I needed assistance and the Audiologist was very friendly and helpful. My question was answered and he was more than accommodating, which is much more than I can say about several other hearing centers in Great Falls.

Dr. Williamson was very patient and professional my whole appointment. He was genuinely concerned I would be happy with my hearing test, aids and improved quality of life.

Dr Williamson is extremely knowledgeable and caring. His practice has the latest equipment and they use the best practice and procedures. His professional staff is friendly and polite. Other medical professionals should emulate the friendly environment at Hearing Life.

This place was amazing. The staff was friendly and kind. They cared about my situation. I was there to get a VA hearing test and they were very polite and professional when filling out the paperwork. They truly wanted to help me and offered a great service. Cant speak highly enough of this place.

Scheduled an appointment online for our daughter to be seen. I felt like it was a debate on if I really did or not with the receptionist. After I pulled out my phone and showed the conformation email then we were able to start the paperwork. Once we got the paperwork done and turned in we went to the office to be seen. The doctor kept asking about or concerns but then would talk over us when we would voice then. He then took our daughter to a different room and told her to repeat words back to him for her hearing test. He came back after 4 minutes and told us she herd him speak just fine and gave us papers of his findings. He then asked if we had any questions and before we could answer motioned is to the door. The whole appointment lasted less then 15 minutes

Office was clean and neat. Receptionist was friendly and curteous. Waited less than 5 minutes which allowed me to complete paperwork. Doctor friendly, professional and did a great job reviewing the results of my hearing tests with me.
