They came out quickly. The repair technician was very informative and helpful in limping our ancient (34 yr old) ac unit along. He offered to come back when we are ready to quote us on a new unit. Definitely grateful to the business for a fast repair and respectful technician.

Tonight was one of the coldest nights starting this fall, was going to start my furnace when I realized it wasn’t working. We are so pleased with the service that we received. Our furnace/air conditioning unit quit and needed to be replaced. Due to the holidays it took a little longer to get a unit but Derek and his crew did a fantastic job getting the unit installed. Since it is a roof mounted unit, the timing had to be coordinated with the crane company. The January weather cooperated and it was amazingly calm during installation.Before making the decision to choose this company, we got bids from two other companies. A to Z was the only one to submit an itemized bid with names of the product that would be installed.Derek did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, including helping me to arrange financing.I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and pleasant with the way they do business.

Ronnie R with A to Z heating came out and tuned up our furnace and A/C units. He was courteous prompt and professional, but beyond that went out of his way to give us recommendations on things we can do to get the most life and performance out of our existing equipment. When we are ready for upgrades and additional services, A to Z will be our first (and only) call.

Our weather was below zero outside and our gas furnace stopped heating. I called A to Z I called them when I woke and they said they would be here same day between 8-9 am and technician arrived at 8am. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was Very satisfied with A to Z!!

I’ve been using them for 10 years. Always honest and professional. Anthony and his wife do a great job running the place. Ron, Isaac, and Sean put in a new heater and a/c unit. After April confirmed on Friday, they arrived Monday am on time with masks and tarps and all the equipment necessary. Everything went well. Ron explained in detail all that was done. Issac cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known they were here. The cost was very competitive. It’s rare to find a company that is consistently competitive while going above and beyond in service. Highly Recommend.

Not only did they install the system, but they took the time to move existing pipes and wiring to better and more convenient locations. My heater started making a horrible sound like a bearing went out. I called several places giving me prices from $95 to $150. A to Z only quoted $75 and was here within 7 minutes after calling. The technician they sent out was the owner of the company and he was very knowledgeable.

New Home AC unit installed yesterday and was so impressed that I promised to write a positive review. I solicited estimates from 2 other competitors, and found the best deal with A to Z. But my rating goes much further then just the price. Sales Representative Derek went far beyond the minimum effort to help sell his service. He made the effort to investigate other problems with our system before the sale was completed. Efforts the other competitors did not offer. Yes, only 4 Stars because I dont think it fair to give 5 stars based on such a recent and limited experience. A to Z will get 5 star upgrade after their quality of post sale customer service is evaluated.

This company is fantastic. I came home to a cold house at 5pm on a Friday and they were here within the hour working to get me heat and didnt even charge extra for after hours service. They spent 2 hours looking for the issue. Once they figured out the problem they returned the next morning part in hand. A few weeks went by and I was still having heating issues. Turns out that the original repair brought other issues to the surface. They came out once again, resolved these issues and didnt charge me for the second trip even though it was a new issue. Great care for my family and me. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I had furnace issues (not working) and called various companies who couldnt get to my house for 1-2 days. It is cold and getting colder so I needed something sooner than that. I was referred to A to Z by a neighbor and they were able to come out that evening after what I assume their scheduled jobs of the day were done. Both gentlemen who came over were professional, polite, knowledgeable and good communicators. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in reasonable time and had reasonable rates and charges (comparing to the last 3 times I have had someone fix furnace issues on my current and former house). They also explained the issues to me and my wife and answered all questions we had in detail. I had someone else install my system and upgrades but I think going forward I will use A to Z for any repair or service needs. I will recommend them to others based on my experience.

This is a definitely a professionally run company. My call was returned within2 hours despite the upcoming 4th of July weekend! Derick provided a detailed bid proposal with competitive rates. Installers...Ronnie and Izac were prompt, efficient, kind and respectful.They called to confirm arrival (big plus) and covered their shoes and protected my carpet with tarps. My A/C unit runs great and comes with a warrantee, which includes 2 years labor! I am a happy customer and have already referred this company to a family member.

I have used A to Z several times. They are always very professional. They are very reasonable.

Bought an air conditioner through Lowes which contracted the work out to this company. The unit they installed didnt pass inspection. I would expect that when they came to give us a quote they would had looked to make sure the correct gauge wiring was there to support the unit and that it met Code. Now were left spending more money to install a new circuit so the unit will meet Code. Very disappointed in both companies and their lack of customer service.

The guys were very considerate and they were able to complete the job on time in spite of torrential rain and hail.

Our AC broke and by 9 pm it was 85 degrees A to Z came out and had everything fixed in time for bed with no after hours fees!
