My glass service started on time. It was a chip repair. Technician explain the risk of failure then completed task in a reasonable time period.The amount charged was very reasonable. I would use Native Auto Glass again it the need arose

I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism and efficiency. I’m a single mom and found replacing my windshield was very expensive through other nationally recognized companies. Native Auto Glass responded in a very timely manner with an amazing quote. I requested the quote Thursday and my windshield was replaced Monday afternoon at my home. The installer was absolutely stellar. He was very professional, kind and courteous. Overall, my experience could not have been any better. I’ve been blown away by their amazing customer service!

Thank you to Austin and Kimberly (Both friendly and personable) at Native Auto Glass. Kimberly set the appointment and Austin arrived as scheduled. Austin replaced the entire rear glass w/power window in my truck. It was leaking water from a poor factory seal. The powered motor is located behind the rear seats and in my truck they dont fold forward so they have to be removed to gain access. I offered to take it into the shop however they completed the job at my home for my convenience. They did a great job, it doesnt rain inside my truck anymore! Highly recommended.

We have used Native Auto Glass for several glass replacements on multiple vehicles, and have been completely satisfied every time! I have been able to watch owner Travis Reed work to install new glass several times. He narrated his process, and pointed out several reasons why Native Auto Glass is superior to the bigger companies. The type and temperature of the glue used, attention to detail in completely removing residue, and the process they use, are all superior quality to what I would receive from another company. Travis is able to explain this so well because he used to work at a big glass company, but didnt so much care for the lack of quality and rushed work he was asked to do. Over the years, I have developed much trust for the owners and their company! I highly recommend Native Auto Glass for all your vehicle glass replacement needs!

Came in right after a huge rock hit my windshield on the highway.I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to fix it because the crack was so big. But, I was in and out in 20 minutes with it fixed! The women that helped me were so nice and genuine!

Had It Setup To Where An Official Would Come To My Home And Replace My Windshield There At A Set Time, No One Ever Showed, Never Received A Phone Call, Then Went To Their Location In Greeley To Have It Replaced There. The Lady At The Front Desk With The Piercings On Her Face Was Extremely Rude, Loud And Continued Using Profane Language While I Was Waiting In Waiting Area With My Child, Definitely Wouldn’t Have Came Here If The Dealership Didn’t Send Me And Will Not Be Coming Back In The Future

The staff are very nice. I recently went to get a chip repair, but I am pretty skeptical about how it turned out. The staff assured me it would not have any issues....but surface isnt very smooth so hopefully it wont grow a giant crack.UPDATE its may 3rd 2020 and the chip repair is doing great. I was skeptical at first but has definitely held up just fine.
