Very disappointed with the attitude of the manager of this location. She was very snarky and just down right rude for no reason when I didn’t understand and was asking questions so I could clarify a policy.

Awful customer service. I was cautioned to wait behind the line while my pkg was being located yet I was the only one wearing a mask. Not one of the 4 visible employees was masked and none were practicing social distancing. The woman who helped me, perhaps named Lee, has never smiled or spoken to me in a pleasant manner. I only use this store as a pickup point for UPS and only when I have no other options. Definitely the worst customer service in GF.

Charged me $71 dollars for a cardboard box and packing material, another $230 to ship a picture from Montana to Minnesota. Post Office wanted less than 1/3 of that.

They tried telling me that the company that shipped the package through them lost my package once it got to my city not UPS which is the one doing the delivery. Joke of a company

This is one of the laziest businesses that I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They constantly claim to have delivered my packages (the status as I track it online). However, I look everywhere for the packages and they are nowhere to be found. This has happened a few times now. They are almost never actually delivered. So I contact UPS customer service only to find that the driver simply refused to drop off my packages at my door and instead makes me take time out of my schedule to pick it up at one of the locations he decided to drop it off at.Mind you, these are not packages that are in need of a signature. When I called to ask why they didnt just leave my package at my door (as requested), the woman said that it all depends on the driver and what he chooses to do.

Absolutely worst delivery service Ive every experienced. How do you call yourself a delivery service when you get even drop packages at the address there going to.? Even with a note stating to leave them there. Then make the customer drive all over town trying to get there package.? Talk about incompetence. Alot of people need to get fired from the job mostly the delivery people. Like how do you have a delivery job but cant comprehend on how to leave a package at door. Absolutely pathetic.

I am a student at the university and the mail room there is only open Monday through Friday. They tried to deliver a package on a Saturday and now I have to find a way to get to the distribution center to pick it up when I work all day during the week. I dont understand why they try to deliver to business on weekends when they know they will be closed. It is the same delivery person all the time who delivers and this hasnt been the first time that this has happened.

Its a pretty busy location but they were really patient and great at helping me pack and ship deer meat to several states. I have never experienced any trouble here.

Terrible customer service, they constantly lose packages only to find them days later in a place nobody looked in. Would not use this place again.RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I have never had 30-40 pkgs. delivered to your store. I come down at least once every 45-60 days to pick up mail and parcels. I have been doing this for approx. 6 years without ever being told that any of this was a problem and when I spoke with UPS head office of retail operations they were even unimpressed with the service and attitude that I recieved from your business after 6 years of being a good customer.

They have a new policy to only attempt to deliver once? I took my daughter to a movie and when I came home had a sticky not which said they would attempt to deliver it again and to pick it up at the 10th Ave. store. I waited all the next day and nothing was delivered, finally I called prior to the store closing, and apparently I do need to pick it up. Not impressed, and it is a gift for my 5 year old daughter, so I would like to get the package.

I didn’t make them give me receipt for amazon return (older lady)..package never was checked in (lost)...many calls and wasted time.Now they charge a dollar to tape a box closed?!! Cheapo

This place is a joke, ran by con artists. Seriously charged me $180 to ship a package less than 200 miles, and take 2 days to deliver it!! I will never use UPS again, will only use FedEx from here on.
