was able to make the appointment and get it fixed same-day! They also found another chip that we didnt know about. Good deal.Highly recommended.

I got my windshield replaced a couple weeks ago and unfortunately my trim pieces werent put on correctly afterwards and ended up breaking off my car as I was driving. I tried to reach out, but its difficult to contact them about this issue for some reason. They were nice when I had my appointment, but since have made it difficult to resolve this issue.

I am giving 1 star because it doesnt allow no stars.I have never used, nor been serviced by Safelight, however I did recently contact them for a quote to replace my windsheild on my 2002 Jeep. Good grief, I couldnt get a quote over the phone, I had to go on line. I find out after I make the phone call ( I for one do not like automated anything, when I am looking for a service, I want to be able to talk with a person, you always have a question that arises when youre on the phone with a person). The quote I get is $336. I have no information about a warranty, but Im prompted to make an appointment. The do give you the option to pay out of pocket or go through your insurance.Shopping around like I do I found Jiffy Auto Glass, based out if Denver. (A person answered the phone and my questions, and set the appointment). They are mobile, so they will come to as well. I was quoted $189 + tax. I paid $207 total and I have a life time warranty, proven by the warranty card given to me by the technician. I was called when they arrived and I met them at my parking spot, and then they called again when they were done. I again met them at my Jeep and paid. Easy peasy. I would recommend Jiffy Auto Glass to anyone, the customer service was phenomenol. Thank you Kyle.

My experiences at this location include installing the wrong windshield and then arguing with me that it was the correct one. Then the next replacement they ordered the wrong one, then they got the right one and now they placed the washer fluid lines over the wiper arms causing them to be pulled out when you use the wiper.So if you like having work done several times and multiple trips to their shop this is the place for you

Great except for road construction going on in front of it. Was told it could take at least 2hrs 30 mins. They had to recalibrate the camera also but took 1hr 15min. Great job.

Had a rock chip in my windshield. Went to get it fixed and the repairs failed. Got the warranty that first time going in, returned the second time and was told the warranty basically was nothing but paper. They did another repair on the same crack, that repair did not work either and now my car is illegal to drive due to the crack spreading all the way across the windshield. And are still refusing to honor the warranty, corporate was called and told me that they should not have done the second repair, it was against company policy, and they would replace my windshield. Now they are telling me they cannot because the people who worked on my car did not put it I. The system that we were in there to begin with. I have a copy of the receipt and warranty and now it’s time for the next step.

Great experience! I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment near the end of the day, and the courteous and efficient staff had it in and out within half an hour. Whats more, they did an excellent job repairing the chip in my windshield. Even knowing where the chip was it took me a moment to spot it, and if you didnt know it was there youd never notice it.

I was highly impressed with the work done on my windshield. It looks great And was completed quickly. Customer service was amazing. The waiting room is well equipped and comfortable even if you have kids. I loved the Usborne books collection and it made it easier to wait with my daughter.

Safelite is great! They always seem to be able to do same day mobile repairs, which is super helpful! I drive county roads and highways a lot, so I see Safelite fairly often. All the techs have been great, especially Gerald... that dude goes above and beyond! Thanks!

Excellent Customer Service from the techs, mine and the others I got to observe. The Appointment Manager at the desk was not as enthusiastic about being there which is a shame since she has the interaction with all the public. I hope she was just having a one-time bad day. I am about to give them another chance so I will give another rating.

Courteous and professional in Greeley, Colorado. The price for installing a new windshield was affordable and reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised to learn how the toll sticker was swapped out for a new one, and I didnt have to notify the DOT about the change. Easy Peasey.

