Joe was awesome. At first I was told they were 10 days out and we had a broken window with rain coming and going on vacation. A little later Joe called and said he could be there in a few. He I met him there and instantly felt relief. Very professional and kind. He was able to fix it from the outside so I could get back to work. A lot of businesses are losing customer service ability...Joe is not one of them. Thanks Joe and TC Glass!
