I had a tool exchange recently for some tools I broke, and I called ahead of time to clarify the procedures. Before I even arrived to the store they had the exchange ready to go. By far the best customer service in any Harbor Freight I have ever experienced. I have been to Harbor Freight all over the country and have never received this level of service. This place goes above and beyond. It was super clean. Things were easy to find. I had a great experience. Thank you!

Good store! The prices are good, all though there are some you get what you pay for products in the mix.The staff is friendly and helpful, and willing to help you find weird/hidden things.The biggest issue I have is the store layout always seems to make no sense. You have electrical testing equipment in one spot, then racks of automotive tools, then another rack of electronic stuff. Minor gripe, but made up for by the staff helping!

Missing quite a bit stock, not sure if they are having trouble getting tools or if they just dont stock very much. Selection isnt what it used to be. Used to be able to get wratcheting wrenches cheap now it seems they are as high priced as Craftsman.

Super friendly service. I bought a 150 piece tool kit and asked the clerk to open it and verify all the pieces were in it before I purchased it. Great service!

Dremel tool,bits, clamps. The only thing I wanted was a jig for pocket holes, I was hoping but didnt see one.

Bought an air compressor, but it wasnt electric. Never opened it, took it back and had to pay a restocking fee. Wont be back.

Let me start by saying that I have been a Harbor Freight customer for over 20 years. As a DIY expert, Ive always been happy with their service and products....you always get what you pay for but sometimes cheap tools work just fine! Every now and then you end up buying a lemon of a tool that is easily returned. Unfortunately, HFT has lost a loyal customer today over a simple return of a faulty drain snake. The manager Josh, as usual, was unhelpful and clearly didnt want to correct the situation. I ended up walking out of the store with the item I was trying to return after being told by Josh, the manager, to take my business to Home Depot! Unbelievable!! Not sure what has happened to customer service, but one thing is certain....youll never see me shopping at HFT in Great Falls again!

Typical Hobo Freight, had good customer service, cheaper tools to use til they break and throw away. Dont buy precision tools but stuff like their blasting cabinets, belt sanders are good for the money.

Harbor Freight is awesome, I had a dremil that I bought 2 months ago that someone stole the power cord to. no receipt, they still exchanged it for a new one. their customer service is top notch

Love it even medical supplies... unbelievable... May have odd brands but work just as good as medical supply store and you could bu outright to own for what you would pay on your copay and rent every month. Great store.

Decent prices on cheap tools

As a professional fabricator I choose my tools wisely I do not purchase every tool I get from them that would be foolish. That certain tools neednt have fancy names. If youre lucky you will be served by Renee she is a treat. My wife and I discussed how pleasant, fun and cheerful she is. She is the type of sales associate every retail service needs. Her assistance makes you want to return.

Not the size I was expecting for the store they bought, seen other locations with more selections. Saw nothing in automotive any more like fender covers, or rubber mats to put on cars like have had in past, staff not very interested in products the three times now I have been in store, didnt know where things were they pick random places to go look in but never offer to help past front door
