Another failure no help around when you walk in the store dont bother buying anything unless youre a 150% youll use it or it will work. We purchased couple supply lines threw out the packaging kept the invoice credit card receipt ect ..They will not return anything!!O and all their prices are 5 to $10 more per item then the local companies..Go to Home Depot excellent return policy or Ace👍

That woman in the paint area can match any paint, dont even have to test spot a area

Had a great experience delivering paint to this location. Staff was helpful and friendly from the gate personnel who gave me directions to the dock, to the staff that guided me to back out when I went the wrong way to the dock, to the staff that unloaded my trailer. Everyone was very professional and extremely quick. In and out in 20 minutes a truck drivers deam! I will gladly bring you guys product any day! I highly recommend this place.

Would never go there again! The cashier I had was the worst! So rude! Her name was Sharee I believe. She was rude did not have good customer service at all! When I walked into the building she was being rude to other cashier. This other cashier looked like she had been crying due to this lady Sharee. The other cashier was a heavier woman. She was super nice and had outstanding customer service. I feel bad for the other cashiers if they get treated like this by Sharee. That lady should be fired! If I were to see this happen next time I will be saying something to the manager. So sad to see. I know I wouldnt want my children being treated like this at a job. So I will not be coming back! I hope you guys do something about this! Not impressed

Nice store if the help would leave ya alone long enough to look around. Gets kinda old when 4 different people ask if you need help in less than 5 minutes... I appreciate their willingness to help, but believe me if I have a question I will ask.

I come and go but always come back. For the most part I do not hold the Business responsible for employees personalities, until it spreads to more than one employee. Great place to find what you need, even if you have too wait for it to be ordered. Keep working on that FIFTH Star......

High prices.

Purchased a picnic table 5-17-2020. Ken Wright was sales person. He said it has to be assembled. And he personally would call when it was ready. I said no rush for today. Here it is June 6th. I called to inquire on it. The gal that answered the phone says, well theres one out front. She put Ken on the phone, he said yes, thats your out front. We were never called. Customers were sitting on it when we went to pick up. Been shopping here 20 years. After today, never again

Took forever to get through the lumber counter and once we got out to the yard they didnt even have the item I purchased. Its ok since I found it allot cheaper at Great Falls Lumber and unlike builders first they offer a military discount.

They are so helpful and polite.

Staff is disrespectful and treats you as if you are a thief. We are clearly stated construction workers buying supplies, and just get looked at and treated like we arent supposed to be there.

The design of counter top I asked for did not turn out like one on display that I choose. Same name but not same design. Very very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible, We ordered a medicine cabinet, A linen cabinet, And a bathroom sink. The 1st time we got it it was the wrong color, Now I understand mistakes can be made so we just ask that it be returned and that we get the right color, Also the back splash did not match the countertop. Now comes round number 2, We were told this sink and linen cabinet were in and they would deliver them at 10 oclock, As it turns out the linen cabinet was lost they dont even know where it is or if it ever came in ! They were so late delivering the bathroom sink that I end up being late for work. The craftsmanship on the sink cabinet was so horrible a two-year-old could have done better. Not to mention it has about 5 different colors And has been damaged in shipping. 2 of the drawers are so bad theyre not even usable, Now were being told because we chose Hickory as the wood that it will not stain evenly. So my question to that is why were we not told that prior to ordering it ??? So now we are left with trying to send it back and order it a 3rd time or drop the whole thing and go to somebody new and start all over again for another 6 weeks to 2 months that our bathroom will be out of commission.Well we got the 3rd set Ive cabinets today, And I have to say They mostly look very nice, Although I do not quite understand why the medicine cabinet has 2 separate colors, Maybe they were 2 different kinds of wood ? My biggest worry and concern at this point is that we have pieces of them missing !!!! I really, completely, am at a total loss and do not understand why this has been so hard.

They always seem to have the one think I need that the Big Box stores dont. Got all of the molding for our home renovation here, and the price was good, too!

The prices are high compared to nearby Aceand Home Depot. It takes a long time to get in and out at checkout. They should really upgrade their software and get a normal debit card reader. Also, some of their staff are outright disrespectful.

They usually have the hardware I need. Sometimes floor help is a little scarce.

They had a poor customer service rapport and consecutively have broke down trucks they cannot deliver shingles correctly and when they do deliver them they put them on the ground.

I needed to purchase a sheet of plywood, have it cut, and get a can of paint shaken