This place is so expensive theres hardly any shop here thats why they take advantage but im not going ever here so are my people, i pay $100 for my winshield in utah and they wanted $75 for a lil rock chip repair

Installed windshield. Didnt reattach washer fluid hose, didnt reinstall clips and left panels not installed correctly. I had to call them many times and was put off several times. Their excuse was new employees. I was without my truck for two days. With a lame excuse 😡

I used Safelite MOBILE last week through my insurance company. It was so easy and uncomplicated. My insurance agent emailed them - within the hour Safelite contacted me. We then set up an appointment for a day that I had available. (Times are in a 4 hour window which is great that its not an all-day wait). The technician called to confirm that morning and gave me an approximate time. Then called again when he was going to come about 1/2 an hour earlier than expected. He was very polite and courteous - explained things in detail - and took less time than expected to complete the window install. I was very happy with the service and the work performed.

I made the appointment online for the mobile repair. It was quick and simple and my insurance covered it immediately. Gerald came to me and did a phenomenal, quick, and professional job. Took maybe 20 mins to fix 3 chips. They will get my business in the future!

They came about a week ago and called a head of time so I did not have to wait the entire time range. They are the only place we use and we love that they can come to your house so we do not have to wait around in a waiting room. He did an outstanding job!!!!

I was impressed. They worked directly with GEICO to fix some rather large rock chips in my windshield, super easy. I had an appointment that I set online. They were ready, and all was completed in about 20 minutes or so. Can barely see where the chip was and they found another one I didnt notice and went ahead and fixed it too. Everyone was friendly, fast service and the repairs are excellent. Ill be coming here from now on for auto glass repairs.

I have a split wind still on a kenworth. The 1st time they came out to my house they had the wrong glass put my truck at a service another day. The 2nd time they came out I wasnt home, I gave them the authorization to do it anyway while I wasnt there, yes I got new glass but the weather stripping warped all over the place and the retainer strip is broken in several places and hanging out all over the place.

The customer service was fast and friendly, quality work done, and they go the extra mile. I was pleased with my windshield and happily surprised they cleaned all the other windows, vacuumed the carpet, and replaced my transponder for e470 for free. I would use them again.

Shady experience they tried to repair my car without first letting me know they where going to repair it and the excessive price to do so. They tried to pull a quick one on me.

This was my first personal experience. I made an appointment on a Thursday and scheduled for the next Monday during 8 AM to Noon. To my surprise, the technician called me after I told their services to send a text. He told me he would actually arrive at noon instead of the scheduled times. After arriving at 12:45, the Tech was very unprofessional. Demanding my keys to my truck. He also continued to throw my truck doors open and slam them shut as if he was unhappy to be doing this job. He did not vacuum nor clean any of my windows and actually left suction cup marks on my driver window and driver side door.

They were busy but took care of me. Given a little discount for the wait.

Terrible service. They make you wait two hours for a simple window change, lie to you about not being able to order the correct factory window, and brake your stuff. We had an ignition broken on our truck and went back stupidly only to have them not replace inside wall panels when they redid our window incorrectly. They left the speaker out and didnt replace the screws from the panel they took off. Terrible service. Avoid this place!!!

They are polite and very kind. they go above and beyond! i mean they didnt have to but they vacuumed my front seats and cleaned all my windows after replacing my windshield. WHO DOES THAT!

I had an appointment this day, co. said they would be here between noon and 5:00 pm. At 4:15 pm I received a call saying someone was coming right over. At 5:05 I called and after being shuttled to a couple of phones, I was told someone was in the process of loading their truck. I said I was not willing to waste my entire evening and they needed to be here within the next 5-10 minutes (I live 10 blocks from their store) or forget it. The man said he would let me know and I never heard anything back.

Got my front windshield replaced today very happy with the service polite and courteous they said i had some rust under the windshield and they sanded it and put a couple coats of primer on it to keep it from getting worse windshield looks flawless and they even fixed my rearview mirror which was loose, vacumed my carpets and cleaned the rest of my windows too. price was exactly as quoted five stars.

Thought I had set up an appointment to have my windshield replace on line, but they didnt see it on their end. But they were very helpful in setting me up to have it done later in the week and with an extra discount.
